Very good observation!!! Yes we are more than 2Million here at SFI and more than a million are just either not doing anything or doing same thing that results to not be able to take off in their SFI business.

How do we stand out from the crowd of SFI affiliates?

There are two faces of what we do here in SFI that will make us stand out.

1. The side where other SFI affiliates noticed.

- The badges and rank you wear under your name makes you standout above others.
- If your name is always on the Leader Boards and other list.
- If your name is always at Ask SC and voted with other affiliates.
- If your name is always in the forum and giving sensible answers.
- If your name is respected at the Pricebender.
- if you are enrolling a lot of PSA everyday.

You will stand out in most of these area if you are earning a lot of VP's. Except from Ask SC the VP's earned outside of what you earn from your affiliates who are turning EA2 is expensive. Because you need to buy a lot specially TCs.

2. The other side where only you noticed is your income. Some of the big earners here in SFI are only BTL and don't have a lot of badges under their name and their names are also below others in the leader boards.

You will stand out above others in terms of income if you know exactly how to follow where the money is.

In many cases these two go together, but not necessarily. So I would like to make suggestion on how stand out from the crowd of thousands of SFI affiliates.

1. Study well the SFI/TripleClicks business process and find out how those fame and income are coming from.

2. Know the success factors, make goals and form strategies to obtain it. Plan and execute, try other ways until you get the suitable strategy for you.

3. Share what you discover to your affiliates so that they can duplicate what you are doing.

I am tempted to tell you that greatest success factor here at SFI that will make us stand out from the crowd are ACTIVE Affiliates. So that do stop in looking for them, they are rare but they are jewels.

Put your self as the affiliate and your sponsor calling you to talk about training and recruiting, what will you feel? For me I consider it like being pushed. This is exactly the tactics of other online earning programs.

I consider conference calling a little bit too much unless your affiliates have initiated the call.

Sending regular message and chatting once in a while is just the right way and method of communicating to our affiliates.

Many people are not comfortable talking to stranger. They already have all the information needed from the SFI website.

Do not be too eager to the point of pushing your affiliates by calling them. BUT if they initiate the call, by all means attend to them.

You can give them your Skype ID, etc.. and communicate to them that they can call you if they see you online.

Handle your affiliate with care do not annoy them.

The best way to set up SEO on your website is to give what the search engine likes. After all that is what SEO is all about.

1. Search engines love to give the searcher with quality content. So always put a good quantity of GOOD QUALITY content.

2. Use Key words that describes SFI - Search engines get their first hint from the keywords or phrase that is typed by the searcher in the search bar.

3. Work on Back Links - Search engines love to give website where lots of other websites are citing it. Search engines also crawl every link found in the website and it might arrive in your website through other website who has your link. - There are ways to do it, like asking other website admin to exchange links. You can also make comments on forums and other sites where comments are permitted and include your link in your comments. You can also join websites where people are exchanging links.

4. Promote your sites on traffic exchanges and PTC sites - Search engines love to give the searcher a websites where so many visitors are visiting per day.

5. Start as early as possible - The age of your site also have factor in the search engine.

6. Other factors that only google, bing and other search engine operator know.

I would like to repeat that search engine give a lot of weights on ORIGINAL quality content. So concentrate on posting quality content. Other factors are always changing but ORIGINAL QUALITY content has never changed in there criteria, after all that is the core of their business. It depends on the number of PSA you are signing up daily. If you are like those top enrollers who are receiving hundreds of PSA its quite impossible to send individual welcome letters to all of them.

BUT since most of us are just receiving enrolling few per month then individual welcome letters is advisable. It has a great advantages than group mails.

1. They will feel that someone can help them when they encounter problem.

2. They will feel welcomed and be encouraged to work.

3. They will feel having a friend who can journey with them in every stage of the business.

Having said these it does not mean that you will have totally different individual letter for every PSA. There are part of the letter which are generic, like the features and benefits of SFI and the first action that they should take.

What will make your letter personalized is the salutation which you really call them by name and the first few sentence that is unique to the person. Example is if your new PSA is from India, you may say that India is no.1 in SFI so you hope to see them one of those successful affiliates.

The last part also can be personalized, call them by their name again, like, "Tim, I am very happy to be working with you".

If you are receiving a lot of affiliates everyday and forced to use the group mailings, well use the tool in replacing the salutation with the real name of the person. It will sound like a personal letter.

All tools has its own appropriate uses. Almost everybody will say that these tools are effective to use in communicating with team members. But based on my experience I would say yes and no. I will start with no.

It is not effective when your team members are shy and can not speak well specially English. It will cause embarrassment and may just refuse to communicate with you any further.

Technically it is not effective if either of you have slow internet connection, you will just end up frustrated, and can not even say “hello, how are?” without being cut –off.

Now for the Yes. Yes it is very effective when you have already developed relationship with your team members. Oh.. the talking will just be spontaneous. I am using it with my affiliate friends a lot. But with new affiliates I use writing to communicate information and also my intention to offer help and friendship.

BUT since it is expensive to employ there services I would like to give some tips on how search engines find website that will be feed to the searcher.

1. Search engines love to give the searcher with quality content. After all that is the core of the business of all search engine. If they give junk contents to the searcher then they will not be used later. - So always put a good quantity of GOOD QUALITY content.

2. Search engines get their first hint from the keywords or phrase that is typed by the searcher in the search bar. - Therefore choose related Keywords to SFI and use them as you produce your quality content. You can also use these keywords in the tag lines.

3. Search engines love to give website where lots of other websites are citing it in their websites. It gives an impression that you really have quality content worth citing by other website. Not all the income streams at SFI are meant for all affiliates. SFIPPA are for those who are good in internet marketing and for those who already have many active PSA.

Although all the income streams at SFI are worth trying, but the timing is important. We wait until we become expert in internet marketing before we participate in the SFIPPA program.

Our priority is to build our own team. We need those PSA's for our team.

However, I have an idea that we can try. I have not try this myself but I want to try this soon.

Now that I have found a good source of affiliates, I will set up an amount for ads that I will use my SFIPPA gateway.

I will found out if the amount I spent will give me profit through SFIPPA program. I know that the amount I will earn will depend on the activities of the Affiliates I recruited.

If this is not successful, I will forget about SFIPPA program and even suggest to SFI to stop this program.

I will tell the result of this experiment. If you will do the same please share it too in the forum.

Let me share what I think most attractive to people about SFI.

1. I like the multiple streams of income of SFI. Only SFI has this feature, where we can earn from 9 streams of Income

e) Profit from selling as ECA.

2. I like the honesty, wisdom and fairness of the management. Their dedication and support given to its affiliates is excellent.

Getting SFI affiliates to promote your products and services will depends on the amount of benefits they can get in promoting them.

SFI affiliates receives Commissions(if he is your PSA),Royalties,if he is your sponsor and VPs if they sell it to non-SFI members. Therefore, my first advice is to make these things your CV and VP points attractive.

My second advice is you find a product or services that are easy to sell and cheap or free to ship. Product and services that are easy to sell are related to SFI promotion. Example is selling ready made blog or flash pages.

The first two advice are related to your products and service. My second group of advice is on how yo can bring your good product and services to your promoters, the SFI affiliates.

You must prepare a digital brochure of your products and service then you pass them around to all your SFI contacts; your up-line, your down lines and your a2a friends.

Do not make it like a shotgun shot where you will invite them as group, but do it like a riffle shot where you will invite them individually one by one. Make it personal, establish relationship as you invite them to promote your products.
