Hello, very good question.
In my opinion and what I do is to support my team. I wouldn't use the word "teach", but "share". I share those marketing skills with my downline:
* Honesty - people should be shown sincere concern
* Promoting products people need - that happens when you know enough for the person's lifetime and standard of living, also his/her dreams and goals.
* Communication with heart,not with mind - people want to feel they're treasured and interesting for others
* Simplicity - simple presentation or words are great power
* Organizing time - schedule for everything in my team member's lives is important for them to be balances
* Realistic - people should b realistic about their strengths and things that they can achieve. They should be bearable for them, so they can manage well with new situations.
* Flexibility - the mind should be flexible and the people should not think only they have right. They should know how to see through the others person's eyes.
* Authenticity - person should be authentic in order to find the right team.
That's all I can say at the moment.

What should I do to gain maximum support from my upline to grow my SFI business?

The sponsors are people who want to see actions. All the people prefer actions then just words. So, if you were in my team, I would of course congratulate you for being a part of it and would offer you my support. But if I don't receive reply or action from you, I won't go further to communicate with you. It wold be seen as irritation on my point of view. When people in my team don't ask me anything and don't reply on my messages, it's useless to reach them, because they already ignored me as a supporter.
You can gain maximum support from your upline only if you are active in your business and stay behind your words for action. Regular communication is a must. I communicate with my own upline one or twice a week through team mail or e-mail. This way we became friends. Of course sponsors and co-sponsor can not grow your own SFI business, but they can support you and share their own experience. The growing of your SFI business is your responsibility, upline just shows the way.The simple truth for growing the business is based on:
1. Regular communication with upline and downline
2. Work every day at least 1 hour for the business
3. Staying by the side of the team member when is really hard /showing concern and sincere care for the person by treating her/him as human being not a "bag with money"/

It's a fact the end of 2015 is the time to make resolutions and the beginning of 2016 is the time to Act, not just think and day-dream.
I will do in 2016 those things for my SFI business:
* Make more Sales with my ECA;
* Learn how to market good online;
* Share my knowledge with the people who want to know more;
* Continue to do all my SFI actions and keem my BTL rank if not higher;

Almost everyone complains that he/she doesn't get as much out of SFI as he/she puts in it. But this is a lie, because results come with permanent actions. If someone makes more sales, he earns money, if not, he does not and the same goes about team building. Well, to the affiliate that is complaining, remind that SFI is not get quick rich scheme and he/she can tries the lottery. All the keys about earning and success is in Hard and Daily work. I am in SFI from few years and I barely make money to pay my SO, but I put everyday energy and time in the business. That is what you should appoint to your affiliate. He/she should work daily and tries different ways until getting confident and get results with what he/she is doing. Of course, you put more in SFI business, then get in the beginning. But in every business you need to brand and have reputation. Only this way people will join you. Everything is about attitude, responsibility and trust building.

Which will better help me attract affiliates...promoting TripleClicks, or promoting SFI?

Hello. It's good to promote Tripleclicks and SFI, but the situation of most affiliates is that they don't have money to invest and there is no business without investments. In this way of thinking I believe that is better to promote Tripleclicks and make sales than SFI until you earn enough to pay your SO. This is what I share with my team. So, choose what you want to do first - build a team and wait for money really long time or have faster money but wait for active team longer time. Attracting affiliates happens with SFI gateway. By promoting Tripleclicks you attract clients.

1. Free to join opportunity for additional income
2. If they want their product to become known global, Tripleclicks is the next big online shop
3. Learning to become a leader for free
4. Expenses can be cut - there is no need to rent office, people will work from their homes
5. Free marketing tools
6. If the company is not online, where is it in the business?
I want to do local training for my affiliates. How do I get them to come to my training sessions?

it's great you want to do local trainings for your team. If you have active team members, just ask them to come on quiet place for training and treat them like friends, who will come to your party. That means you have to do some team activities together first as friends and then as business partners. If your friends trust you they will invite also their friends to your training. The procedure in my opinion is like this:
1. Find a quiet place as small cafe, lobby bar or hall in some family hotel
2. Make some flyers or send some e-mail invitation for the event
3. Prepare short presentation for SFI, not more than 10-15 minutes. Who is interested, will ask
4. Prepare a presentation about the training /no more then 20 minutes/ and give about an hour for discussion with questions
5. Of course there should be some snacks and drinks as tea or coffee.
The most important is to create the feeling in your affiliates like they are coming to have a friendly chat with you, not the strict training. This make them feel easier and invite some other people to the event.

When should I start buying PSAs?

You should begin buying PSA when you feel sure that you can guide them. That can happen in one week or in one month. But if you can afford it, begin buying PSA as soon as possible. Only this way your business will move to another, better level. And be sure when you buy PSA, you're a good example for them. That means you're EA or BTL every month and have some strategies you can share. That is the work you should do.

There are two ways to move on:
1. Stay EA to be an example for your team and have 2 new CSA monthly and focus on earning money for your SO until active PSA show up.
2. Become BTL and remain one until you go higher level. In this case you do all your SFI actions and guide your team members to do the same.
How do I encourage my affiliates to get and stay active without coming across as selfish or as a dictator?
