I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

Your A2A friends provide you with a great way to build your TripleClicks business.
1..Long term plans to build SFI and TripleClicks
2..Provide discussions to solve problems that other affiliates maybe facing
3..If the affiliates are willing to exchange telephone contact details, this would be useful for future communication
4..You are able to promote each others ECA as this reduces shipment costs if there are products you can order locally rather than from other ECAs who are based overseas
5..When you meet face to face with other affiliates, there is a greater trust between affiliates to support and create a long term relationship.
6..You can discuss and plan contests (within your own team) and outings for affiliates who reach certain levels in the rank. You can pick up ideas from your A2A friends.

Where are the best places to post advertising flyers?

One of the main purpose of advertising is to create interest in the consumer - this interest should create action and this is what we would like to achieve when distributing flyers. There are many avenues where you can distribute or post flyers keeping in mind that your flyers will not be trashed. Therefore it is important to post the flyers where
- the benefit of the flyers will outweigh the cost of placing those flyers. Taking part in fairs gives you easy access to not only post flyers but also distribute them to all those who are exhibiting at the fairs. It will also give you time to explain in person the concept of the program and depending on the number of days the fair is, you will have sufficient interaction to promote the business.
- there is maximum traffic and your business can get the exposure that you would like. Malls are ideal for this as the cost involved is also minimal.
- you may need to spend a little but can conform to the rules of your municipality - this would allow you to distribute flyers in parking lots and other public areas and anyone else without breaking any rules.

What is a good message I can use to greet my new PSAs?

As your intention is to retain and get your new PSAs to become active, it would be prudent to keep the following points in mind when writing a welcome message.
- provide all your details, rank, telephone contact and if you are comfortable a skype address. This will never leave it to chance that they are not able to be in touch with you through the website in case of any technical hitch. Also because of the different time zones, some affiliates may find it easy to drop an IMessage or WhatsApp a query and the reply can be instantaneous rather than having to wait for a reply when you log in.
- the other point you should keep in mind is to keep the message short. Many affiliates find all the detail overwhelming and if you add it more detail about the business at this time, it is likely to cause an adverse effect than create a rapport between you and the PSA.
- assert in your message that you, as the Sponsor are there to help and provide any support to help them succeed. If need be also mention a meeting via Skype or if you are in the same city, a one on one get together would be beneficial too.
These are the main points I would add to the message keeping in mind that you should also not use complicated vocabulary that may need a translator to convey your message, keep it simple short and to the point. It's a welcome message not a story!

Is SFI good for students (18 or older)? Why or why not?
Nafisa Patwa, Aff (Kenya)

There are various reasons, in my opinion that students may not be inclined to pursue this business, either full time or part time because of the following observations.
1. SFI and the success of the business depends primarily on duplication and how active your team members are- that means support the team.
- students will not have the time to put in the efforts for both these activities as studies will be a priority.
2. The students expect returns on the business
- some students would believe that the profits from the business could maybe fund their education or help in a small way
- from experience unless there is an active team working the business, returns will be limited or insignificant
- in a traditional salaried work, the returns are tangible
3. It takes a minimum of 2 months to become EA2 unless the student can invest in the business or has an active team
- by the time the student has already completed 2 months and there is no return on his efforts, this will easily discourage him not to continue
4. Whatever holiday period is available is likely to be spent away from studies or any other work that will require mental exertion
5. I am not sure whether SFI would be able to provide a written testimony to the student if he worked the business for 1 year and submit this as a recommendation to other prospective employers or include this as work experience in his resume?

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?
Nafisa Patwa, Aff (Kenya)

I have been in this situation twice when 2 of my downlines started off on a very positive note and from EA to GTL and more recently one went from EA to STL.
Regrettably the one of EA to GTL left the program because she realized that she did not have an active team under her and therefore she felt she was working alone. She was looking to earn online and this did not happen because she did not have any workers under her. She spent more time getting anxious over why she did not make the income rather than spend time sponsoring affiliates.
With my 2nd downline, I had to stop him from becoming GTL because I explained to him that he would need to maintain his STL rank in the following month and unless he had an active team, he would need to work harder.
My answer is simple - yes advise your downline to slow down and explain to them the reason why. This is especially relevant when you have a new affiliate who has joined and becoming GTL is very easy with investment(s). However, understand that you must be willing to inject some of your resources to maintain your leadership level if you do not have an active downline.

If you had an extra $100, what would be the best way, specifically, to use it to maximize and help grow your SFI business?

In this case, it is assumed that you are already an EA and have at least a team of 2 to 3 active downlines.
I would purchase 200 T Credits at $64.00 leaving you with $36.00 which I would utilise the following month for payment of my standing order. I would keep this aside just in case the following month I need to invest and am short of cash. And if I decided to change my mind and invest all the $100, I would still purchase the T Credits towards the latter part of the month.
You can
- bid in the auctions and perhaps also win an auction of 500 or 300 pack T Credits which you can recycle into your business through action points, extra Double MRPs gained in auctions and sales points.
- I would also try to win an auction where I would get 3 months membership of IAHBE and also receive 4500 VPs
- you will identify the performers/movers in your team and create a contest for them to reach higher goals and gift them upto 10 credits depending on the availability
- you can gain upto a maximum of 500 action points from just bidding with the T Credits
- you can also recruit new PSAs and gift them T Credits giving them the goal to reach EA in their first and second months in SFI.

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Definitely. There are numerous advantages for you to reassign your PSAs to those Affiliates who are in the same country.
- Communication is must faster, there are likely to be fewer language barriers and no time differences;
- You can have a coffee meeting to discuss the business if you are in the same town;
- Being in the same country enables you to understand the difficulties better and therefore come up with solutions that will not only benefit one person but the team;
- Shipping costs will be lower should the assigned PSA become ECA-products can be shipped without delays;
- Overall business and sales are likely to escalate because you would have an idea of the needs of the population, what products are popular and in which area of the country. The knowledge of your own country and its people gives you an edge over PSAs who are reassigned in a different country

I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?
Nafisa Patwa, Aff (Kenya)

Affiliate since: 07/05/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
In my view offline marketing lends a personal touch to SFI and it is not difficult to convince your friends or family to be a part of SFI or TripleClicks.
To prove my point these are the reasons why it can be equally or more effective than online marketing:-
1. Your friends particularly are likely to take up the program than an outsider that you may have found through online marketing. The trust in the program and my own personal experiences will strengthen the belief in the program.
2. A personal meeting can handle various aspects of the program and new recruits are less likely to be overwhelmed with all the detail/training that SFI offers.
3. Offline marketing will be instrumental in helping your business because you have already met with your Sponsor and are able to build a rapport faster-overall building the team is also less hectic.
4. When you are advertising in your own country or city, you can gather a group and this helps reach a wider audience which can guarantee better sign ups for your business.
These are primary factors but I am sure there are a lot more advantages in offline marketing against online marketing. We are in an era where not all countries have the fortune of having access to internet connection 24/7 - there are power outages and blackouts which are frequent and in such a scenario, you are better off with personal approaches!

What is SFI's most important tool to use for building a successful business?

Since I joined, there have been many changes, developments and research that continuously goes on behind the scenes that help affiliates utilize the potential of SFI to the maximum.
Keeping in mind that the core of your business is team building and this would be the most important tool that is incorporated in the site www.joinmysfiteam.com/xxxxxxxxxx. It gives prospects a quick overview of who is signing you up and provides the badges to certify your own progress within SFI. What more could one ask for!
Your profile speaks for itself and you need not elaborate any further although with the main site you are able to analyse other sub-tools that are present on the site.
Within the main tool of this site you will see divisions that highlight:
- your profile
- testimonies from other people
- the badges which you will select to identify your position in the company
- your overall performance
- the Eager Zebra positions
Most of the badges are self-explanatory and affiliates can easily understand the significance of some if not all the badges. This gateway is perhaps one of the most important marketing tool that I use consistently and all the time. It creates a professional outlook and gives prospects a chance to try out the program without any hesitation adding to your score of a higher number of PSAs in your team.

How do you manage your team with many cultures and timezones to navigate?

1/7/2015 12:37 am
Affiliate since: 07/05/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
With technology - would be my simple answer.
It is without a doubt a very powerful tool to be able to communicate so easily and with such speed across the globe that we no longer can provide inaccessibility to people as an excuse for not staying in touch.
I adopt various methods that make it easy if any members of my team wish to communicate with me. The foremost is provide my email which circulates within SFI. In addition, I provide my telephone or skype contacts where appropriate so that even if there are time differences, messages are relayed and I respond to them immediately I log onto my PC. This takes care of time zones.
It helps to know or have multiple language skills but not everyone is blessed with this capability though in my case, I have knowledge of various ethnic languages to help me. These challenges are met by help from a2a friends who are very accommodating whether they are within your region or outside. You can count on them to connect them with my team member who may be in the same country/region as my a2a friend. In time you build a rapport and understand the culture as well.
In many instances you can use an online Translator if there is no one else to rely on.
