How can I build a successful SFI business when I have a team of inactive affiliates and doubtful customers for my TripleClicks store?

Doubtful customers?
Never really understood those, as a positive, sure, and excited affiliate generates positive, sure, and excited customers. If you don't believe in the value and benefit of TripleClicks and use the store yourself it will show in your presentation and make your referrals fearful too. Confidence is very important and this whole question sounds like you are having personal doubts about SFI.
As to the inactive affiliates:
When people visit SFI they don't get a lead capture page to explain a ton of details about the program before they join. Instead they have to join free and their sponsor has to follow up with them and show them the power of SFI, giving them a reason to become active.
If your response to new affiliates is not one of excitement and energy they will not get excited or energetic. Even if it is, only around 2-4% of your PSA will ever accomplish anything in SFI because most sign ups are looking for something that provides more instant gratification and promises overnight wealth. Some may take years to wake from that delusional state and others will decide all of Internet marketing is a scam.
SFI is a great program.
You will not find a better place to be and earn online. I use to be a program owner and could never compile a library of knowledge half as large as that provided here at SFI. This program has been here for 16 years and it's parent company is approaching 3 decades in Network Marketing.
It doesn't get more real than SFI so get those doubts out of your head and show some enthusiasm. It will result in sales and active PSA.

Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?

How many people do we see every day in the forum who feel alone and then are satisfied that others are right there with them? People follow those who have walked the path naturally, it's not forced like learning from a text book, it's earned through doing. Your dedication to your business and the path you recommend will shine through and set a great example and the confidence it will give you will shine through in all you do.
What should I avoid when creating SFI ads?

Marketing is a science of mental triggers and tailored relationships.
The end result of your campaigns should be to leave a good impression. Leave the viewer feeling informed, and wanting more information. So there are a ton of things you can do poorly in advertising and marketing including the use of certain colors in your ads.
Text wise leave out:
- Negative wording.
- Anything that sounds like a scare tactic.
- False urgency.
- Misinformation.
- Uninformative text.
- Over use of the call to action.
Do not over simplify, don't be the poorly trained marketer who has a big button on the page by itself with the words click here. You are looking for quality prospects not fools that would click that button accidentally finding your gateway URL behind it.
Go for quality at every turn because quantity is very discouraging when you have hundreds of PSA but only 1-2 workers. Inform and educate the prospects you really want.

What is the best Eager Zebra game to generate TCredits, VP, and MRP?

All of them generate MRP and VP for every game played.
Games like Knock Out Trivia pay additional MRP for doubling down and buying things like 50/50 buttons during the round. In terms of fast with a high chance of gaining a good win I would say Gold Mine has your best chances because the answers are based on the common sense of the average affiliate and not some text book answer. You can feel your way to a pretty high score.
Which of the SFI LaunchPad lessons is best...and why?

All Lessons are vital but the eye opener for me was lesson 4, Marketing = Money.
In that lesson you learn that success is equal parts of driving sales at TripleClicks and building a team that can do the same. It leaves no doubt that you can not pick and choose what portion of SFI you feel most comfortable with and ignore the rest, because a BIG TEAM that makes NO SALES earns NO MONEY.
It also tells you to start as slow as you need to and become an expert at both marketing the TripleClicks E-commerce Community and an Awesome Sponsor. Don't stop learning each craft as the rules change as fast as the tools change and what was solid 5 years ago will need an update to work in today's better educated marketplace.
I love the overall education of launchpad because it explores the possible, empowers the bold, and educates the masses. You learn to be your own best customer and invest in your success but you also learn how to start as a free member and build up to those things.
Above all the Launchpad walks you through your SFI website and the TripleClicks program step by step so you can find countless ways to grow and network.
SFI is one amazing program and Launchpad is the key to the ignition.

One at a time until all are mastered.
You need to put what you learn into action and get good at promoting that end of the business then move on to a new challenge. If you don't have the funds for a Standing order you need to get good at referring TripleClicks sales to earn that money.
If you are good a Triple Clicks Sales and have your standing order you need to amplify your results and learn to refer other affiliates and teach them what you know.
If you want even more out of your business you need to start targeting potential ECA. Every ECA you refer could add $500 to $1000 a year or more to your earnings as our 2 million member online store reaches 10 million or more. WHen it grows to E-bay size 1 ECA could give you a years salary just in monthly royalties, the sky is the limit.
So learn that too.
Every piece of the puzzle you decide not to work is money you are leaving on the table for someone else to grab but you need to have focus and knowledge, so build a personal blog or website and start with one area of the business, get good at it and learn another and don't stop adding parts until you are earning from all aspects of your SFI / TripleClicks business.

The best goal I have set for my SFI Business.
I would have to say that my main goal is to be the best SFI Team Leader at helping others find success. If I can reach my goal finding 5 people to mentor into becoming Platinum Team Leaders and eventual Diamond Team Leaders will be that much easier.
If I accomplish my goal I will know how to handle my teams urgent questions.
I will Know how to guide my team from where they are through each next step.
I will know how to help them promote their business and develop tools to ease their burden.
I will exude teamwork and excel at building lasting relationships.
I will have to develop communications tools and shared resources that help my team teach their team down hundreds of generations until everyone in my 12 tiers of downline is making money.
I wont stop until my goal is a reality because as Napoleon Hill said, "Success comes fastest to those who spend their time helping others be successful".

What's the best SFI marketing method for beginners? Why?

I am torn between two lovers when it comes to this question.
See I am passionate about the early foundation of a blog and learning niche marketing because it will lead to limitless sales commissions and the best shot at substantial earnings inside a 6-12 month period. That blog will be your base of operations, your source of limitless free targeted traffic, and a place to capture leads and train you workers. I doubt I would have seen near the success I have in the last 11 years without my blogs.
At the same time though there is a need for long term development of that team of workers and that starts before they get to your blog, and continues after they join your team or your list.
That development comes with direct marketing and communications.
The best way to build relationships and prospect people who will become workers is to reach out and directly talk to them via social media and online chat. Once you have someone you are interested in recruiting in a chat you can inform them about SFI, answer questions they have on the spot, walk them through the sign-up process, and usher them into your Facebook, Google plus, or Skype group to make sure you have daily contact for great team communication and training.
I would in an ideal world have each new recruit practice talking to people about SFI and then put those words into blog post of Youtube Videos so that they are ready to embrace direct marketing while building their long term marketing plan.
Thanks for an amazing question.

How do you manage your team with many cultures and timezones to navigate?

I had a Aussie business partner for 7 years. His 6AM tomorrow was like 4PM in my today.
We had a site administrator and content writer who was Indian but lived on an island near the arctic circle, a dutch lady with broken English who headed up part of our marketing and advertising wing, and thousands of members from around the world who spoke numerous languages.
Fact is our budget didn't afford us to have people translate all these languages and most of the team at least spoke some English so we learned to face the day with Google Translate and the power of Skype Chats.
When you decide to start an international business you shouldn't be narrow minded and say I will only do business with people who speak Spanish, English, French, or Russian. You simply do your best to serve each community equally. Sure you will have cases where the Person from Serbia who grew up in the USSR doesn't trust the Americans, or the person in China and the other business partner in Japan can't agree who is right on maritime issues, but being a steady voice of reason will eventually win over the sharpest critics.
In short, do what it takes to serve the global community. Don't look for reasons it wont work or for an opportunity to avoid difficult and just ship off your PSA to someone who speaks their language. Learn and grow, and as US President Eisenhower said, "The Buck Stops Here".

The best way to learn how to support your PSA and Downline is to get active in the forum.
Every day in the forum you see the most asked questions and most stated answers in SFI. As you watch and learn these responses, you will soon be able to chime in and be the first to provide this guidance to others. Because you are now experienced in using the forum to learn and using the forum to teach you are now ready to support your affiliates.
Every day is a new chance to learn and grow. You will not just learn about your business but you will make friends, have solid debates, be able to pick the brains of Platinum Team Leaders and benefit from their experience. You can build multinational friendships and partnerships that could pave the way for joint venturing on team builds or help you find the right co-op for your budget that gets results.
I wouldn't trade the forum for any tool on the SFI website. It's game changing.
