You can try other means of supporting them.

For example, you can start monthly contests/rewards on your leadership page. Then post on your stream posts, if the affiliates are interested they can enter freely the contests.

You can use the Team mail which goes directly into affiliates SFI inbox and email inbox to share with them useful information for growth of their SFI business.

Sometimes emails do not reach the affiliates email inbox because the email might be classified as spam and the affiliates may not have properly whitelisted your email.

When sending your email, first check if it is spam free using Email Spam Checkers to determine your messages deliverability success.
