Thank you for asking this question! Is it worthwhile to send individual letters to new PSAs.. or can I just send out group mailings?

I prefer to do the first, for I want the new PSAs to feel welcomed and delighted to have joined SFI, and especially my Team!

There is no substitute for the individual touch of a personalised welcome letter as opposed to group mailings. When you introduce yourself to the new PSA, you also open up a bit of your personality

Is it wise to offer non-SFI related incentives to my CSAs and PSAs? For example, create a standing order and get a free DVD?

It is not wise to do so. If you want to encourage your team to use TC products, then giving them TC products, instead of non-SFI related incentives, will give your business a boost.

You will also be giving a conflicting message to your team if you offer non-SFI related incentives. It's not beneficial especially if you're aiming to have your action to be duplicated.

Instead, why not offer TCredits, Gift Certificates, or a share in your advertising co-op that will benefit not

You have been given excellent tips for answering ASK SC questions. Some may get you the maximum votes, yet some may not, it depends on the raters’ preference or the relatability of your answers.

My simple tips are as follows:

. Ensure you read and understand the question being asked.

. Write a draft of your answer, check the facts for accuracy.

. Write from your own experience, in simple words, and easy, straight-to-the point style.

What a very interesting question!

The whole Launchpad lessons have all the things we need to know and understand about SFI and how it works. But to select the best lesson is not easy.

While I like Day 9- There’s no Place Like Home-because it is a one-stop, go-to-page for our daily SFI business summary and gives the whole picture of our business. It also gives the information we need to know about where our business is, where it fits within SFI and where it’s going.

If I were you, I'd continue with what you have started, but with more wisdom, eagerness, enthusiasm and a positive mental attitude.

Review your past activities, see what you have been doing that produced results, but needs improvement, and work on it. Discard the activities that were unproductive.

If sponsoring through your warm market and talking to people or having placed ads yourself is not giving you new sign-ups, then change your tactic. Buy a share in S-Builder Co-op,

"SFI's Pay-Per-Action (SFIPPA) program allows you to act as an advertiser for SFI and earn supplemental income by getting others to take actions such as filling out forms. Earn up to $10 per action."

It is only one of the streams of income provided by SFI. There are others like becoming ECA, for example.

Depending on what you want to get out of SFI, this is one way of earning money. You get paid as an advertiser, and earn money up to $10 per action.

I wish I had been given even a single advice by my upline when I joined SFI, but sad to say to this day, aside from the Welcome Letter, there were no other communications. I have contacted everyone on my line of sponsorship to introduce myself and seek advice but none responded.

However, this lack of support helped me to be self-sufficient and not rely on any one of them for assistance and advice. Sufficient enough is the free training and resources provided by SFI and the many helpful

Getting downlines to participate in any activities in SFI is really a mighty challenge, especially in Team Contests.

A few months back I have started three team contests. The first one was to name our team with a nice $20 Gift Certificate prize for the winner who can come up with a cool name. I promoted it in my Leadership Page, mentioned it at every opportunity in my weekly group messages, but no one has responded. The only qualification for entering was that they should be PSAs

What is the best way to convince someone who is over 50 that they should get started with SFI?

If one is over 50 and is still in the workforce, he's got the remaining 15 years to prepare him for retirement.

Getting started at this age is really the best time to be in SFI.

As a 50-year-old, one is past the age of worrying about finishing school, finding a job, getting married and raising a family. He can then check SFI further and start planning for retirement. If he starts now he can be financially free before he reaches 60.

Some may not be married

A good message you can use to greet your new PSAs would be to put yourself in their place.

Would you be more inclined to read on and take action if welcome letters are short, sweet and friendly with a promise of more interesting information to come ?

My message to my New PSAs would have just enough important details about SFI to keep his interest and curiosity, as per below:

“Dear xxxx

Welcome to SFI and to my Marketing Team! I’m delighted to have
