Hi Mary,
I have created a training email auto-email series with MailChimp. When I get a PSA notification, I put them in the program and it automatically emails them everyday with the emails that I set up.
In the emails, I remind them everyday to work on their Fast-Track actions as well as work on their LaunchPad training for the first ten days. I also tell them a bit about myself, with pictures of my and my dogs. I encourage them to reply to the emails with their questions, and I answer them. I also reach out to them if I see them online while I am via the chat feature.
When I see them in my movers tab, I send them personal messages of encouragement to let them know that I am keeping an eye on them, but also to give them some tips based on what activities that I see them doing. For instance, I noticed that once PSA was doing everything but the daily tabs. So I let him know that he's missing out on valuable VP by not completing the tabs and I walked him through how to make sure he gets the daily VP by scrolling down and clicking the blue button.
In a nutshell, I pay attention to what my affiliates are doing and I give them a roadmap to success here. I have seen much more activity since doing so. You will still have some PSA's that do nothing, but there is nothing that you can do about that.
I hope this answers your question and serves your business...be well and in good spirits!

Good question!
My advice is to always provide high value information and answers to people's questions. When it fits you can say something like, "in my business, I like to...." and then just talk about how you do things. This will build your credibility and as that grows, people will get curious and start to ask you questions personally via private messenger or email about what you do.
It's called attraction marketing :-)
Good luck, let me know if you need any more help!

Being an ECA or referring an ECA, which will be more beneficial to an affiliate?

I would definitely say try both!
On one hand, you have your own store with products that you can promote and profit from. Not to mention that you get 1VP for each listing (every VersaPoint counts!).
On the other hand, you will be referring ECA's where you also get to earn a lifetime commission on all of their sales as well. I think that they will appreciate the help from you promoting their products as well.
In my opinion, I say that you set up your own store and get it going to earn profits, then go after other businesses who are interested in selling online.

What can I do with affiliates who become EA in the first month and then stop, saying SFI is not what they expected?

Essentially Anwar, there is not much you can do besides be there to answer their questions when they have them. SFI, and I recommend spending the majority of your time working with those who want success and are putting in the work to prove it.
SFI is not for everybody, and that is okay. Let them go and part ways as friends...besides, several of them will come back after trying something else that didn't work for them. They will remember how you made them feel, supported and cared for.
We only have so much time in a day, so your time is better spent focusing on what and who is working.
This may not be the answer that you are looking for, but I hope that it serves you and your business.
Be well and in good spirits Anwar.

Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

I would say that the answer to this largely depends on your strengths.
For me, I am better at online promoting than I am offline, so I choose to focus on my strengths. For others, networking and offline relationships work best for them.
Offline recruiting might yield less affiliates, however they may be more active affiliates, as you can work with them on more of a personal level.
Recruiting online makes it harder to have that personal relationship...so in conclusion, I would say recruiting offline is better if you are good at it!

If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

Absolutely! You should also be learning from those affiliates, for then you become a mastermind group.
As a team, you will accomplish so much more here at SFI and beyond. Remember "The Plan" (https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan) - you have to have five Platinum Team Leaders for you to advance to Diamond Team Leader.
Let them advance and show the rest of your team how to do the same!
What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

Well, you can start out with $18.90 and then you can maintain for only $17.01 per month. Check out this very informative forum post which details exactly what to you need to do:
How to maintain your EA2 status for as low as $17.01: https://www.sfimg.com/forum/thread?id=1928
The key is keeping 1500VP to be able to take advantage of the Executive Benefits. After you have a few PSA's working for you, teach this to them and get yourself advanced to a Team Leader to earn matching VP!
