Those who are not so computer savvy can become tehnically advanced just by daily work on their PCs or laptops. Those who are short on communication and marketing skills can read and imitate, ant then form their own unique style. Those who are a little shy of FB and other social networks can make some useful contacts, learn about other countries and cultures and overcome their mistrust of the media. What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?
Affiliate since: 06/03/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
First of all, I wouldn`t use teh word "train" because we should all be treated and considered equal here, in SFI, a would rather say instruct, advise or teach. As a responsible sponsor or co-sponsor I think that the best lesson for your PSAs or CSAs will be the one about the power of words. Communication skills and adaptability to the individual style, tempo and financial strength will best be shown in careful and powerful choice of words, be it in your e-mails, blog, or advertisments. Also, it is your achievement and steady progress that will be some of the most powerfull teaching instruments.

What are the most valuable marketing skills I should teach my downline?
Affiliate since: 06/03/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
Starting with a presumption that neither you or your "downliners" are not marketing savvy, the best thing that you can share with them is the power of words. Choosing the right words in marketing can make all the difference, especially in situations where there are affiliates from all corners of the world. Teach them to be sincere, concise and careful with words when promoting, both in their mother tongue and using the english language.
What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

First of all, you should convey to her/him that it is a very legitimate issue, and that she/he is totally in the right to discuss it with hers/his sponsor. Than, try te get to the bottom of the matter, mostly which resource is the point, time or the money. If it is time, share with her/him your ideas, solutions and shortcuts in time management. If the money is the issue, share with her/him your ideas that do not cost money (free internet options, polling of the resources, scaling down for the time being, etc.). Whatever you do, do not go deeply into personal monetary matters, ic can easily become offensive.

When should I start buying PSAs?
Affiliate since: 06/03/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
There are three possible answers: today, sometime or never. Just thing about your "buyer" personality for a moment. If you are a buyer who immediately complains and asks for a return if the article you bought doesn`t work, the answer is sometime or never. If you will feel betrayed or cheated when the bought PSAs are inactive, and they statistically almost certainly will be, the answer is never or maybe sometime. If, on the other hand you have a gamblers trait, then you can invest today, just like buying the lottery ticket the odds are long but the prize is enticing.

What are the top selling points of SFI that should be highlighted to any potential prospect?

As I see it your first premise should be honesty and simplicity. The ultimate selling point is that SFI business can be performed along any other activity, and in any (legal) age. Than, you should point out the "no investment" obligatory statement, but be sure to follow it with a clear notion that there must be an investment of time and wits. The last crucial statement will be that there is a whole swarm of affiliates ready to help a new member, so the newbie should never feel alone or confused.

What would be your best tips to build a strong team with real active and motivated members?
Affiliate since: 06/03/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
To build a strong team, you should first make a plan, for a week and for a month. Try to learn at least one new thing daily, and try to incorporate it in your SFI routine. Advertise daily, using whole lot of media available. Change your ads, blogs and such to find the best combination of words and images. Contact your PSAs and CSAs weekly at least, support them and share your insights and tips. Try to learn from the best.
Which form of advertising generates the highest quality, most active PSAs and why?
Affiliate since: 06/03/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
My so far experience with advertising is that personal contact and the "live" advertising gives the best results. The reasons are multiple: if you are non-English speaker you can best explain the SFI program in your own language and words, if you are face to face with a prospective affiliate you can better make use of hers/his non-verbal signals and turn them into your advantage, also the prospective affiliate can see, feel and respond to your enthusiasm as you talk to her/him.
What are the best ways to show your appreciation for the efforts of your most active affiliates?
Affiliate since: 06/03/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
There are material and non-material ways to show your appreciation, and my preference lays to non- material, because it is the way that promotes equality and fair play. There is a whole variety of non-material ways such as e-mails with positive and congratulatory wording, e-cards, public singling them out on FB and other social networks, etc. One of the best ways of showing respect for your PSAs and CSAs is sharing with them your tips and ideas for success.
How long should I pursue inactive PSAs/CSAs with emails, e-cards, etc. before giving up on them?
Affiliate since: 06/03/2015, Power Rank: 99999999
"Pursue" is maybe too strong a word, because you surely do not want your PSAs and CSAs to feel pursued. Joking aside, I think that you should contact them every week with a uplifting and positive message for at least a year, unless they block you or ask not to be contacted. Starting with a preposition that they signed up for a real reason other than just clicking, and just think of the thousands of reasons why they are inactive, I am sure that one, albeit small percent of them will become active in a due time.
