This is quite a question, with many possible answers.
I would think it depends on you! Decide how much "rewards" (commission) you'll want to earn.
Which, being said, All of us here would like to Earn a huge amount.
You'll have to decide on the best amount of team members for you, though, by asking yourself:
1. How much time can you invest in your team?
2. Do you have persistence and the ability to keep on Motivating people which usually are assigned as your PSA/CSA and stay inactive.
3. Do you have a 'Commitment' to keep Trying and not loose hope in the event of #2.
I guess there would be more questions you should ask yourself then, but I'll stick with these to start off.
With all of this being said : SFI per "The Plan" suggests at least 5 active Members, but I'm sure you'll want a Huge Income based on Commissions you can earn :
So, you'll need LOTS of team members to achieve this.
I myself wish for at least 15-20 Active members and hope to achieve this soon.
BUT keep in mind to be Patient in building your Downline - SFI is (sadly) not for everyone, although WE love our SFI job and wish that our downline could experience the same love we have grown through working here.
