I believe, Nabu Kumar, the best way to maximize benefits is to read all you can about SFI.

SFI Basics and LaunchPad lessons are good start. Going to Home page DAILY to clear the red tabs is really necessary, otherwise you will end up as another affiliate is right now, about 20VP short of his rank qualification because he missed a few days of clearing red tabs. Those 11VP daily can hurt if you don't get them. Not to mention the badge associated with Daily VersaPoint Streak - lets everybody

How can I get my affiliates to see the benefits of playing games like Knockout Trivia so they will play them?

Point out your Eager Zebra badges to them, explain the prizes they can win, and the subsequent goals they can attain by using their prizes for actions.

Describe the feeling of holding off a field of 150, 170, 300 other players of Knockout Trivia to become the winner!! (It's absolutely delightful!!) And it can be quite an accomplishment to be proud of, holding off a large group, discovering knowledge you had no idea you knew!!

Another major benefit to Knockout Trivia is it is

I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

I understand what you mean, talking to people face to face is not my strong suit, either!

Try putting out flyers with tear-off tabs anywhere around you that you can - grocery stores, libraries, there is a recent askSC question on that subject for more ideas - and put your phone number if you want to talk to them. Might be wiser to put an email address. Also include your gateways to SFI and TripleClicks. That way they have the choice to email or go direct to your gateways.

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

Remind your affiliates fairly often to clear their red tabs on a DAILY basis, DO rate the askSC answers as they will learn from answers to questions they might not realize they also have.

LaunchPad lessons are vital to review now and then to ensure they are firmly into your memory banks. There is a LOT of information to absorb in those lessons!

Encourage them to go to the SFI Forum page, there are also good teaching Q&As there.

Above all, remind them to be patient.

You do not have to invest hundreds of dollars to get started. Nor for the training. Actually, you do not have to invest any money at all in SFI!!

You will move a little faster up the rank ladder, if that is your desire, if you do have a Standing Order, but it is not required!

There is no pressure to maintain more than EA2. Many members maintain EA2 for a LONG time, working meanwhile on building a team. THEN, they are ready, trained, and eager to let their active team move

As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

Hey, Stephen...:)

An important thing to do is acquire a downline with whom you can work to grow everyone's team. No team, nothing to lead. Try PSAs to go, or at least 1 unit of S-Builder Coop.

Then, the most important thing is communication. Set things up so your newbies right away see your letter of greeting, and support. Always let them know you are there to help them succeed. Ensure often that they all have your email, or telephone for closer by affiliates.

Point out to them that many people spend a good bit of time in SFI before they start to see large returns of money.

Ask them how many active PSAs, CSAs they have. How many PRMs for TripleClicks. Are they advertising for same?

Where are they advertising - online or offline, or both?

Once they start answering your points, then you may be able to see where they may have room for improvement in their techniques or locations. Here would be the time to point out to them

Which is better...doing two separate blogs about SFI and TripleClicks...or a single blog about BOTH?

Actually, I think it would depend in part on how expert a person is at blogging, Chidinma. Some are good at it, many are not.

I think it might be a good idea to do separate blogs. That way you can get more in depth about the one, and be sure to put in some cross-references to the other, and vice-versa.
I would recommend a larger, good banner for the main one in your blog, a smaller one off to the side for the other one.

If you try to cover both SFI and TripleClicks in

While you are explaining to them about SFI, you also explain that this, that, the other steps involved in building their business take TIME!

Point out that: "Rome wasn't built in a day"; "large oaks from little acorns grow"; "slow and steady gets the job done", among others you may know.

The learning required will take some time, and understanding. Skill and comfort with the SFI program will come naturally as they learn, and maybe more quickly than

First, be patient and kind, because they are gun-shy!! I was. I asked my referrer several emails full of questions before I decided to see for myself! I have tried several online businesses; they all suck you in with great promises, then drop the hammer of lots more money in order to get additional training, advertising help, etc...

That said, after you have commiserated with their bad experiences, tell them - as quickly as you can while speaking calmly, clearly and plainly, before their
