This is a very important question and one which should be explained to new Affiliates as soon as we have welcomed them into our team.

I would explain what VersaPoints are to my new Affiliates in my follow-up e-mails to explain more about how SFI works, and in my weekly messages, whenever VersaPoints are mentioned. I would follow it up with this simple explanation.

SFI is a business that is built around earning VersaPoints.

What are VersaPoints? VersaPoints are a

I've received new CSAs from my country from the CSA Exchange. How can I get their attention and engage them?

When you received new CSAs from your country through the CSA Exchange, you send them Welcome E-Cards. What you wrote on your E-Cards will determine your success. The contents of your welcome message is crucial in getting their attention.

A simple and short welcome message with a hint of some excitement in your team's activities should be sufficient to arouse interest.

If you're lucky to get their attention, the next step would be how to engage them. If most of them will already

How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?

At the moment, I don't have a large active downline, so managing and providing personalised attention to everyone is not a problem.

By active this includes a dozen who are permanently on my Movers list and those who have recently joined my team and are already showing activity by logging in daily and earning their daily VP and so become part of my Movers list which is now over 90.

With just over 2500 PSAs and CSAs, many are inactive and a few more have been red-flagged, a few

A strong and solid foundation is critical in building a house, a structure, a business.

From the start, show them the way by leading. Explain how you built your business from scratch, how you learned by reading, reviewing, understanding, and applying the principles of SFI Basics.

Teach them how the Ultra-Simple 3-Step Basic Plan works that starts with collecting 1500 BP to become EA and how you maintained your EA rank every month by investing in Standing Order.

How do I encourage my affiliates to get and stay active without coming across as selfish or as a dictator?

Encouraging affiliates to get started and stay active in SFI is the main challenge for sponsors and co-sponsors without needing to push that may be misinterpreted as being selfish or being a dictator.

It's been said repeatedly to lead by example- they see, they follow if they wish to.

If not, let them be, but continue to do your work, earn new Badges, be visible by participating in all SFI contests, like the quarterly Leadership Challenge, E365 contest, be a Forum Guru, Top

If and when I get asked by a friend or family member about my SFI business, I tell them as simply and as honestly as I could the following:

. My SFI business is keeping me busy and happy at the same time without rushing off to work in the morning throughout the week.

. My time is my own to use as I please to focus on my SFI business only, and not under the supervision of someone else.

. My SFI business has opened up my eyes to the great potential of earning

How do you develop trust with your affiliates and get them to follow your leadership?

Thank you for this very important and relevant question.

Trust is something we have to earn, not only in SFI but in other parts of our life.

As a Team Leader, we have to be a learner first.

We have to learn how to lead by reading motivational, inspirational and other self-help books to widen our understanding and horizon.

Then we impart these knowledge to our affiliates, so that they will also learn what we have learnt, thus empowering them.

If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

There are many ways you can help a new PSA who needs guidance even if you're new in SFI and have little knowledge about marketing.

Share your experience. When you first joined SFI you were in their shoes, what you did to learn, the training materials that helped you, etc.

That as a newbie yourself, all you did was to read and follow the SFI Basics and learn the Launchpad lessons by heart and learn from the SFI Rules of Success.

That in the beginning you were as overwhelmed

How is advising my PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country helpful?

Advising your PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country is helpful not only to your PSAs but also to you.

For a start, your PSAs buying from local ECAs for things that are available locally will help in cutting the costs of shipping, or doing away with it if there’s a “will call” or "will pick up” option available. This is great when transfer buying for domestic and personal products one normally buys from supermarkets, variety stores, boutiques, etc.

When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

When I initiate an online chat with a new PSA, I would normally welcome the PSA, introduce myself, my rank, the country I come from, and pause with a friendly, "How are you?" to give the new PSA a chance to acknowledge me and respond.

Then I wait for the response, normally it takes a while, but I sit and wait, and when the new PSA comes on online, the next thing I would say is ask if the PSA is comfortable with logging in.

Depending on the answer, I will then give
