From these 5, the best power tool for me is S-BUILDER COOP. for the following reasons:
- It brings quality affiliates.
- It is very easy to participate just buy it or win it from auction that's it. Just wait for your affiliate to come. Very good for those who are new in internet marketing.
- You earn VP upon purchase.
- You can also use it to coop called cooping the coop. use this as reward to your hard working affiliates.
- It ads a badge under your name.
- The price is reasonable.

1) Communication tools (PSA, CSA Mailer and Group Messaging)
2) Reassignment Manager (links from Genealogy Report)
3) Affiliate Manager (links from Genealogy Report)

From these power tools, the most important here is the GENEALOGY. Here's the reasons why.
- It gives you information about your PSA and CSA. specially when you use the different filters.
- It enable you to contact your individual, filtered or even all your affiliates.
- It gives you the matching VP's you earn.
- It gives you the number of affiliates in each generation.
- It's simply difficult to monitor your progress without genealogy.

There are several reason why our sponsor do not notice us and provide guidance. As I will mention these reasons I will also give suggestions.

1. He is inactive himself - You probably become his PSA through the efforts of his sponsor. If he is active in growing his business, I am sure he will take care of you. He should know that his success in SFI depends on your success.

If your sponsor is in this category then you can not do much to get attention from him. Just go to your next upline or go to the Forum to get the guidance you need.

2. He is not into affiliate marketing of SFI but rather concentrating only as seller in TripleClicks or just enjoying bidding at Pricebender.

If your sponsor is in this category, then you can explain that he is actually earning from you and he needs to take care of you as you learn the whole process.

3. He is annoyed by the way we treat our sponsor. - I had one PSA who is very demanding and keep on insulting me and accusing me of scamming him with SFI, Honestly I neglected him for awhile until he treat me professionally the way I was treating him.

If you are like this PSA that I describe above then its time to be professional and friendly to your sponsor.

4. You are already on his lower generation and he has a lot of first generation that he is attending to.

In this case better go your direct sponsor or to the forum.

5. He is new and still learning all the aspects of SFI business. - Just wait until he learn the process. actually you can learn together. Be friendly and I promise you that it will be fun to learn together with your sponsor.

We have Five Places to get answers about SFI and consider it as the best ways to get those answers.

1. From your sponsors and Upline - send them message anytime you have a question. You have two sponsors. Your main sponsor and your co-sponsor. If they fail to answer you you can go to your other uplines.

2. From Ask SC - These is where you can get quality answers to your question or related topic. Read from the best answer and downwards. They are voted to be the best, so they must be the best.

3. From the Forum - They give quick answers but you must know how to choose the best answer. Be careful with who are giving answers because some of them are newbies, they are just motivated by having a Forum Guru badge. Try to listen to those with higher ranks because they are experienced SFI affiliates.

4. From SFI Website contents - There are so many resources inside SFI website, learn how to find them by studying the different tabs on your SFI affiliate center. Visit all those tabs.

5. From your a2a Friends - You can also ask your friends specially those that come from your own country. They are usually helpful. Go you the country leaderboards and find out who are the top affiliates from each count and ask them to be your friend. As the topnotchers in their contry I am sure that they can give you quality answers to your questions.

There are Three things that I personally does to ensure my steady growth as a Team Leader.

1. I continuously recruit affiliates. - This gives me broader and horizontal foundation. We do not only need our new affiliates for horizontal growth but we also need constant replenishment of new affiliates because even our most active affiliates may stop somewhere for some reason.

2. I continuously do duplication from among my affiliates - This gives me deeper vertical foundation. Helping, communicating and mentoring are the things that I do most of the time.

3. I am exploring and studying tools both from SFI website and outside of SFI. I use this both for recruiting and mentoring. Example of the topics I studied are:
a. How to find potential affiliates in Face Book and twitter.
b. How to make blog and draw potential affiliates from it.
c. How take the route of growth via Auction in PriceBenders.
d. How to turn spam email you received to a potential affiliates.
e. How to use relational marketing.

I am sharing all my researches and my studies to my affiliates when I get results as part of coaching.

I would summarize my task as leader as Learning Knowledge and passing on my knowledge to my affiliates while gathering more people whom I pass on my knowledge. By doing this for the last 9 months I am now become the top affiliate in my country.

We should invest on both because these are the two foundations of a successful SFI business.

Maintaining our EA status is important because it will set an example on your coming affiliates. It will also put you in a position to get more perks like getting and holding on to your PSA's.

Most important however, is investing on advertising or on any form of getting affiliates because active affiliates are the ones who will give us income in the long run.

The main issue here however is how to balance your investment between maintaining your rank and getting affiliates.

Here's what I tell my affiliates.

1. Have a standing order of 100TC and earn the daily, weekly and monthly free VP.
2. Buy PSA from TripleClicks with your TC or learn to bid for CSA or PSA at Pricebenders.
3. Spend the rest of your monthly budget on advertising.
4. Once you have PSA turning EA2, it's time to move to BTL. Be 1 rank higher than you active PSA.

Different stages require different qualities to to have or develop to be successful with SFI.

Stage 1 - The Learning Stage.
Diligence and learning attitude are the qualities needed at this stage. You need to reading and able to connect each lesson to form a clear idea of how SFI works. You will be asking your up-lines and in the forum, until you know exactly what to do to be successful.

Stage 2 - Building the Foundation
Creativity and willingness to try how to find affiliates are the qualities needed at this stage. The objective is to find as many affiliates as you can that serve as your foundation. In stage 1 you learn the concept in stage 2 you apply what you learn boldly and creatively.

Stage 3 - Working with the workers
Leadership is the quality that is needed at this stage. You should know how to motivate your affiliates and lead them to success, your objective is for your workers to duplicate what you have done. Mentoring is needed by some.

Stage 4 - Exploring Other Opportunities
Keenness to opportunities and ability to conceptualize are the qualities needed at this stage. Example, How will you maximize the ECA and SFIPPA program? How will you team up with your one or two of your Affiliates? How will you make use of a2a? How will you combine other online opportunity with SFI without cross soliciting?

These stages are not necessarily linear, they are usually parallel and overlapping.

Let me summarize the needed qualities to be successful in SFI:

4. Keenness to opportunities and the ability to conceptualize.

I will not try to give you the exact wordings that I used as Text Ads in free ads sites, some paid ads sites and social media sites, for obvious reason that its my own tool.

BUT I would like to give you tips where you can make your own Text Ads that will best work to attract PSA

We should take note that there is a very limited space for text ads therefore we should be able to optimize the space given in the ads sites.

There are three things that we should keep in mind when making our text ads.

1. You should be able to describe in few words the FEATURES of SFI. SFI has a lot of good features you must pick one for every text ads that you make.

2. You should be able to explain in few words the BENEFITS of joining SFI. Again there are many benefits of SFI you just choose one that is related to the FEATURE that you mention in no.1.

3. You should be able to persuade your reader to take ACTION in just one of two words.

Usually you will have two parts in your Text Ads campaign.

1. Head Line or Title: This is where you put your great FEATURE of SFI or the Great BENEFIT of joining SFI.

2. The Body or description - If you put the Feature in your Headline, you put the benefit and the call to action in this part of your text ads.

Almost all ads sites will allow you to put your gateway link. You put this at the end of your description after the call to action. There are two ways to do this;

1. If linking is allowed you link your call to action word to your gateway link. like call to action "Join Here" you link the word "JOIN HERE" to your SFI Gateway link.

2. Writing your whole gateway link.

In addition to these you can also take advantage of the features given in the ads site. Like making the headline BOLD or in Different Color or adding punctuation mark just to make it standout among the other ads.

Knowing these principles does not make you expert in making Text Ads that will work. Here's what I did before I created a fairly good Text Ads.

1. I observed lots of ads from free ads sites, Face Book and results from search engines. I take note those that caught my attention and also those that I think bad ads.

2. I make a matrix of few columns. One column I list down the feature and in onother column but the same row I put the benefits for that feature. Then in another column of the same row I put the call to action. The I combined them to make my Text ads.

Although we are not prevented from doing that but I think it is not wise to give incentives outside of SFI/TripleClicks.

Let me share to you why:

1. If your PSA or CSA is far from your place (in other country) you will spend a lot for shipment cost if your incentive is a physical reward like your DVD.

2. It is always better to give incentives that your PSA and CSA can use to grow their SFI business. The reason is simple, if they grow, you grow also along with them.

3. Good incentives from TripleClicks like TC, giftcards, reassigning PSA are sent electronically, therefore no shipment cost.

4. In case you give physical item as incentive and buy them from TripleClicks, you too will earn VP and MRP. Additional VP once you submit review.

5. For every purchase we make at TripleClicks it adds money in our executive pool which is return to us according to our rank.

So I hope all of us will consider giving incentives only from within SFI and TripleClicks.

This is one of the most neglected part by sponsors who are helping their PSA become successful in SFI. So, thank you for asking this question.

When you look at the profile of your PSA you can see several tabs below it. All of those are useful tool on helping your PSA.

What I want to call your attention is the "Check List" Tab. Try to complete all those with in 10 days from the time your affiliates joined SFI. The main purpose of this checklist is to engage your PSA into conversation.

Then click on his VP ledger and see what else can he do from his to list. Try to assist him how to accomplish those tasks and earn point.

Then use the profile to send E-cards encourage, give tips and congratulate for his little and big achievements.

Through their profile you can also send him team message, specifically for him.

Use the notes in the profile to remind you of what to do next as you mentor him.

In other words, The PSA profile is your single page to mentor and coach your PSA individually. I hope all those who are reading this will use this great tool for sponsoring.

The first thing that you don't want your new PSA to miss is their opportunity to be a fast tracker. This only comes within the first 24 hours after joining SFI. Being a fast tracker has a mutual benefits to your new PSA and to you as sponsor.

The next thing that they should know immediately are the sources of earnings in SFI. This is very important because that is their main purpose of joining. Of course you can point them to the compensation plan BUT you must be able to explain in their level of understanding, because many are overwhelmed with the information found in SFI website.

The third and the last they should know how SFI's business model works. The basic in the business model is, all earnings come from sales except for the SFIPPA. This means, if there is no sales there will be no earnings.

However SFI system made it possible that everyone who also want to earn from SFI will buy eagerly and voluntarily. This is the magic of SFI. At the end your net earning will be your revenue from different sale related income less your own purchases.

These are the three things that I always share to my new PSA to keep them interested and start their SFI business with out false hope.
