One of the basics in building your business with SFI is that you will realize that you need a team of workers to be successful. It will be your responsibility to create good relationships with your affiliates in order for them to really feel like they are a valued team member.

We must remember that SFI is not a “social” network but is based on generating an income that can set people free of financial worries, but our endeavor to succeed is dependent on the success of our teammates. With that said we can easily see just how valuable each and every person in our down-lines is.

When we have something of value to us we are eager to share that with others so part of letting your teammates know they are of value to you is to list their accomplishments (no matter how small they are) in you weekly team mails.

One of the things I like to do is when I send them a ECard for something they accomplished I like to inform them how much of a great example they are to the rest of the affiliates in the team and how good of an example they are to their own team members.

Most people like the feeling of belonging to something that is making a difference in the world or in other people’s lives. We like to belong to a group of people who are like-minded and can relate one to another on common issues. That is why there are millions of people belonging to social groups – we want to be part of a good group of people.

With the above said it would be a good idea to give your team a name. I ran a survey on the name for our team when I first started building my group of affiliates. I posted three different names for our team and asked the members to vote on the name they wanted. I think that one newsletter drew more responses than any other newsletter that year.

Note: When picking out names to vote on make sure no one else in SFI is using the same team name. I submitted a ticket to find out no one was using the names voted on.

Try to get your teammates involved when making decisions for the direction of your team or for a team contest. Ask them what kind of contest they want. What kind of prize they want to try to win. Your teammates will feel important when they get to be part of the decision making.

The surest way to let your teammates know they are valuable is to answer any of their questions as quickly as possible. Getting them an answer to their questions in a speedy manner shows them how much you value them and the work they are performing.

When first starting in your new home business with SFI and TripleClicks there are two products you will want to have which will help you begin with a solid foundation. Those two products are S-Builder and TCredits.

By purchasing S-Builder you will be joining a co-op advertising group that can bring a steady flow of new affiliates and some PRMs (Personally Referred Members) to your team. The cost of this co-op is $24 for one unit. If you purchase S-Builder through a SO (Standing Order) your cost will only be $22. Either way purchased you will receive 280 SVP (Sales VersaPoints).

When purchasing TCredits you have many choices of the different packs in which to buy. The best pack to purchase is the 125 pack of TCredits for a price of $36.25 as a standing order only. This purchase will bring you 1,500 SVP which is enough to qualify as an EA (Executive Affiliate). Purchasing this pack your TCredits are only .29 apiece.

If you cannot afford the 125 pack of TCredits you can purchase a pack of 100 TCredits for $29 on a standing order. This purchase gives you 1,200 SVP and you can gain another 300 VP by doing your daily To-dos”. Your TCredits will still only cost you .29 apiece.

As to a question “which one is the better investment” I would have to say, you should purchase at least one unit of S-Builder and one 125 TCredit pack on a standing order if you can afford it. That would cost you $58.25 a month.

If you cannot swing $58.25 per month then purchase one unit of S-Builder and a pack of 100 TCredits for a cost of $51.00

If your finances are in such a way where you must only purchase one item then I say it should be the largest pack of TCredits that you can afford to get. The reason for this is there are a lot of things in SFI and TripleClicks that will cost you a TCredit or more to participate in. All the activities that require a TCredit will gain you an AVP (Action VersaPoint) and 5 to 10 MRP (Member Reward Points).

When you are using TCredits to play games, bid in auctions or purchase products you will gain AVP and MRP with each TCredit spent. You also have chances of winning AVPs, CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) or PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) and many other prizes.

With the MRPs that you win it can amount to enough to purchase a unit of S-Builder – that would be like building your team for free!

The holiday seasons are a great time to be promoting products from TripleClicks. One of the questions that are usually asked around this time is: “What are the best products to promote?”

I must say that any and all the products and services in TripleClicks and the ECAs are good products to promote during the holiday seasons. The reason I state this is because people are in a automatic buying mode this time of the year. A huge amount of “impulse” buying is going on and our objective is to get a part of the action.

It is not the products that matter when confronting the holiday shoppers. What really counts is seeking out the right buyers for the product that you wish to promote. You can advertise new boats to thousands of people who are looking for race cars but you are not going to make any sales.

Find a product that you like and have used yourself – then do a search on the product using Google. With the acquired information that you receive from Google on the product now do a search on the people who use that product – Now you advertise to that group of people and more than likely you will make some sales.

The key is: Pick a product – now find the people who use that product and promote it like it is the best thing to happen in your prospects life. And then stay consistent with your advertising prospects must see your ad several times before they will react to your offer.

One of the old methods of working an affiliate program like SFI was to incorporate the use of telephone marketing. This is done by running ads that have prospects calling your business phone if they want more information.

I used this system by running ads in local and national newspapers for people to call a toll free 2 minute recorded message and the message would direct them to leave their phone number and the best time to reach them. This system does draw the contacts and it stays within all the “no-call” laws and spamming laws because your contacts are calling you and giving you permission to call them.

It takes someone with thick skin to be able to work a phone campaign properly. The reason I say this is because there are many people who will answer your ad just to make fun of what you are doing and you will get a lot of people who gave you phone numbers that are no good. You will also receive people who will have you call them so they can hang up on you when you’re sharing the information.

When using the phone methods please remember that that in many countries (including the United States) you cannot call someone who has not given you permission to call them. You can rack up some serious fines against you by doing this.

As far as contacting your warm market by phone is a great way to gain prospects and sign-ups and it is legal because they you personally know them. But I must say you should not use a script to talk to your warm market.

The reason I say this is because most people (friends and relatives also) may hang up on you as soon as they can tell that you are using a sales pitch on them. This can destroy your relationships with your warm marketing.

Learn your SFI and TripleClicks business well enough to talk to your warm market as you would talk to your best friends and then bring up information about your fantastic business and how excited you are to be able to share the information with the people you care about the most.

If anything is written at all just use an outline of what you want to share so you will not forget to cover important selling points in trying to gain them as a prospect and affiliate.

Speak from a script and you will get hang-ups and enemies.

Speak from the excited enthusiasm, and passion that is in your heart and you will gain sign-ups.

It is easy for team leaders to get excited about signing up new affiliate and then sending the new affiliates to much information for them to digest. This in turn creates what is known as “information overload.”

A new affiliate who is bombarded with information all at once can get very confused and slow down their start up activities and even cause some affiliates to feel like it is too much for them so they quit before ever getting started.

Team leaders need to remember that a new affiliate is receiving emails from SFI and TripleClicks during their first 30 days. They are also receiving our weekly newsletter that we send to our team. Our new affiliates are also seeing the stream post that their sponsors are writing 3 or more times a week. They are also being asked to read 10 or more “ASK SC” questions and answers. Talk about overload!

During my new affiliates first 30 days I will only send small “To the point” Ecards guiding them in the direction they should be heading in. (Along with the weekly team newsletters).

My main encouragement during this indoctrination time is to remind them that I am here to help them if they do not understand some of their training material.

If they are serious about their new business they will contact you and ask for information that is the time to get into the details of how to accomplish what they are asking for.

When you have a new baby in the house you feed them baby food not meat and potatoes. Save the meat until they are able to chew the information you are sending them giving them too much to early will cause them to choke on it.

I say “drip feed” them information until they are ready to stand in the shower.

One of the good signs that you are doing something right in your new home business with SFI and TripleClicks is you start earning money. Isn’t that great! That is the main reason that most people join SFI, is to earn some kind of income and you’re doing it – give yourself a round of applause you have earned it.

No matter what the amount of commissions and signing bonuses you’re making, you should have a basic plan as to what you will use the money for. If you do not have a plan set in place it would be easy to just waste the money you worked so hard to obtain.

It wasn’t until I started receiving commissions from SFI that I finally decided to do what I was taught when I lived at home.

1. Pay yourself first – Always set aside a small amount that is just for your savings, to use in whatever way you need or desire. I have been putting 25% of my commissions into a personal account, I use this account to purchase things that I want or need which I cannot afford to take out of my Social Security checks.

2. I then give 10% of the total commissions back to the Lord for all things belong to Him anyway – It is my way of saying thank you for letting me use Your money.

3. The rest of my commissions goes right back into building my SFI and TripleClicks business – this is known as “reinvesting.” In simple terms I am reinvesting 65% of my commissions and bonuses back into my business. Without reinvesting your business will not grow.

That is the basic plan that I use and it has helped me tremendously. My commissions have reached the point where it is almost paying for all the investments that I am making in SFI and TripleClicks.

The more my business grows the more money I am able to reinvest until I reach that point where I have obtained a really good fantastic income level then I will readjust my plans on how I use the finances.

We are often reminded to “Work with our workers,” and I must say that is a true and powerful statement. For it is our workers, in our teams, that will move us to the top levels of success in SFI. In knowing this it, would be to our best interest to assist our workers to achieve higher levels.

A good reason for doing the above is that when one of your teammates reaches a higher level they get excited and this helps to build their trust in the fact that SFI is a viable business and they will want to stick around a bit longer.

Another thing that is taking place when you help your movers rise in rank is that you are showing them an easy step in duplicating your work. Most of your movers will not forget how you helped them advance and will use that same method to increase and stabilize their own teams.

You need to be sure that the movers you are trying to help achieve the next level really want to be on that level and will be able to maintain it. If you help someone this month and the move for them was to premature and they fall back next month they may get depressed enough to quit.

One of the things I always do before assisting one of my workers to the next level is I get in good daily communication with them for a while and ask them if they were on the next level would they be able to stay on that level on their own. I let them know right up front that I will personally help them reach that level only once and if they cannot maintain it then simply put they will drop back.

One of the reasons I do it like this is I do not want my affiliates depending on me each time they fall back and need a hand again. If they keep advancing I keep helping them as much as I can without creating dependency.

The methods that I help my movers with are:

• giving them new sign-ups

• Giving a gift certificate (usually for a NMP – New Member Pack).

• I have also given my movers spots on my rotator when running a large advertising campaign.

• Also have given gift certificates for just $2.00 to get one TCredit to gain the sales VP or to purchase a pack of gift cards to distribute for the 300 AVP (action VersaPoints)

• I have also offered to help any of my movers (and others in my team) write content for their stream post or for letters to their down-lines. I send them scripts that they can copy and paste - I personally modify the writings to appear as though they came from the person sending them and I give them permission to modify them if needed.

I will not help one of my movers put in a standing order – this must be done on their own. And I also will not help my movers to buy packs of TCredits when they can be earned though T-time and through monthly qualifying in their rank.

For quite a few years I was cutting damaged trees on my property and using the wood to heat my house. I started by cutting trees down with a large bow saw. After working really hard all day long using this system I would be lucky to have cut down and trimmed 5 to 7 trees small enough in size to be used for firewood.

That system was working hard and it was not producing enough firewood to make it through the winter.

The smart way: I bought a chain saw – now in a days’ time I could cut and buck more than enough firewood to last a month or more. I would get done earlier and not be nearly as tired.

This is the same thing that we need to do as affiliates that are trying to build a profit making business in SFI and TripleClicks. And that is to work Smart.

Yes we still work hard but do it in a smart way. Just like me shifting from a bow saw to a chainsaw – I still worked hard during the day but my efforts were greatly increased in producing more firewood.

The main point here is simple – Use the right tools designed for the job. In SFI we are given so many free marketing aids and methods for building a profit all we really need to do is get good at using the proper tools.

Learning how to use the tools provided and applying them to your daily activities in building your SFI and TripleClicks business will be working hard the smart way!

The new home page for TripleClicks that was recently designed looks so much more professional and is easy to scroll from one topic to another. And to put icing on the cake the page is totally mobile friendly.

The best advertising campaigns should be through sites that cater to only mobile phones and devices. This will greatly increase your chances of gaining more PRMs (Personally Referred Members) and sales.

Of course while using the TripleClicks new home page it is still recommend that you target your customers. Send the ad to the people who would be interested in using what you are selling.

Other than the above suggestions I would continue to advertise the TripleClicks home page in the same manner that you were advertising the older version. Only now you should obtain better overall results.

In order for your new home business with SFI and TripleClicks continues to grow and expand in team size and commissions you are going to need to develop some good business producing habits.

One of the first habits you need to develop is logging in every day at a specific time. The reason I state a specific time is because we humans are creatures of habit and once we form a habit it is hard for us to break it. Being set at a specific time will also help your family members (if any) know that it is time to leave you alone because of your work.

Once you have the habit of logging in daily you will easily form the habit of working your “To-Dos” without fail. This would also include visiting the forum, reading ASK SC questions and answers and working with your teammates.

To establish a business that is continually growing you can easily set a standing order for a unit of S-Builder along with some PSAs to go. If you are good at advertising for new sign-ups then you would want to be advertising daily for your new affiliates.

You need to develop the habit of dropping whatever you are doing in order to help your teammates as soon as possible and as much as possible. Your teammates are very important to the growth of your business. If you are ignoring your down-lines your business will not go very far. Remember that your teammate’s success is your success.

There are 6 income streams with SFI and TripleClicks you can maintain constant growth in any and all of them by making solid unbreakable habits out of the activities needed to succeed in each one of the.

Now; do you know how to make something a habit? It is much easier that most people think. All you need to do is force yourself to do the same thing at the same time for 14 to 21 days. Once you have done that it becomes a habit for you and when you do not feel like doing the needed work your business building habits that you took the time to make will kick in and you will get it done anyway.

Bad habits are just as easy to develop; so as you are building your business habits make sure you are developing “good” habits – it is easy to get lost messing around surfing the net when you need to be placing ads or writing a teammate a letter.
