Second way to do this is by learning about communication and how to convey your words to your audience. I've heard of people who were afraid of public speaking and would really faint in the process become award winning orators. My point is knowing your area of weaknesses and building on it.
Thirdly, identify which area of communication are you good in e.g are you good in the use of images or E Cards? Then use it with whatever text messages you can make.
4. You can ask your upline leaders to help you. Some upline leaders can be so kind as to give assistance to your team. That's still being a good supporting sponsor.
5. You can use SFI sample mails as examples or understudy your upline leader's mails to you to get creative ideas on how to communicate with your downlines.

To really know the role of TripleClicks Executive Pool in your compensation plan is to first understand what Tripleclicks Executive Pool is and how it works that way you'l know how it relates with your compensation plan.
TripleClicks Executive Pool is the profit that SFI makes every month and that they share with all affiliates all over the world and 40% of such profit is shared. How does it work?
It works everytime you earn versa points or matching vp. If you are lucky to be a fast tracker, you earn additional 10% of the Executive pool added to your account.
For every 1,500vp you earn, you get a $0.66 out of the Executive Pool.
So how does this relate to your compensation plan?
Your compensation plan deals with the benefits you receive as you rise in rank. So as you rise in rank, your compensation plan deepens and has it deepens so does your TripleClicks Executive Pool. I'l explain.
For instance, if you become a BTL, you will earn in the Executive Pool this way:
1. Your own versapoints of 3,000vp earns you $1.32
2. Your EA2s up to the 6th generation gives you an unlimited matching vp e.g you can have up to 4,096 EA2s or more down your line and that can fetch you a swooping $2,500 in the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

To promote effectively requires the following:
1. Planning.
2. Budgeting.
3. Targeted Audience
4. Effective and advertising sites.
5. Desired and demanded products.
6. Marketing strategy.
To do an excellent Job is to do the above lists. These have been my ideal concept when promoting a product(s).
How do you use the above efficiently?
1. Without planning, you are planning to fail.
Planning helps you to set up your goals and to know how to achieve them. This is the most important of all.
This is where you know whom your targeted audience are and how to reach them.
2. Budgeting helps you to know how much you are ready to put in to get your desired aim.
There are both free and paid sites that you can patronize to get you a good result e.g Your ECA Products sponsored on Facebook.
3. Your Targeted Audience are the key to your success. What do i mean?
It is Not Everybody that'l will need or buy your ECA products. You go to everybody, you might end up in frustration. That's why i said, Not everybody will need those products. You have to zero in to those who actually need the product. This is why planning comes in.
Who do you think will need these products? And to whom is the product meant for?
Is it the Children, Adolescents, Young, Married, Men, Women, Old, Entrepreneurs, Home Based Mums etc. These will help you to identify whom you are trying to reach, then those audience will listen to you because you have what they need.
4. It is not doing advert that yields results, it is effective adverts that do.
I'ld advice you to sell your ECA Products on good and effective advertising sites like Amazon and ebay etc. Yes, it'l cost you some money but you'l get your money back with profits.
You can patronize traffic exchange sites too. That way it boosts your results more and exposes it to more customers.
5. What sell products is the demanding power from customers. It is known as Purchasing Power.
Before you go out to advertize, have you consider the purchasing power of your ECA Products? Is it a product that can sell that can solve people's problems and you love too?
Without these criteria, your advert will not yield results.
6. Your Marketing Strategy cannot be overemphasized. This is what bonds all the others into one piece. It is the bedrock on which the others stand. It is the connector.
How you strategize your marketing technique matters a lot. How you market your ECA products will determine your commission.
At least, you earn 10% commission on every sale made, so planning your marketing strategy matters a lot.
Part of these strategy is what i've discussed above.
Also note and use the following during your marketing campaign:
a. Your introduction: how you introduce your ECA products will determine whether people will listen to you or even buy.
How you introduce your products should address the need of your audience.
B. Content Marketing Technique: This is the use of your ECA Product Banners and their rich content site on those products.
It is not the usage of those banners alone, but what those banners and products do stand for.
Then your commission will rise in leaps and bounds.

To explain transfer buying to your downliners, you have to consider the following:
1. Do you do transfer buying yourself?
2. Did it profit you?
3. What was your gain?
4. Did it add to your power rank and EA status?
5. Did it cost you anything?
6. What advantage did you have from buying from Tripleclicks than in your local store?
7. will it require a shipping fee from your downliners?
You see all these questions are very vital if you are to convince them to do transfer buying because, if it is going to inconvenience them, they won't buy.You are their leader, what is your own testimony?
The questions i asked you to consider were used by me to help my PSAs to buy from Tripleclicks. some even ordered laptops and are encouraging their PSAs to do the same. some who are not part of my team are even curious about it and are eager to start buying.
The issue is, i told them that they can get things cheaper in Tripleclicks than in our local store and they found it to be true.I told them of products that i was to get for myself from my store to increase my fitness health wise, they were amazed and were ready to recommend it to their family members too.
As a result they went for their own products as well. I told them what they stand to get in the end. when one of them did what i said, he ended up being a STL till today and enjoying the benefits therein.
Many who are just coming in, wanted to start buying, i had to tell them to slow down. why? because, i didn't want them to start having the feeling that SFI is all about buying things. There is more to SFI than that.
This kind of mentality helped me to save a PSA from opting out.
If you relay these questions, you will have the same result that i have and even more.

The essence of this is to take them to the source of the information where they also meet with the Frequent Questions and Answers which might ease a lot of stress of repeating the same thing to them.
Besides, they get to understand other events and interesting news at the SFI News Blog which can help them become more serious and to ask questions from you which will help foster communication between you and your team and better rapport.
This was what i did.
2. You tell them the benefits of what it hold for them when they become Team Leaders.
3. Tell them where it is located: They will see at their affiliate center, just below their picture and at their scoreboard, where their milestone shares is being turned into money.
This fosters and encourages more activites in your team and raises more team leaders for you.
4. Tell them the essence of building versapoints to increase their milestone shares, thus building up their business, the team and their income.
These are what i did when i shared the Milestone Shares with my team.

My best tips would be the following:
1. Welcome them warmly to SFI and to my team.
2. communicate with them as much as possible.
3. Teach them about how the business runs and how well they can earn.
4. Teach them the fundamentals about the business. This deals with the rules that govern the business
5. Be an awesome sponsor to them by supporting them and helping them the best way i can.
6. Teach them on how to create sales through their SFI/TC gateways. any team member will be motivated to work when he.she sees results.
7. Teach on effective advertising and marketing techniques. This is the pillar in which very earning lies. The ability to market
8. Show them where the money is and how they can earn it and that too without investment. why i do this is because, many people join because of their financial situation and showing them where the money is and how they can get it can be a great motivating factor.
i have experienced this before with one of my team members. Showing them where the money is as made me to create active team members. It is very very effective.
9. Showing them what works and how SFI works does the magic too.
10. Giving encouraging and inspiring mails do motivate as well. Many are confronted with many inactive members and that can set up a discouraging mindset to them. we all know how these work., With these kind of motivating words/mails, one can create an effective and active team members
