What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

First, be sure to emphasise that SFI is not a get rich quick scheme, but a long term business with unlimited potential. I would also explain that all sales and success is based on numbers. When you put the opportunity in front of --- number of people, --- will sign up and --- number will be productive. The problem is that we don't know what the blanks are or when they will come. Let them know that the only way to fail in SFI is to quit and do nothing. Next, ask them to tell you what they have been doing, then come up with a plan to build the business together - have them agree to expose a certain number of prospects to the business and you offer to help however you think is appropriate. Keep in regular contact with them so they know that you are for real and not just trying to make a quick buck off of them.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

Sometimes this will happen when a PSA is rushing to get points and did not really pay attention to what they voting. I would start the week before the end of the month and send out a team mail explaining the importance of them rating their sponsor and encouraging them to give you a good rating. You might say something like " I strive to be the best possible sponsor and remind you that I am here to help you. If there is anything that I can be doing to better serve you, I'd love to hear from you. If you don't tell me, I can't help." Then, at the beginning of the month, you can send out another reminder, stressing how much you value them on your team and want to help them. Those that are really interested in building a business and not wanting you to do everything for them will be sincere in their evaluation and ask you for help as they need it.

What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

My first year I learned that it is important to work the business every day. I started out strong, being competitive in the E365 contest, but after the first 5 rounds I basically dropped out for a while. I accidentally came back to SFI and realized that I needed to follow all the free training that was available there. Logging in everyday keeps you from missing valuable information and keeps you involved in building your business. Giving up is no longer an option as I have been able to build a small but growing downline that is starting to become active.

How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?

This is not an easy question to answer. I can only offer my opinion based on my own experience. The first step in making this shift is to use the key codes for tracking where your signups are coming from. As you find signups that are being more active, begin to focus your advertising on those sights that are producing the more active signups. Also, when introducing SFI to prospects off-line, spend more time with them to determine their level of interest and their motivation to build a business or be a customer. Focus your efforts on those that are most motivated and excited to build their financial freedom.

Why is setting goals so important in becoming successful in SFI?

Setting goals is important in any endeavor and everyone who wishes to acheive anything does it. Whether they are written down or just an idea that stays in your mind, goals are powerful because they act as a guide for your everyday actions. Having well defined goals will give you plan of action to follow as well as the motivation to persevere. Even when things are not looking promising, as long as you are working towards your goals, you will be encouraged to continue on.
Which countries do you get the most success with your advertising from and why?

I tend to have my best result with English speaking countries. All my ads are in English and I use a lot of free advertising methods. Besides that, I would suggest advertising to areas with high population centers. SFI boils down to a numbers game, get it in front of enough people and you will be successful. My advertising doesn't target specific countries, so I don't watch too closely where the results come from.
