Advertising on television is generally expensive compared to say newspaper adverts but it can capture a wide captive audience if done at prime time. So if you have the money to spend in televised adverts, I'd say go for it. TV stations normally assist in developing content of the advert. So just visit your local TV station and get going.
You should make sure though that the prospective SFI Affiliates and/or TripleClicks PRMs are directed to you personally not just broadly to SFI and TripleClicks.

Sending periodic congratulatory messages is one way. SFI has designed a number of E-Cards you can choose from for this purpose.
Gift certificates are another way of showing your appreciation.
Reassigning PSAs is another effective way especially if you reassign EA2 PSA as they can help your active PSA grow their own team faster and start earning faster too.
