To be able to get the commitment of your new PSAs, you must consider the following:
1. how committed are you to this business? are you a spectator or a participator?
2. What has been your gain in your commitment? any returns in investment? what has been your testimony?
people want to know what works and how it works.
For example, i was discussing with an a2a friend and he was sharing his challenges with his team with me. he was getting tired. i shared the rewards of my being active and committed to SFI. he was impressed and it boosted him. i told him to teach his team on how to make returns on any investment they make in SFI. that way they will know that SFI gives them back their money plus profits with it if they can utilize the opportunities offered to affiliates
3. Incentives and reward for being active will help them to be committed especially if you explain to them their importance. if you give 10TC or GC, what value does it hold for them? let them know. once they know they will understand what is in it for them and they go for it. that will boost them
4. Boosting their enthusiasm makes them committed. how? tell them ALL the benefits that SFI has for them and how they can use it, that way they will know that the company has their interest at heart
5. to get them committed, you have to build a cordial relationship with them. let them know that you care more than the gain you will get from their purchases. people don't want to know how much you know but how much you care

1. An awesome sponsor to them. Be a shining example to them. Be there for them. That's the most important.
Like John C Maxwell said, 'people do not want to know how much you know but how much you care. Then he also said that your team may overlook somethings about you but they'l never forget your absence when they needed you most.'
2. Use every available tools provided by SFI to grow the business of your international affiliates e.g the new reassignment program: where as a STL you can reassign your PSAs to your downline, giving GC&TC, Google Translator, Sub- Forum/ Regional placement of your international affiliates for easy access of the business.
3. You can also reassign your international affiliates to your active team members who are from the same country and at the same time are fluent in English. This will foster faster understanding of the business to them and thus help them grow in the business.
4. You can also reassign your PSAs who are from their countries under them to help boost their business. This will build residual income for them.
5. You can add them to your co ops to grow their team. Thereby helping them to advance in their SFI Business.

3. What's your relationship with them? Are you an awesome sponsor or a bad leader?

People don't want to listen or follow outdated leaders or leaders that they are better off.

The best method is through Advertising and Marketing. Without these two components, your chances of creating PRMs are slim.
However, your advert/ marketing is also not a guarantee that you'l get PRMs. Am i contracting myself? No. i'l explain.
Just doing adverts alone does not guarantee TC members, it is your way of advert that does.
Every field has its rules and thus does advertising and marketing. You must know how to connect with your audience through your advert or else it'l be fruitless. How you market your TripleClicks products matter as well.
So how do advert or market for signups or results?
1. Identify your targeted audience.
2. Identify the various needs of youraudience and how they differ. To some group, it may be the whole store you need to advertize and to some, it may be single products in different departments that will do.
3. Select the relevant marketing aids and methods that speaks to each need of your prospects e.g some may not want to buy, but they may want to join TripleClicks ECA program. So you use the marketing aids that go with the ECA program
4. When you've selected your marketing aid to use, you go to your advertising campaign and select the places where your audience could be on the web and offline. For offline, you can use flyers, X Cards etc to market for signups.
Your advertising can be made into 3 part: the one done by you, the one done through free advertising and the one done through paid adverts.
For paid adverts, you need to consider the Top 10 in the paid adverts for maximum profits of sign ups.
If however, you couldn't afford a paid advert, you can do the following on your own:
-In your advertising campaign, begin with a compelling, persuasive and compelling headline. Where most advertizers miss it is in their headline. Some it is too weak, so nobody reads it! It is what your audience first see. So you need to focus 75% of your energy on that. Let the headline address the Need(s) of your audience. That will attract them.
-In the body of your advert, let your words be clear and well expressed. Keep it simple. Let it bring a solution to their problem. Make it short and price. Too long advert soon weary your audience. Make sure that in the 5 mins of your body, you've spoken 95% of what your advert is all about and the rest are just additions. The 5 mins of your advert is crucial because it is at that point that your prospects will begin to make their decisions on your advert and not at the end of the advert. So utilize greatly this time.
-Let your advert be a combination of both images and texts. People are easily attracted to images, so make sure you use them with your adverts. It is very impor tant.
5. Track your advertising results if possible
Through the above technique, you'l not fail to attract new TripleClicks members. It is a principle i've been using to attract new TripleClicks Members and it has never failed me.
