What do you do about PSAs that start off great but then suddenly become completely inactive?

Keep sending them your weekly team mail. You might want to send them an individual email stating that you are here to help them, but I would leave it at that. I get plenty of PSAs who earn 1000 VP the first day and are never heard from again. You can't let that bother you too much.
As Gery says, work with the workers. Keep signing up more PSAs, sooner or later you will get at least five who will duplicate what you do.
Best wishes.
What are good ways to use Stream to build your SFI business...and how often do you post on Stream?

Since most members of my team do not sign on every day, I only use Stream when one wins something or becomes EA. I rely more on the weekly team mails.
My upline reminds everyone to advertise more, check their To-Do list every day, posts motivational quotes, and gives advice.
The most useful Stream post, so far, was from Leon, who told everyone to stop using Hotmail for team Mail. I switched to Gmail, and am glad I did, as I wouldn't be getting the weekly news otherwise.
Can I be successful in SFI without investing any money? And if so, how?

It takes much more work to be successful in SFI without investing any of your own money, but it can be done.
Put ads for TripleClicks in as many places as you can, both online and offline.
When you receive enough income, purchase a Standing Order and start placing ads for SFI. Since you now have a Standing Order, others may now place one of their own. Don't place ads for SFI before you have a Standing Order, as you can't expect others to place one if you do not.
Best of luck.

How does SFI compare to other online businesses?

SFI is the best I've found.
It is the only one that did not require payment to join.
Try to find another affiliate program where the owner takes such a personal interest in his affiliates.
Try to find another that has been in business as long.
Try to find another that has affiliates from so many countries united in helping each other prosper.
There are more reasons, but this post is long enough:-)
What's the best way to learn how to become a successful online entrepreneur?

First, read everything SFI has to offer and apply it.
After you have done this, the next step would be to purchase some e-books on entrepreneurship. (It would be best to purchase them from one or more of our ECAs on TripleClicks.)
When you have finished reading them, apply the information you have learned and pass it on to your team as you think they are ready..
What is the best strategy for attracting younger people (age 21 - 35) to become active SFI affiliates?

I really do not like breaking people into age groups. Perhaps this is because I will turn 61 next month and still feel as if I were 25.
Most people, whatever their age join because they want to improve their standard of living (make more money).
Stress that the training is free and they can have fun playing games and bidding in auctions.
What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

The following are a few things I would say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time:
I would tell them they could click on Win-It and enter the next day's Daily Grand if they earned at least 10 VP. One of my CSA's won 100 VP today and one of my 16 wins was a Prestige Domain.
I would tell them that they could save money when they decide to place a Standing Order. If they collect all or most of the available VPs, they could place a Standing Order that is smaller than 1500 VPs and still make EA or EA2.
I would tell them that by clicking the ECA tab, they could help sellers from their own country and save on shipping costs.
There are many other benefits I could list, but I don't want to make this post too long.

What yardstick should I use to give an unbiased and appropriate rating of my Sponsor each month?

If your Sponsor sends you Team Mail give him or her at least three stars.
If they do this and send E-Cards when you accomplish something or need a tip, you can give them a higher rating.
If they do both and answer your questions when you contact them, you can give them five stars.
If you've never received anything from them, even if you've tried to contact them, give them one star, because without them, you might not be here.

Your question is: "How can a disabled person with no marketing skills build a successful business with SFI?"
As a disabled person myself, I would answer: the same as anyone who was not disabled. Anyone who can use a computer and is willing to read and apply all the wonderful information Gery has provided on this site can build a successful business with SFI.
What is a good financial budget to start with for SFI?

If you have just joined, buy the New Member Pack. At least one of my upline bought five when this was first offered, but do this only if money is no object.
A good Standing Order would include at least the 125 TCredit pack (so that you wouldn't have to worry about reaching EA2 each month), and at least one share in S-Builder (that would also give you a discount on PSAs to Go).. If you have the money, also add at least one pack of thirty gift cards, you can also win these in our auctions.
You can add more items as you earn more, but I think this would give you a good start.
