What's the best way to gain the attention of Second Home CSAs and get them active again?

One of the more neglected income groups is that of the CSAs. They provide a valuable commission stream especially those that religiously place their standing orders every month just to maintain their EA status.
In fact you have to do very little work with the CSAs because they are rewarded to you so the initial work is already done by the Sponsor who has brought them into SFI. In any case, you must do your part in keeping the communication lines open.
I normally surprise my CSAs with a few credits for their continous support and this way they have no option but to contact me-its only courteous to respond and they do! These are the active ones and I see that you are referring to the ones you need to revive.
Its a good practice to try and find out as much as you can about the CSAs before you grab an E Card and write to them. It helps to have some of their data at hand and remind them of what needs to be accomplished. You may not always receive a reply but there is absolutely no restriction on keeping in touch.
Moreover, it helps not always to bring up SFI and TC topics of discussion-I diversify my subjects and lean on more personal conversations such as their job, why they joined SFI, family and kids are common topics that others do not hesitate to talk about because it makes them believe that you care about their welfare and they will respond.
The E Cards are very useful for such purposes of communication especially as you know that the Sponsor may also be contacting them so overload of information is avoided. A short message on the E Card is good enough to start a conversation but always keep in touch.

Which of the SFI LaunchPad lessons is best...and why?

It is prudent to understand that SFI has set out the 30 Day Launchpad lessons, 1 module for each day of the month and this has been thought out cleverly to help new affiliates through their induction in SFI.
I would loathe to believe that affiliates have preferences over the 30 lessons. EAch of the lessons has a direct benefit in their training and understanding the concept of the business. I would therefore not exclude any of the lessons and say that a particular lesson was more important or productive than the other!
The 30 Day Launchpad lessons take you through each and every step of the business helping answer questions that you may have during this training and it may not be appropriate to single out any one as being more useful than the rest,
All the lessons are important.

What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

I try to usually analyse some of these questions by relating to real life situations which people have experienced. For example having a child who may start out slow but exceeds all expectations when he/she tops the class! The parents feel proud at not having given up on him/her.
Inactive CSAs are those slow starters who need time, patience and constant motivation to take the next step forward. I would also include in the regular mailer, my own achievements in SFI in the hope that it will generate interest. This can create curiosity towards the program and likely to also start a communication process between you and the inactive CSAs.
I also find it useful to have a list of the CSAs on my whitelist (personal email) as this is a way to personally communicate with each CSA especially if they are not logging into their SFI accounts.
We have to give them time and not give up on them. They might be the ones to nurture your business in the future!

How can I build a successful SFI business when I have a team of inactive affiliates and doubtful customers for my TripleClicks store?

I am assuming that your inactive affiliates have come to you online, perhaps you need to change your approach and try out a different method of duplication.
For your business to be successful you need the following
- a regular stream of affiliates who will take the business seriously and therefore support your initiatives to become successful
- recruit affiliates who you know personally and who share the same passion as you do to earn a living online
- introduce customers to your online store and make a few purchases yourself to understand the system and become confident of buying from your own store. This increases the trust on this site from which you purchase and you can provide your own examples to help your customers not be doubtful.
- focus on affiliates who can also invest in the business after the 3rd month or earlier.
- provide incentives to new affiliates such that they will be in the business long enough to get serious about it ; maybe after 2 months you can give them gift certificates upon them becoming EA2
- use the Genealogy report to concentrate on affiliates who are inactive as well - maybe they are having language difficulties and your email might pinch a nerve to get them active!
The success of your business is in your hands and you cannot continuously think about not being successful because that is exactly what will happen. Put in your maximum effort and go back to the Basics and other learning modules that are available online. There is absolutely nothing that is not achievable once you put your mind to it.
Good luck

Is it worthwhile to create individual, personalized welcome letters to new PSAs using information from their Affiliate Profile?
Nafisa Patwa, Aff (Kenya)

Affiliate since: 07/05/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
It is useful to see the details in the Affiliate's profile to understand where the PSAs are coming from. Some may not have the fluency and efficiency of the English language and therefore using complicated words would be inappropriate when drafting a welcome letter.
For this reason it is important to gear the welcome letters in such a way that they are kept simple and easily understood by all the PSAs.
To get a more personalized letter, I find the E Cards to be extremely handy but these can only used for individual messages - it would be difficult to accommodate all your PSAs into one team mail with the E Cards.

How do you convince your life partner that investing in your SFI business is prudent?

In any business one starts, whether it is your life partner or anyone else, most people are interested in the bottom line-what will be your profit, income or simply put - what is in it for you!
Relative to SFI, you would not need to convince your spouse of how successful SFI is for you if after 3 months you have accumulated a commission cheque that is significant to pay a bill or two! Therefore work at SFI first, at least for 3 months before you try to put your debate on the table......
If you had your own funds to work with, make some investment in the business, build at least 2/3 team leaders within this time as your team will help you strengthen your argument that it is indeed prudent to invest in SFI......
Within this period, try to get some free advertising and build up sales each month-it may look to be quite a task but believe me, it is possible - 3 months is as long as you would like it to be to achieve your goals.....
This is the model I worked with to get the returns on my investment though I had less than 3 months to earn my commission-I wished I had joined on 1.10 instead of 26.10 - those missed days definitely would have been very useful. With my own experience now it is not at all difficult to convince anyone! You just have to know how!
Best wishes & luck

What is the most important goal you've set for your SFI business and why?
Nafisa Patwa, Aff (Kenya)

Affiliate since: 07/05/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
I would rightly assume that any affiliate who has joined SFI has joined to make money online and this would be the single most important goal that we all have. The difference is how we will go about achieving this goal.
For me, goals are like rungs of a ladder and in order to achieve any particular goal, I must first see that my "small" goals are achieved which means climbing the ladder, one rung at a time to help me reach my most important goal. Therefore for me, it would be to have a team (network) that is active, strong in its attitude and independent. In other words have a good foundation for my SFI business- this is the core of my business, my PSAs and CSAs.
When I have a strong team, I know that they will continue working on their own whether I am there or not and this is of primary importance because I can rely on my income to flow in with minimum supervision. I can then concentrate on supporting new prospects and strengthen the core of my business.

SFI represents multiple income earning opportunities. Should I focus on just one, some, or ALL?

I think the answer here is BALANCE and Diversity.c
Decide for yourself what you do best. Then go all out to achieve your targets. It is important to focus on your goals and plan your business. Since the restrictions of what you can and cannot do are only imposed upon you by your own strengths and weaknesses, you can combine your skills to achieve maximum results from all the activities that SFI presents.
I say this because you cannot single out one opportunity and neglect others which you may not be good at now but will definitely improve with time. This is where you will create a balance so that you also diversify into other income generating activities if one area of that activity does not bring in desired results. You can fall back on other areas.
For example if you are very good at recruiting PSAs, you will give it your 100% but do not neglect your TripleClicks store from where you are likely to generate sales - combine the two to focus on both.
Choose the best options that will work for you. If you believe you can work with all, then that should be your focus.

Besides the requirement to qualify, what is expected of me in becoming a team leader?

1 2 3 Diversity
2 1 3 Product Knowledge & CPD
3 2 1 Innovative Ideas
It does not matter in which order you place the above requirements, in leading a business, the leader must be able to fit these points into the business to enable it to flourish whether 6 levels down, 8 or 12.
Diversity will involve the various ways in which you handle your affiliates-they are your business. You cannot deal with them all in the same manner-some need more care than others, some are self-motivated, some are not-there are language barriers, some are eager to learn and a leader will accommodate, tolerate without impatience and guide this diverse groups of individuals....
Coupled with Diversity and your inter-personal skills-affiliates are your customers, take time for each one of them and be passionate about their success as yours is dependant on theirs!
Having as much information about what are marketing, is very important. Your Product Knowledge is passed onto generations below you and the clarity with which you will dispense that is not only essential but allows your team to have the strength to create further leaders easily. As a leader you are also influenced to lead through CPD (Continuous Professional Development)
The leader must be able to identify the different ways your affiliates will climb the ranks within the business-how you will assist them to optimise the resources that are available. Creating innovative ways of generating leads & referrals using each affiliate's personal circumstances will definitely be a thought provoking challenge
These, in my view are some of the pre-requisites of the leader who will guide the team towards progress, success and better financial output from TripleClicks and SFI.
Happy Holidays

Can I set up my SFI business to run on autopilot? If so, how?

I do not believe that SFI is a mechanical or robotic venture
You are dealing with people and interacting with them at various levels and different situations. That requires a physical presence in whatever you do. You could not run the business on an auto pilot.
Each new query that comes your way requires a response that is not standard. You have to handle the queries accordingly. An auto pilot suggests you have automated answers or actions that will take place in certain scenarios. This will not work with SFI. Even if it is not an enquiry. Let's take advertising. You must organize your campaign before you let it take it's course and give you results. Or let's take an Alert from SFI. How will the auto pilot respond when you have an Alert on your Standing Order not going through or your card being rejected. This must have you deal with it. The auto pilot cannot follow these instructions.
I do not foresee your SFI business running on an auto pilot in the near future, but who knows with the internet innovations, we may get those Think Tanks come up with a solution for that too!
