The most important thing is that you send a welcome letter. If you are uneasy about knowing what you should write, SFI has given us a great letter to use.
One of the great things about SFI is that the novice can become successful. You don't have to be a "pro" at anything. SFI has given us some great support systems that you rarely every find anywhere else.
