Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

It is very important that you reach out, not only to your PSAs but also to your entire team! The reason is that you build your business by helping all members on your downline and encourage them. It helps with commissions for everyone because those who are EAs or higher earn greater commissions and share (as Team Leaders) in greater commissions from those who are EAs or higher on their team. It boosts morale with everyone on your team. It helps with communications between each other. It is a win-win situation for everyone who chooses to use this tool. The beauty of SFI is that you can do this using the Genealogy and send a message to everyone with one click of a button and there's no hassile with writing messages to thousands of affiliates; it's all done at once. So be sure to do this as often as possible and your team will grow and everyone will appreciate your willingness to be there for them as well.

What is the most important daily activity that SFI Team Leaders should engage in?

In my opinion, there is really no activity that is the most important. In other words, all activities you do in SFI daily are very important. Keep sponsoring, referring, learning, gaining points in all activities, duplicating. Stay in touch with your team. Answer their questions and keep encouraging them, particularly those who prove to be potential leaders. You will know them by looking at your Movers area and your Genealogy. Keep communicating via your Stream Area and your Geneology and support them wherever possible. And always acknowledge good work, even that which seems so small.

How do I present the SFI/TC opportunity to a prospect without "overselling" it and turning them off?

Just use the tools available to you, like gift cards, Wave3 and eCards. Just tell them how unique this opportunity is and how you stumbled on it. Just have people try it out for free! Remember to tell them it's fun and that they'll meet a lot of really cool people from all around the world, too!
Selling products is one of the best/fastest ways to earn money with SFI. What is the most effective way to generate product sales?

There are lots of ways to generate sales. Promote TripleClicks by trying products yourself and letting others try them. Give some items as gifts. Give the new gift cards out. Share items and auctions on Twitter and FaceBook. Offer TCredits to potential buyers. Tell family and friends about the exciting products you have found by sending ECards. Tell others about TripleClicks and products on blogs or perhaps in articles you write, either online or offline or both. If you are a Wave3 member, you can use this to generate sales. Use your imagination and go for it, as long as you don't SPAM!

What kinds of contests do your affiliates seem to respond best to?

I'm not very sure, but I do think that rewarding shares in various co-ops so team members gain affiliates may be the way to go. I reward those who become EAs or Team Leaders.
Do you differentiate your level of support for your downline depending on their rank?

I do not differentiate my affiliates depending on their rank as far as communication is concerned. I try to help each one. However, I try to encourage with incentives those who do make an effort to reach higher levels by offering free co-op shares. My offers, however, are given in my welcome letter to affiliates. anyone who asks may receive co-op shares, TCredits or gift certificates, and I do give a gift certificate to affiliates who would not otherwise make EA status, if that person uses them. If, however, I send a gift certificate to someone who does not use it, then someone else will probably receive it who does apreciate it.

What is the best way to get new affiliates to focus on the E365 competition?

Welcome new affiliates immediately and offer them incentives, like co-op shares, gift certificates, TCredits, and whatever help they might need. Encourage them to move quickly by doing all the daily tasks and completing the LaunchPad and all the other readings on the SFI site during the first few days. Keep in contact with all your team often. That means each week at least once. Answer questions affiliates have as quickly as possible. Do all of the tasks yourself and have badges on your site so affiliates can see exactly what you are doing and follow your example.

How do you encourage your team to submit their sponsor ratings?
Jeannette Gerrard, Aff (District of columbia, US)

Affiliate since: 11/13/2001, Power Rank: 74
First and foremost, I keep communication llines open and encourage them to go to their To-Do List for any guidance they need on gaining points. I remind them during the month that they need to submit their rating for SFI and their sponsors. I show them that I appreciate them for a job well done and congratulate them for gaining whatever status they have achieved. It is always good to thank people for what they do, whether in business or otherwise.
Does having a co-op for your downline help get them active and stay active?

Definitely, YES! If you use it to reward those who have become EA or higher, that is good. I would not, however, place those who are not working the business into the co-ops. If a person genuinely wants to do something in his/her business and needs help with advertising and desires to join, you can give information on how to do so. I like to send in my affiliate letters information on the co-ops and how to join and congratulate those who are EA or higher. Also, it's a good idea to let affiliates who want to join otherwise know the cost (if any) of the shares and how to make payments each month. I sometimes put messages about the co-ops in my Stream posts as well. If a person is willing to work to become a leader, then you should include him/her. If a person does not continue to work at this, drop those who lag behind and do not continue to get results.

How does sponsoring many affiliates help me?
Jeannette Gerrard, Aff (District of columbia, US)

Affiliate since: 11/13/2001, Power Rank: 74
Sponsoring many affiliates is very important because many people think they can just sit back and do nothing or they come in and then opt out when they think they have no time or no ability or money to run this business. No business gets you earning millions of dollars overnight, but thisis what many people want. So you have to keep loading your wagon. You get these affiliates to sponsor and refer customers who will buy the products and convince them to do replacement buying, getting produccts from TripleClicks that you would normally buy from somewhere else. By training affiliates to do these things and to gain VP every day, you and your affiliates will earn income; they will train their affiliates to do the same.
