This topic has been discussed many times at the Forum, and lately there is one such post that received so many feedback and comments and advice that the poster decided to give SFI another go!

It's a good thing if the affiliate lets you know that he is going to quit because nothing is coming of his efforts and hard work, then you can give your personal advice and offer to help find a solution.

You can advice your affiliate to give himself/herself a chance to succeed by reading and learning more about increasing the number of PSAs and CSAs in his/her team, by reassigning more PSAs, or adding your affiliate to your Co-op, and monitoring his/her progress.

Teach about duplication, and provide free leads to advertising for PRMs and customers to increase sales.

That nothing happens until there's sales/purchases.

t may help also to suggest to your affiliate to review LaunchPad lesson No. 11- Overnight Success-NOT!

It's also a good idea to review with your Affiliate the SFI Rules of Success, that building a successful SFI business takes perseverance, hard work and commitment.

That you will be with him/her in the journey while you follow The Plan, and together you'll find success.

A lot of authors have already given great answers to this interesting question. I

I may not get any votes on my answer being so late, but I’d like to add a bit more.

It is important to have a good photo in our SFI account for the reason being we are involved in an international business and people should know who we are.

People around the world joining our business would want to see if this business is real and if real people are running it, and not a faceless machine.

What makes a good photo?

A nice, smiling face looking straight at the camera, with clear and uncluttered background, would invite trust and interest from the people looking.

A real and friendly face of a person, not that of an avatar or a pet dog, penguin, or even a tattooed muscle, will be be reassuring and welcoming to people who come in contact with us.

It doesn't matter if the photo is in colour or in black and white, it should bear a truthful image of the person, alone, and not in company or hidden among the background scenery, or in a particular pose that may attract criticism or laughter or other comments.

The Signing Bonuses of $20, $40, and $100 will be an important part of my new approach to my affiliates to get them to take action.

Once they receive the initial SB of $20, I will encourage the new PSAs to go for Gold FT and earn the $100 SB.

With the new Designated Diamond program, encouraging the PSAs who took advantage of the Signing Bonuses and have become EA2s and thus become Team Leaders will need different approach again as they will be feeling pressured and may not be ready to face the challenge.

To give more challenges- first to become DD with DD invitation and commit themselves to success; and second to join the new Winter Leadership Program with me, as this will help them with their recruitment/sponsoring campaigns will need yet more people skill to get them to embrace the new programs.

With every milestone my Designated Diamonds achieved, there will be a new kind of prizes, that will range from a share in my co-op, more PSA reassignments, and more CSA reassignments, as well as the usual Gift Certificate and TCredits.

Along with working with my Designated Diamonds, I will be constantly looking for more active PSAs, to look for more candidates for the DD invitation, hence the need for sponsoring more affiliates until I find more suitable candidates.

Next I will learn more of the other new announcements, apply the learning so that I can help my team understand the impact of these new programs to their own SFI business.

Advertising and making use of the new Gateways banners will be given more attention, as the need to increase sales this year becomes a big part of Building Something Great in 2016.

With the initial contact. inform your new PSA/CSA that although the entrance to SFI is free, it does not mean that there are no expenses involved, followed by a short explanation.

By mentioning the need for a standing order, although it is not compulsory, the setting up of SO is the first sign that this business is not a hobby but a real and serious business.

As an independent business owner, there are certain responsibilities that one has to understand- the investment of time, commitment, and money are important for building a foundation of a profitable and successful SFI business

There are only 2 very important things they need to understand clearly: to build a team and to promote TC products, the rest are helpful tools in making it work.

They need to read, review, and understand thoroughly the SFI BASICS, especially the Ultra-Simple 3-Step plan, and fully comprehend the LAUNCHPAD. The SFI Rules of Success will explain more in short easy paragraphs what building an SFI business with serious potential is all about.

With the new DD program, it becomes more imperative for the new PSAs to learn how it ties up with the THE PLAN.

With this knowledge, the new PSA will soon realize the seriousness of the earning potential of SFI business that one cannot get from a hobby.

Of course, it is worthwhile to sponsor anybody, even with little English or very limited computer/internet experience. Every one has an equal right to success!

Anyone who has a desire to learn can learn how to use computer, and have internet experience by being in an internet home-based business such as SFI.

The language problem has been addressed by SFI by installing a Translate facility in the SFI Affiliate Center to help those who speak very little English.

There are a large number of Affiliates whose mother tongue is not English so this is really not a problem. Every one, with little or no English, is worthy to be sponsored and given a chance to join SFI and start a business and given a chance at success.

The best way to make sure you keep your position and continue to support your team while on vacation to a place where internet access might be a problem is to prepare things before you go.

Ensure your Standing Order for the 1500 VP TC product is in order. This will help keep your position and rank not only while you’re away but every month.

Work your Daily To-Do list until the very last moment to keep your VP up to date.

Check your Movers List, send a short message to them to let them know of your absence for how many days/weeks and give them your contact number should they need to contact you urgently, or advise them to contact your uplines, or go to the Forum for support.

Give a special advice to those whom you think need you the most, the new Affiliates who have given commitment to be active in SFI and so will need more instructions and guidance than the others. Give useful links and resources like FAQs, Support Desk, and add a personal tip on how to proceed while you’re away.

Check your inbox for any urgent matters you need to attend to, important if you’re an ECA for any urgent orders to ship.

Check your inbox also for any urgent announcement from SFI, etc.
Then check your Homepage Alerts once more for any important announcement.

Then in order to preserve your VP Streak and you are unable to access the Affiliate Center for a few days, and not have to begin your count cover, go to your MyAccount Index and select the "ON" option in the VP Streak Vacation mode. Turning on Vacation Mode will remove one day from your Streak each day this mode is enabled. When you return, turn it OFF.

If you have a laptop or any device, you can log at every opportunity to earn VP. If you have no laptop, be on the lookout for an Internet Café when you’re shopping or sightseeing in town.

Don’t worry too much about your team, they’ll be minding their own business without you, anyway. When you come back from your vacation, you’re not only refreshed and rejuvenated but fully charged to take on where you left off- hopefully with more notification of new PSAs to welcome and more EAs coming through!

It is best to focus your advertising on one particular TripleClicks products, especially the ones which you have personally used.

Your experience about the benefits of buying and using that particular product will be a good selling point and may result in increase sales and commission for you.

If you choose to advertise the entire TripleClicks store, you will run the risk of confusing, and losing your customers and prospects. How will you catch the interest of your prospects when they start to scroll down thousands of listings in the TripleClicks store and ending up exhausted and undecided whether to continue scrolling and reading the extensive list?

Focus on one good TripleClicks Products at a time, so you can make a clear, easy to understand, and attractive sales pitch on a particular product. One successful sale is better than none.
