Success in SFI and TripleClicks can be broken down as per the monthly goals you set yourself.

Obviously, your No. 1 goal is a long term goal, as with all of us, who joined SFI to become wealthy, to improve our standard of living, etc. which can't be answered now. So, let's talk about your monthly goals.

Power Rank Leaderboard position (overall) - did you also achieve the position you nominated here? Yes?
Power Rank Leaderboard position (Country) - did you get to number you nominated? Yes?
Power Rank Leaderboard position (class) - did you maintain your rank, or moved up as per your goal? Yes?

If you have achieved the above according to the goals you set yourself, then you are successful! Conratulations!

This is a very simplistic way of ascertaining your success in SFI/TC, but it will help you work your way up to achieving your overall goals, month after month, until you finally reach the top.

The new Fast-Track 2.0 is the most important improvement in SFI/TC.

You should promote the new Fast-Track 2.0 program to our new affiliates for the reason that it has added the Fast-Track Bonus Shares.

In your welcome letters to new affiliates, you should emphasise the added bonus shares, that for every 10 VP one earns, one earns one additional bonus shares of the Executive Pool.

You also can add that under the new Fast-Track 2.0 program, the fastest, easiest and the best way to meet qualifications for Fast-Track Badge is the New Member Pack (NMP), and earn 10% extra every month forever by becoming EA and maintaining $20 worth of sales or purchase.

There is also the chance to get the Gold Fast-Track Badge – optional, if they make a sale or purchase with 1500 VP. Best to get a SO for 125 Credit Pack.

With the 6 new FT Member benefits such as 250 bonus VP, 30 entries in the Daily Grand Drawing, bonus shares of the TC Executive Pool, new FT Member Badge, name and picture added to the FT “Wall of Fame” and a personalized FT Certificate of Achievement are huge improvemet to SFI and TC business. You asked for the most effective strategy for reassigning people in your downline. There are many strategies actually, but if you only want to know THE most effective, for me this is the most effective strategy:

In order to get the ball rolling, and to prepare downline for leadership, is to award deserving downlines as an incentive with 5-10 Reassignments once they become EAs.

Check your Movers list to identify someone whom you want to reassign. At your Genealogy (www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy) Choose the Reassignment tab. Check a box for someone whom you want to reassign, enter the SFI ID number of the downline to whom you want to reassign the person you selected into the pop up box and click OK.

Select 5 best EAs and help them convert to Team Leaders so you can help them to duplicate this action.

It will also help to reassign PSAs from the same country as the downline so that communication will be much easier, and to whom the reassigned PSA may feel a connection with.

But reassigning PSAs as an incentive for new affiliates to become EAs, for me, is not advisable as it can frighten them if they are not ready to lead a team.

We all have 24 hours a day. For those of us in SFI, we learn how to allocate our time depending on our present circumstances in life.

For someone retired from the workforce, it seems I may now have the time in the world to focus on SFI. Not so! I have other interests as well, so must set aside a time for what I love doing- reading, gardening and a bit of writing.

I'm not a maths person, so I speak in minutes/hours instead of percentages.

The major part of my time is devoted to SFI though. First thing in the morning, with a hot mug of coffee, I would spend 30 minutes checking my inbox for messages from SFI and my team, read the latest SFI News. At this time, there's no access to SFI Daily To-Do until 4 PM in Melbourne, so that leaves plenty of time to do laundry and gardening. After lunch, I'll read a book, or write a page or two of my memoir, until it's time to go back to my work desk at 4 pm to do my daily tasks.

Daily Tasks - 15 minutes.
Eager Zebra Games 1 - 2 hours. This is done later.
Pricebender auction - 1 hour, if it goes longer, I quit but not until I've won the Flash Drawing about 3 times, which is the maximum.

For weekly tasks, I set aside 15 - 20 minutes writing a draft of my weekly message, normally done first thing Monday morning, submit it and get the points later, along with reviewing TConnect page and Stream Post. Action will take 15 minutes.

When a bunch of new sign-ups arrives, I would spend a minimum time between 15 - 30 minutes sending Welcome E-cards first, then follow up with welcome emails later in the day, so with 30 more minutes spent at sending the follow up email I can despatch 20 - 30 emails in one go.

Advertising is done through a share in S-Builder Co-op, PSA TO GO, shares from good ECAs for sign-ups with hit-tracking, as well as using personal contact. This activity does not need a big slice of my time - about 20- 30 minutes.

Visiting the Forum, about 30 minutes to an hour, especially if there are many interesting posts to read and to comment on.

Submitting answers to Ask SC, I give myself 1 hour to read the question and draft an answer. I do this when insomnia kicks in.

So when all the important daily tasks are done, I can focus on the other parts of SFI and TC business a bit more in between cooking, doing housework, laundry, gardening, reading and going out and enjoy a balanced life.

By having a Blog/Web where you can brand yourself by writing good quality contents that gets you traffic and followers and sign-ups and TC customers as a result.

By participating in the social media and gaining a following in Twitter, Pinterest, Linked, Google+, Facebook , YouTube and such, also makes you stand out in the crowd of affiliates as not many are tech-savvy and some are social media-shy and would never dare do the things you’re doing.

For me, duplication is the most important and challenging, yet the most rewarding, part of SFI business because of leveraging.

It is through duplication that we can create a big income. Although scoring VersaPoints and generating TripleClicks sales can earn money, in the longer term, the major monthly income will come from successful sponsoring and duplicating.

We can take part in VersaPoints Matching, which means that we can get matching shares of the TC Executive Pool on every affiliates in our team up to 12 generations every month, including every one of our CSAs.

Creating duplication should be our priority as soon as we become Executive Affiliates and start to learn how lead by example by sponsoring affiliates and referring TC members and setting up standing order. To show them what it means to be a strong and active sponsor, we must lead positively and constructively. Our downlines will duplicate whatever we do.
