At your EA2 level and your awesome profile, figure out what you want to do to continue growing with SFI. The goals you set will direct your steps as you move up the ranks in SFI

When should I start buying PSAs?

Once you have read and learned everything you need to know about SFI and its programs. In order to be a successful team leader of psas, you need to be SFI educated. Once you have learned everything you need to learn to be successful in managing and leading psas, and you feel confident you have the SFI knowledge and foundation you need to be successful, now it maybe time to start buying your psas.
When you are learning SFI, make sure you learn about how to buy PSAs. Set up your monthly goals to achieve that number. Complete your goals red tab on a daily basis saying what you did to achieve your psas goal for that day.

Promote ECA Sellers holiday products everywhere you can think of. In order a small business to compete with a big business they must be seen. That is how the big business got big, they used marketing service to expose their business to the world to get sales in return. Make sure you read and understand SFI policy on advertising and use their marketing tools and aides..

I've received new CSAs from my country from the CSA Exchange. How can I get their attention and engage them?

Start with a welcome to my team message or e card. Getting the attention and engaging CSA's can be approached in so many ways. I would think if a person joined SFI, they joined for a reason. Their reason for joining SFI would be what I would use to get their attention and engage them. As I build a relationship with them, I would introduce them to other areas of SFI which might interest them.

Using SFI as a retirement income and the planning of it depends on what a person does and how fast a person grows their business with SFI to achieve the financial goals they need to retire on. Using SFI's Goal Planning daily to do task is a good starting point along with the compensation plan.
