Simple my friend! Just lead by example. If you have perfected how to duplicate and you are very familiar with and have experienced the awesome benefits of duplication, it is easy to convince your downline to do same. The surest way to get your affiliates to follow your duplication trail is by showing them how you are doing it then encourage them to do same. You can do this best by using your team mail messages to regularly explain to your team members how you are getting on and the awesome benefits you are getting in SFI all because of your duplication efforts.

Mention concrete examples and refer them to the blog in your leadership page where you regularly publish your achievements and milestones. As the saying goes, “seeing is believing.” If your affiliates are able to “see” what you are doing, it becomes very easy to convince them to do same. For that reason, when it comes to matters of duplication, you must at all times do all the things you want your affiliates to also do. If they manage to do as you expect them to, that gives you all the assurances you need that duplication will take place among those you sponsor.

All methods, systems, tips and tricks which work very well for you should be made easily available to your downline. Encourage feedback from your downline and lead with praises, corrections and tips to move them to do much better than they are doing. As an individual business person, I can say right away that what you do is entirely up to you. Like the saying goes, “it is different strokes for different folks.” So it is in SFI. What is very gratifying in SFI is that it is designed to meet the needs of everyone. What you want and how you intend to go about getting it largely determines what you do in SFI. Can you believe that many affiliates are in SFI just for the fun of it while many others are very busy looking for money? Everything depends on what each affiliate wants.

Having said that, my advice to my team is that each affiliate should study the income opportunities against their personal capabilities then decide which to settle for among the following opportunities to make money. These are the most common and easiest to follow in the many SFI income opportunities.

1. Sponsoring and Duplication: The more active sign-ups you have as PSAs, the more money you make. You stand to earn up to 45% in sales commissions from the transactions of your PSAs. To benefit from this income opportunity, you must be very good in both Online and Offline advertising.

2. Accumulating VersaPoints: From your daily, weekly and monthly actions in addition to the sales you make, you can accumulate unlimited VersaPoints which earn you money. To benefit from this, you need to be very diligent in your SFI business.

3. TripleClicks sales: If you can generate sales at TripleClicks shop, you earn commissions on every sale you generate. This requires aggressive advertising both Online and Offline.

4. Becoming an E-commerce Associate, ECA: This way, you can display and sell your own goods to make profits in the normal course of business transactions. Very good and convincing advertising is needed here. Are you very good at that?

5. Sponsoring E-Commerce Associates, ECAs: This way, you can earn lifetime commissions from all the sales made in Tripleclicks by all the ECAs you sponsor. Good and very diligent advertising is needed here. Can you do that?

6. Co-sponsoring: If you can make the rank of Executive Affiliate, EA or above every month, SFI will allocate to you a number of Co-sponsored affiliates whose transactions can earn you up to 15% in commissions. All of us desire to see our affiliates become serious business builders in SFI. Here are my own suggestions on what to do to attain that feat.

1. It is important for you to be serious yourself.
2. You must be prepared to lead by example.
3. Establish a clear two-way communication with your affiliates.
4. Mentor and teach your affiliates without let or hindrance.
5. Find and use very credible ways to motivate them.
6. Encourage them to read and learn all they can about SFI as a business.
7. Encourage them to promote their business vigorously.
8. Let them into the tips and tricks of the business.
9. Show them how to earn real big in SFI.
10. Show them the importance of Duplication.
11. Show them how to become team leaders themselves.
12. Teach them resilience and persistence.

I sincerely believe that if you can do all the above diligently, it is possible to get a very high percentage (say up to 5%) of your affiliates to be serious business builders in SFI.

To my mind, what really should constitute the best marketing methods for beginners are methods which give the best results, are easy to use, cheap or even free to use. For that reason, it is pretty difficult to settle for just one marketing method as the best. It is always advisable to use many methods singly or in combinations. That is what gives the best results which can immensely benefit beginners. For best results, the marketing message can be packaged in form of:

-Text ads.
- Banner ads.
- Blogs.
- Articles marketing.
- Brochures.
- Bulletins.
- Newspaper ads.
- Flyers, etc, etc.

Then the message can be put out in any of the following common and popular methods:

1. Internet marketing (e-mail, Websites, Blogs, etc.)
2. Print media (periodical/magazine ads, card decks, etc.)
3. Direct mail.
4. "Warm marketing" (friends, family, co-workers, etc.)

I believe that the best way to gain the attention of second home CSAs is through EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. You must be ready to be an awesome sponsor using all the tools provided by SFI if you want to succeed with second home CSAs. You as a sponsor must do all things feasible to reach out to them as soon as they are assigned to you. It may take quite a while but you may just need to persist before you can get any form of response from second home CSAs. When you do get a response, no matter how vague, that becomes a very encouraging sign for you to sharpen your communications with them. You will succeed further with your CSAs if you are able to do the following:

1. Welcome them to your team as soon as they are assigned to you.
2. Offer them a place in your cooperative if you have one.
3. Encourage them to visit your Leadership Page for tips, your blog and recommended products.
4. Encourage them to confide in you for help if they have any issues with SFI or TripleClicks.
5. Get a contest under way for your team and invite them to participate.
6. Give out gifts of TCredits occasionally to them if you can afford to.
7. Send to them without fail any useful tips you come across occasionally in SFI.
8. Direct them to the links they can get useful information and how to sponsor new affiliates.
9. Let them know that SFI business is theirs to run and that they can only get out of it in direct proportion to what they put into it.

Luckily SFI has a lot of room for rating the performance of ECAs aside from many other sources of information available to affiliates. That provides the very basis for me to answer this question. Because of convenience, many affiliates do resort to only the Local Pay services to meet their currency needs in SFI and TripleClicks. A peep into the ratings of these Local Pay providers who deal on T-Currency and some other considerations do help any affiliate to make a decision on which to choose.

To determine the efficiency and reliability of any Local Pay Provider, you need to take the following into consideration.

1. How they display their T-Currency business in their T-Connect page.
2. The exchange rates they charge.
3. How quickly and accurately they respond to T-Currency orders.
4. The recommendations from your A2A friends and your upline.

Everyone is a salesperson. At any time of the day 24/7 buying and selling take place around the world. It is really a buyers and sellers world out there. To become a great salesman or saleswoman, you must be/do all of the following.

The only business I know which runs on autopilot is piloting a passenger aircraft at 60,000 feet above sea level. Even that is only for sometime when you are cruising level. If you have to change course, weather some turbulence or bring down the aircraft, auto-piloting will be inadequate to guarantee safety. I do not see how you can possibly run a serious business like SFI completely on autopilot. Some aspects of it, YES but for all of SFI business, it is a big NO.

You may be able to run your Gateways advertising on autopilot. You can automate your bidding in PriceBenders auctions. Auto-responders to some extent can handle customer inquiries and such like activities. That is about all you can run on autopilot in SFI.
When it comes to the following serious SFI activities, your personal attention comes out best all the time. Some of these activities are:

1. Your daily to-do list.
2. Buy and sell decisions.
3. Reading and participating in the forum.
4. Reading and participating in Ask SC.
5. Socializing through a2a.
6. Mentoring Affiliates.
7. Team Leadership activities.
8. Reviewing purchases.
9. Goals setting.
10. Strategizing. etc. etc, etc.

If however you have run your SFI business for quite some time, you have broken even and are making a profit, you may thereafter choose to do less activities or even log in daily. That can not in anyway qualify as auto-piloting though. It is simply reduced activities while the business still runs smoothly. Nothing beats human efforts any day particularly in SFI activities.
