I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

Wow. What a potential hotbed for cross-soliciting and cross-lining. And both are dangerous to our teams. Don't ask for trouble.

First off, you've been in for how long? One month. And you are a silver. Is your silver based on a working, active team or just your beginner's To DO List plus some purchases? Who is going to lead the meetings? And set up the training? Are you experienced in those things. Or perhaps you intend it to be just a fun get together where they all spend the whole time

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

Bride--Reward?

When you offer a contest with a prize, is it a bribe or incentive to get them to perform the desired action? We look at it as guiding our PSAs and other affiliates to do what is necessary to gain success. When they do it, we reward them. Or if it is a competition, we reward the winners. ---For doing what they should have been doing for themselves all along.

When we send a Gift Certificate or TCredits to someone who needs just a tiny help to get to the next level,

They majority of the answers to this question are very "me, me, me" oriented. They all say to write as often as you need help. So does that mean that you keep quiet unles you are asking your sponsor or co-sponsor for something?

What about all the questions he asks you and you never answer? Is it any more right for you to expect answers when you ask than if he asks and you don't answer?

Well, my answer to this question is that communication goes in both direction.

If you had to start over with SFI, having the knowledge and tools you have now that you didn't have before, what would you do differently?

If I had it to over again, actually, I could stat now) I would put much more effort into advertising using all of the available gateways and my prestige domains. I wouldn't just play at it. I would set realistic goals for so many ads per day, and allot time each day for this activity.

I would actually read the ebooks that I have bought about using the computer, writing ads, and leadership. I would learn the ins and outs, nuts and bolts of using the computer and the jargon that goes with

A photo of you gives unobstructed view
direct from your heart to your prospect.

A prospect will know right from the start,
whether it's a go, or should he depart?

You open your eyes, open your smile.
Comb out your hair and plan what to wear.

Sit alone, stand alone. No spouse, no child, no pet.
Be friendly, strong and confident. Success you'll see, yet.

Among the popular Standing Order items (IAHBE, S-Builder, TCredits), which is best and why?

This is a personal decision that you have to make after deciding just where you fit into the development of your business. Or later on, when you are advising your team.

When you are first starting out, or your team members are, it is wise for you or them to buy a share or more of S Builder's co-op. This will ensure that you begin to add PSAs and /or PRMs to your team at a time when you are very busy just learning about what SFI entails.Of course, you have to wait about 7 weeks for then

Considering all the great tools that SFI has to offer, I would say the most important one is the Genealogy and all of it's various parts.

With it we can keep track of the progress of all of our PSA, CSAs and Generations. We can see both their growth in VP and keep track of their log ins.

We can look at where they are from and use that information to build local teams by using the reassignment page. If we choose to use a translator, we can this to group languages by sending to

As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

As a new Team Leader, you should still be trying to gain as many PSAs as possible, but at the same time you should be developing and training those who are showing a keen interest in succeeding with SFI. As your numbers increase, you will quickly be able to spot your star Affiliates and, as you do that, you will want to help them keep up their enthusiasm. You will then begin to think of reassignments.

The number of PSAs is not always the best determining factor as to when you should begin

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

I think we should advise our new PSAs to slow down and pace themselves. But we must do it carefully and tell them the "why" of that.

It is rare that we should ever want to stifle a new PSA's momentum and excitement as that could cause them to slow too much and never resume an active pace.

On the other hand, I became STL in the first few weeks of membership and then I had a hard time maintaining BTL for a while after that. In the second month we get paid for our first

I've read a few of the answers to this question and I think many authors are short-sighted. The question is asked about spending "extra" money. That means that it does not have to pay for vp. The sales vp is already paid for. He has met his sales quota for the badge he wants to earn. Otherwise it wouldn't be extra, it would be budgeted.

He is interested in maximizing his money, his efforts, and his SFI Business. Paid advertising is one suggestion. Another is hosting an informational
