If you're new in SFI and new to marketing, etc., how can you help a new PSA who needs guidance?

Being new in SFI is not very much of a problem in helping your PSA who needs guidance. That is one wonderful thing here at SFI.

Here are what you can do.

1. Pass on the question to your uplines - You have several uplines that you can contact for this purpose.

2. Ask it in the forum - I am sure that in a minute you will get an answer.

3. Browse ASK SC for similar question - Almost all category of questions are already asked in Ask SC. Use the search bar

We have several Streams of Income here at SFI. So the best way to increase our earnings is to look at them one by one and then see what are possible common factors that would enable you to earn more.

Here are streams of income.

1. 45% of CV for all purchases of your PSA.
2. 45% of CV for the purchases of your PRM.
3. Share in the 40% of CV company-wide from executive pool.
4. 10% of the sales from your recruited ECA.

How will anyone find my SFI website when they search on Google?

When we say "My SFI Website" this can mean three things.
1. Your webpage inside SFI (profile page and Leadership Page)
2. Your ECA store inside TripleClicks.
3. Your own Website OUTSIDE SFI.

The first one can not be viewed if one is not logged-in at SFI therefore there is no way it can be shown in google search.

You can not do anything about the second one because the control of its general content is not in your hands but of the hands of SFI webmaster.

Very intelligent question. I guess you are venturing into pay per click (PPC) with the search engines like google, yahoo and Bing.

It is true that there are words that we need to avoid when setting up advertisements on search engines. These are called negative keywords and you can set this up when you set up your ads.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

PSAs who are active will naturally submit a sponsor rating because of the 10VP's that go with it. The rating depends largely on the way he perceive his sponsor, and the comments usually comes when you as sponsor is doing great or doing poor.

As a sponsor, what we like is 5-star rating and an encouraging comments isn't it? How do we get this from our PSAs?

How can you confirm that your team members are receiving your emails and other messages?

I know you asked this question because we have a lot of PSA who are not active and we wonder if they even read our messages.

This is important to us as sponsors because if we know that at least our messages are read at least we can say that they are there. Unlike if they are not even reading our messages, they are totally not interested.

There are two purposes of Wave3 program.

1. For us to help promote SFI through decal that we stick to or vehicles and the WAVE3 X-Cards.

2. For us to initiate conversation about SFI and invite prospective affiliates to sign up.

By joining Wave3 program, we are rewarded TC and MRP monthly as we renew our participation.

First it must be clear to us sponsors what does it take to be successful here at SFI and we should be doing it ourselves before we can get the message across our affiliates that it is worth investing minimum amount of money monthly.

Observe the key factors of success here at SFI so that you know that there is a need to invest money. I don't care where will this money come from, it maybe from your earning or from your own pocket but one thing is needed, you need in to invest money to succeed.

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

The Technicality of offering financial support to your PSA?CSA is easy. You can do it in several ways.

1) You send them money in their paypal account.
2) You can give them gift certificate.
3) you can pass on TC (limited)

BUT you should not do this on a regular basis or in a wrong timing because it will promote dependency and it is a waste of resources if it is given in a wrong time. Both are not good to you and your affiliates.

I am surprised that many have answered this question. And Happy because it only shows that SFI works. This is evidenced by affiliates who are answering this question and sharing the ONE THING that made the difference to succeed here at SFI.
