For those of us who already have down-lines and I would like to announce for those who don't have down-lines yet, that this is the reality we see when we open our genealogy. We see a lot of our down-lines not working towards advancing in SFI.

Out of my more than 7,400 down-lines only 950 have scored at least a total of 1000 VP. Only 200 have earned 20VP and above this month, and only 20 are EA2 and above now. This sample statistics tells us WHY THIS QUESTION IS BEING ASKED.

There are three big reasons why majority of affiliates who sign up in SFI did not continue working with their SFI business.

1. They find SFI busines model difficult to understand. Because of so many readings and information they find it overwhelming and sometimes confusing. They can not cope with the requirement to succeed in SFI.

2. They feel that SFI does not meet their expected income in their first month. Many joined SFI wanting to earn quick.

3. They don't have the means to transact (buy) online. no credit cards nor paypal account.

So, let's face it SFI is not just for everybody, many have tried but learned that it's not just for them.

But don't worry, we don't need a lot of working people, we only need 5 to 10 active affiliates who can do the same as what you are doing, so be sure that you yourself is working towards advancing your SFI business.

The first consideration in advertising is your AUDIENCE. You always match your products with your audience. Audience have different interest and your product should match their interes.

Be sure that your reassignment will accomplish two things. It must be both beneficiary to you and the person where you assigned the PSA.

Two things to keep in mind.

1. You should be able to earn VP from reassignment - Take note that Points awarded only for transferred affiliates who have generated a min. of 600 VP in past 90 days.

2. You must encourage your PSA to whom you assigned the affiliates by the kind of PSA you assigned to him. So, do not assign affiliates who did not earn even a single VP.

So the best PSA to reassigned are those who earned at least 600 points in their first month, but because of some circumstance did not continue in their second month.

They might be active in the next months but at least both you and your affiliates whom you assigned your PSA are happy and encouraged.

You have a very appropriate question, because if you observed one of our culture here at SFI is flexibility and we do things without demands and coercion.

We want to do things enjoyable as possible and at our own pace. Over enthusiasm can irritate our team members.

So, here is what I do in supporting and motivating my Team without demands.

1. I aimed to become friends to them - so aside from my "how to's and techniques" that I shared I also chat and send them personal messages.

2. I explain clearly the sources of possible income here at SFI and their corresponding success factors. And I let them choose what they like and at their pace.

3. I only send them quality messages - I deal with strategies and not mere on the facts that are already stated inside SFI-TripleClicks Websites. I do not send them more than 2 messages a week.

4. I always communicate to them that I am available anytime they have question. I study hard so that when they ask I know the correct answer.

This is difficult question which I asked myself before in order to device a strategy which I have implemented and helped me generate some PRM, two of them bought something and ultimately became my PSA.

I did it in FaceBook and here are the steps which I want to share with all of you.

1. I first look for product that I wanted to sell from TripleClicks. I familiarized myself with all the details of the product.

2. I Looked for a group or fan page in face book (using the search) for the product that I wanted to sell.

3. Then I posted the link of that product, using my specific product gateway.

By doing this you are selling your product to people who are interested with the product.

You can also do this in twitter. You search for people who are mentioning the specific product you want to sell, then start following that person and when he follow you back you can now send messages and link.

You can also do it it forum about the product you want to sell. Join the forum just do what is required before you can post link. Then post your product gateway.

It is important that both us as sponsors and our affiliates to know the different streams of income here at SFI and what will make us successful in every stream.

Your affiliates should know that the major source of income here at SFI are:

1. Direct commission from our affiliates - This is 40% of the CV of the item purchased by your affiliates.

2. The executive pool - SFI share it 40% profit company-wide to their affiliates who has rank of at least BTL. Your share can only get bigger if you start to harvest from matching points.

We can only have these income if we recruit affiliates and teach them what you are doing. This is called duplication.

However we should consider also some special purpose why our affiliates joined SFI. They might just like to:

1. Shop or buy certain product from TripleClicks.
2. Join Pricebender's Auction.
3. Join the Zebra games.
4. Sell something in Triple Clicks.
5. Just uploading or downloading songs.

All of these are valid reason not to recruit and engage in duplication, well in any of these activities you still earn.

Very Seldom I find questions that will open the gates of income here at SFI and this question is one of them. When your affiliates are active in TripleClicks in means income for you.

Let me first summarize what we do at TripleClicks so that you can match these activities to what your affiliates are enjoying to do.

1. We go to TrippleClicks to buy something that would complete our VP requirements - This is a must for someone who want to succeed here at SFI. This is the first thing that you should clearly explain to your affiliates. if your your affiliates wants success therefore they should go to TripleClicks and buy.

2. We go to TripleClicks to join Pricebender auction - You explain to him that at Pricebender they can win gadgets and items that will help them be more successful in their SFI business. Give them 10 to 20TC for them to try. I am sure that if your affiliates has money and would enjoy the auction.... hmmm.. get ready for a big income at the end of each month hehehehe.

3. We go to TripleClicks to Sell - Ask your PSA to look around their place and see what can they sell. Encourage and help them become an ECA. be sure that you are an ECA yourself. If your affiliates love to sell or business minded, TripleClicks is the best place for them.

4. We go to TripleClicks to shop - Encourage your affiliates to buy what they need at home or personal needs from TripleClicks and let them see the benefits of getting their VP.

5. We go to TripleClicks to play a guessing game (PTP)- Give them 10TC and let them join the guessing game at Pricebenders. Soon, they will buy TC themselves to always join this game.

So, knowing what we do at TripleClicks and knowing what your affiliates enjoy and capable of doing and ushering them to TripleClicks will surely make them active at our store, the TripleClicks.

Quick Income is the one that will prime up your journey here at SFI, becuase if you have been here at SFI and you don't generate income yet, I am sure, some of you are thinking to quit soon. So this question is very relevant not only for those who are not earning income yet and to your affiliates as you help them jumpstart their SFI Business.

Generally, we will generate quicker income from PSA. Simply because:
1. It's the mainstream of our recruitment efforts.
2. Nearly everyone can be a PSA but not all can be an ECA.
3. It has shorter process for the income to reach you. When PSA buy you get the income next month, but when ECA sells you might not get your income next month especially if there are disputes.
4. You have a bigger share from commission value (CV) from purchases of PSA compared to your commission from ECA.

BUT If you know the people that you want to recruit, you should recruit them to where he is leaning. If he is a business type and he has a merchandize to sell better recruit him as ECA. But if he is leaning towards networking or online earning better recruit him as PSA.

If you observed almost all of the items sold at TripleClicks are priced in three ways. In US Dollars, in number of TC and in number of Member Reward Points (MRP). So we can consider MRP as one of the currencies accepted in TripleClicks.

Now the question is how do we get the most (best value) from the MRP we earn? Here is what I consider as the most valuable use of MRP. valuable because this could contribute to your SFI business.

1. Use MRP to get the much needed VP points by buying 1TC pack with your MRP. for 126 MRP you can buy 1TC pack and you earn 102 VP.

2. Another valuable use of MRP is to use it to buy PSA or targeted hits. There are some ECA who are selling these products. Just use the search bar to find them.

We know that earning VP and finding affiliates are the foundation of our SFI business, then use MRP for that purpose.

In case you have other reliable sources of VP's and affiliates you can use MRP by redeeming it for some valuable rewards.

3. Go to TripleClicks and click the Tab REWARDS and you can see there most valuable products for you MRP. But of course you need to save lots of MRP before you can redeem it for something valuable, like electronic gadgets.

In my case I will rather show my new affiliates the stages I designed and follow. Different person (PSA) can accomplish different level depending on his skills, enthusiasm and resources.

Here are the stages that I identify that I used to my self and share with my Affiliates. Of course in Day 1 I always include the opportunity to be a fast tracker and earn that badge and 200 additional VP.

From thereon onwards I share these 5 stages in building your SFI Business:

Stage 1. Learning while earning. The objective here is learning.

The summary of lessons that you need to learn is found in your TO-DO list, together with some tasks just to keep your SFI office in order. While doing this you are also earning Versa Points (VP), This VP will earn you a rank that will qualify you to share in the executive pool and badges as recognition of your achievement. Two of the most important things that you should learn at this stage is SPONSORING and how to become an AWESOME SPONSOR.

Stage 2. Building your Foundation: The objective here is massive sponsoring.

From the lessons you learn from Stage 1 you need to lay down your foundation as wide as possible by sponsoring/recruiting a lot of members/affiliates under your organization. This is a number game, you need massive sponsoring because only few of them will really understand the potential of SFI business, and because SFI is a long-term business building many of those who wants instant money will drop out. Expect from 80 to 99% of your affiliates will be passive members.

Stage 3. Working with the Workers: The objective here is coaching

This is working with the 1 to 20% of your members who are actively working their way to be successful like you do. You will use lots of your knowledge gained in stage one to help these workers. You need to support them to become successful because your success will largely depend on their success. You should take lead so that they can follow. They can copy what you have done and become like you. This called duplication.
You will still do stage 1 with lesser intensity you should be aware of changes in policies and new opportunities brought about by SFI. You will also continue to do stage 2 with the same intensity in order to widen your base for bigger organization that in turn gives you bigger income.

Stage 4. Exploring other streams. - The objective here is to explore the other income streams and pass it on to your workers.

At this stage try to explore recruiting sellers and be a seller yourself of any product you have at Triple Clicks. If you learn massive recruitment, you can channel some of your recruits to SFI via SFIPPA.

Stage V - Maintaining Growth - You still do stages 1 to 4 in parallel to stage 5 probably in lesser intensity, but never stop doing it because of atrocity, some of your worker may also stop for some reason, there should be a replacement for them and allowance for your growth.

Some affiliates can learn 2 or three stages in a month, but others barely master the first stage. So, I just have to journey with them in their pace. What is important is the clarity of route to success.
