It is not very hard to do . Just send the email about milestone shares newsletter link or details as follows and ask them if they can understand or not. In this case most of the affiliates do not give reply. So I think it is not easy to get confirmation. But as a team leader we must try our best to help new affiliates . Effective today, January 1st, 2016, for every 10 personal VP you earn, you also earn up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool that will be paid to you upon reaching the milestones of SFI’s five Team Leader ranks!…which are:
• Bronze Team Leader (BTL)
• Silver Team Leader (STL)
• Gold Team Leader (GTL)
• Platinum Team Leader (PTL)
• Diamond Team Leader (DTL)
You will bank:
• 10 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is Affiliate or EA
• 12 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is BTL
• 14 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is STL
• 16 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is GTL
• 18 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is PTL
Shares that you bank each month are reflected in a new Milestone Shares counter we’ve added to the Affiliate Center header. Your Milestone Shares will also be displayed in the My Earnings panel on your Scoreboard tab.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. We want Milestone Shares to provide a significant and meaningful bonus–commensurate to the effort invested to earn them. However, it’s also vital that the TripleClicks Executive Pool not become rewarding only to some but not to others. Therefore, quarterly, the quantity of Milestone Shares award per 10 VP may be adjusted up or down (with the rate increase or decrease effective starting with the new quarter).
2. Milestone Shares earned expire after one year.
Each time you hit a milestone, all non-expired shares you’ve banked to date are added to your monthly commissions as a one-time bonus. That is, you’ll earn these special bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool when you achieve the rank of BTL, and then each time you advance your Team Leader rank (up to five times total).

Q: How do I start earning Milestone Shares?
Just keep doing what you’re doing! For every 10 VersaPoints you now earn, you’ll automatically be banking up to 18 Milestone Shares!
Q: What do you mean when you say that shares are “banked?”
It just means that we’ve put those shares into a special account for you, to be paid to you upon reaching your first/next milestone.
Q: Is there any limit to how many Milestone Shares I can earn?
Nope. In fact, we hope you’ll substantially increase the amount of personal VP you’re earning each month so that we can pay you tens of thousands of extra shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool each time you hit a new milestone!
Q: I can earn tens of thousands of extra shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool?
Yes! Let’s say that, through your personal actions and sales, you’re collecting 6000 personal VersaPoints each month for a year. That would be 72,000 (minimum) and up to 129,600–depending on your rank–extras shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool added to your commissions as a bonus upon reaching a new milestone!
Q: Does the new Milestone Shares program help me meet the new Team Leader requirements?
Absolutely, YES! There’s now a great new incentive for every one of your PSAs to be more active than ever (the more VP they earn, the more Milestone Shares they receive!). Milestone Shares also will firmly put your PSAs’ focus on THE PLAN–which can of course be instrumental in boosting YOU to SFI’s highest-earning rank–Diamond Team Leader!
Q: Why expire Milestone Shares after one year?
Two reasons. First, you don’t want the affiliates in your group purposely not advancing in rank just to earn more Milestone Shares. Secondly, the one-year expiration creates urgency and sharpens the focus of your affiliates towards advancing since no one will want to lose the Milestone Shares they’ve banked.
Q: Is there a place where I can keep track of Milestone Shares that have expired or will be expiring soon?
Yes, we will be adding a Milestone Shares Ledger with full details for you, as a new report located in the My Account area.
Q: What if I achieve a Team Leader rank, then lose that rank, and then achieve it again at a later time? Do I earn the Milestone Shares each time?
No, you can only earn Milestone Shares one time for each Team Leader rank.
Q: What if I’m already a Team Leader? How does the program work for ME?
If you’re already a Team Leader, you won’t be able to earn bonus shares for all five Team Leader milestones, but you’ll be able to earn for all the Team Leader ranks you’ve not yet achieved. And you’ll be earning your bonus shares at a higher rate (see above chart) if you’re a BTL or higher ranked Team Leader. And don’t forget all that Matching VP you can earn as a Team Leader when your affiliates and CSAs are all earning more VP due to the Milestone Shares incentive!
Q: If I’ve been earning Milestone Shares at the 10x rate as an EA and then advance to BTL a few months later (which bumps the rate up to 12x), how are the total Milestone Shares due to me calculated?
Looking back one year, you’ll receive shares at the 10x rate for the months you were an EA…and at the 12x rate for the months you were a BTL. If within that year you advanced further yet, say, to STL for a couple months, you would earn some shares at the 14x rate, too.
Q: Do I earn Milestone Shares for all the Matching VersaPoints I earn?
No, Milestone Shares are banked only on the PERSONAL VP you earn.
Q: What happens to my Milestone Shares bank once I achieve the top rank of Diamond Team Leader?
Once you reach Diamond status and are paid your banked shares, you’ll no longer be earning Milestone Shares, your Milestone Shares account is zeroed out and it will no longer be displayed to you.

In my opinion we need to guide minimum information to new affiliates. As SFI every day or weekly send newsletter to everyone. So we send new affiliates they will not understand anything. So we must keep it short and simple .
Direct them to the following core principles of SFI:

1. SFI BASICS – contain important elements of making SFI a business. This is where your new PSAs will get to know what SFI is all about. Understanding the content of SFI BASICS clearly is the key being on the right path.

2. LAUNCHPAD – the lessons contain important key principles, which will further deepen the knowledge of your new PSAs in venturing SFI.

3. START – containing simple instruction in getting started, your new PSAs will appreciate the simple and clear instruction of how to get started.

4. Getting Started actions – to get your new PSAs established right away, point out to them the importance of performing the Getting-Started Actions with jet icons such as confirming registration, whitelishing [email protected], completing Affiliate Profile, sending their SFI commitment message to their sponsor and uploading their photos.

This is a very good question. I think both are good investment options.
But it depends on our budget. If affiliate is unemployed it is difficult to invest for any product.
If affiliate has good job then he or she must invest in Tcredits.
1. TC can help to get EA status every month for example 125Tcredits with 1500VP is really worthy to stay alive as an EA in SFI business.
2. TC can help to play games and get VP and MRP in this business.
3. TC also can be used for auction and will have chance to win some products in cheap price.
4. TC is better than S-builder.

For S-builder it can bring affiliates to our team but there is no guarantee affiliates will be active.
So for better choose I like to say invest in Tcredits.
Find affiliates is not hard. Every month without any investment if someone put advertisement in free classified I think can get 10 affiliates or 5 affiliates easily.
But Tcredits we really need to progress our business and success in SFI business play games, auctions and buy products.
Also we can list 50 free products from Tcredits and can sell those products online .

This is a good question. We are the human being not machine. As we work we get the result. There are many online program where most of the programs are scam. But SFI is the real online program where you can earn unlimited if you work hard. For example if you open a shop and sleep at home you can not success. You must promote your products to survive in your shop first. For any business it takes time for 6 months to 1 year to build up a business.

The most successful business will grow when you have lot of customers and you win their trust same like SFI. It definitely change our life if we work hard and not to ignore or sleep at home or not do anything to promote it. Everything is marketing campaign. It has all the training materials and tools to build up a successful SFI business. Tripleclicks members can get commission for selling every products and also to introduce ECAs here. So income source is everywhere in this business.

If we bring new affiliates we also get points and advance in rank. If we promote games also we earn commission of every purchase of Tcredits from TC members. So profit is everywhere here and we just need to learn how to execute it . Just few hours of part time online work we can do this business. Continue effort to send them team mail, A2a chat tools, personal emails and weekly team mail are the best ways to contact the affiliates and motivate them to become a leader and participate in SFI's quarterly leadership challenge. Life is full of challenge. Why not PSAs try to be a leader and accept the challenge. Everyday 1 hour devote to SFI is enough to reach certain goal and become leader.

1. I think SFI is progress day by day after 17 years long research in marketing. CSA exchange program is a good program. From our own country people speak much confidently rather than other countries. So we must go for our own country CSA and exchange with other countries CSA.

2. Local language is a great factor in communication and conveyance people about some project. If CSAs are inactive there will be great chance to activate our own country CSAs but other countries

3. CSAs may be difficult to motivate because of culture difference, language and different time zone to communicate on A2a chat tool. Also telephone call is not possible to another country. 2. S-builder co-op is a another standing order it may bring active affiliates who can be an EA2 in future.

3. Auctions can bring some good number of PSAs 50, 100 etc.......to find EA2s.

4. On our leadership contest is another option to make some activity among the affiliates to make them EA2s.

It's a very good question. First of all I would like to welcome DD as his or her hard work and patience to build up a team and stay with the business for long time . He or she has seen the hard time in SFI to reach DD. They are already a leader, goal oriented and they always focus on goal .

When they reach STL then GTL and then PTL. At last they will reach DTL.
So their ultimate goal to reach DTL and thats all. This needs may be 5 years to do it.
They never give up and always they have winning attitude.
We welcome from our heart to be DTL and they will produce another DTL after they become DTL.
My goal would be to ensure that my designated diamond has a plan in place with options so they are practically guaranteed to keep their status

Team mail, A2a, Skype, wechat, emails, all are very good ways to communicate with the PSAs if they are anywhere in the world. For same country we can invite the PSAs for weekly some coffee or tea to discuss about how to do this business effectively. If they are not in the same city we can make a phone call and try to communicate with them. As there are many online programs and it is really hard to make them believe about SFI. Most of the affiliates want money on the first month of their sign up. But SFI is the future business not for immediate money. We try to conveyance them do not be hurry to make money. Money will come slowly and with unlimited amount after some time later not so fast. If they want to make money fast they can promote ECA products and service with their gateways if they able to make sale they are the winner and get commission. Hope this answer is helpful.
