I think the greatest incentive you can give your new affiliate is in your welcome letter, by offering co-op shares, TCredits, and most of all, your assistance when needed. Be with your new affiliates all the way. Encourage them often. Help them understand that the more points they receive, the more pay they receive.
How do you use the information in your Genealogy about the VP your affiliates (individually and collectively) have generated?

I use VP information to note who is EA or higher and who is close to attaining the next level. I write to affiliates who are close to the next level and encourage them to gain those few more points and reach for that level. I encourage all of my team to log in each day and gain points. congratulating those who have reached milestones and become EA or Team Leaders is also very important.
How can you best use your badges (Top 10 Power Rank, E365 Finalist, etc.) to grow your SFI business?

When affiliates see your badges, they know that you are a genuine affiliate and they will follow you. They are very important. So the more you get and the more VP you earn, the more your affiliates will respect you for doing honest work. This gives them an incentive to do the same.

The silver bars are an excellent way to show people how wonderful SFI and TripleClicks are. People can begin to purchase the silver and auction with TCredits. Also, the silver can be given as gifts to loved ones and friends.

After you have checked out http://www.tripleclicks.com/ECA/Guidelines.php, to see what stores are prohibited by SFI, find small/medium local stores in your area that may or may not have an online presence and that can deliver small items throughout your country and the world. just explain what ECA is and give them the information. Keep checking back with these companies and keep looking for more. There even may be new ones beng established from time to time. Remember the Mom and Pop stores. These may be the best ones.

It's a game of chance, but often I have been surprised when I have won. If you see the clock going down below 5 seconds, and you have bid on the item, you're very close. Keep watch on how people bid, how many people are bidding at the time, and remember that there are some auctions when you can get double MRP (Monday is double MRP day and some other items are marked for that on other days). Be patient, as auctions take time; and have fun!
How much should an SFI affiliate spend on advertising each month?

What you should spend on your SFI business for advertising depends on your budget and what you can afford at the moment. If you are on a shoestring budget, start with free advertising or perhaps S-Builder Co-Op, if you could use VP from this to help you gain EA status. As you progress and gain higher commissions, you might want to join the co-ops of other affiliates in your team or your upline or in the SFI business overall. If you have income to spare, you could also get plenty of advertisement tools from TripleClicks to use offline, as welll as the free banners and eCards you can send out each day. Anyone, whether on a shoestring budget or not, can use eCards to reach warm market. And don't forget the telephone! You can be talking to someone about another topic and, as an aside, bring up SFI and how you have found this and TripleClicks to be an excellent opportunity and a fun way to build extra income and shop for items and to win auctions! It's a win/win situation. At any rate, be sure to have fun with this and be creative!

I'll ask yu a question. How much do you want to earn in three to five years and beyond? If you are willing to work at it by sponsoring affiliates, referring customers and helping all of your people grow in this business, it is very possible. The sky is the limit! It really depends on how much you are willing to do and how much your affiliates/customers are willing to put into this.
I have many affiliates in my genealogy that haven't been active for weeks. Should I just ignore them?

I will ask you this question. If I were your sponsor and you didn't log in for weeks, would you have appreciated it if I hadn't given you the benefit of the doubt and contacted you at least on a weekly basis to encourage you to move with your business? Never ignore anyone, because you don't know the treasure trove they can bring to you. Always keep in touch, at least on a weekly basis. Give more attention to those who are leaders or who are racing into this on a fast track and are willing to work. They are willing to learn. But those affiliates who do not seem to be doing anything right now might be like plants that just need some watering and nourishment, and one day they will spring up. Or it might be that, just like some babies that are having problems with thriving because they need extra medical or physical help, at some point will begin to look better and really take the nourishment you give them and will begin to grow and walk and talk. Just be loving and gentle and patient and kind. Show by your example of perseverance how you strive in this business. It will pay off by bringing you those who truly want to succeed.
