This is very good issue to think about.
For me it's never mind which kind of language will i use, i will never have a fear to make bigger place for searching new memebrs. Of course, i can't use language which i don't know to speak, but i will use that which i know and try, why not?

In last time I noticed we are discussting about this so much.
So I decide ti write my minds about this issue.
First, I dont see any problem here in reading Daily News, for me it's same like you take newspapers to read news. It's not the loosing our precious free time, it's the part of our job, so dont be lazy! And now you know If you want play new game you must read news, I like that, it's maybe the only way to convince you all to understand this seriously.

Thank you Alma for this question, it's in one hand very important in this bussiness.
As we all know, the most important thing in every advertising is to make the best "make up" for our ads to get attention from other people. When I said "make up" I mean to find the best, original, short but great words to describe the bussiness which you talking about, and also in same way to make interest people who watch it. I'm always for that version short and clear ads, because if you give a lot of informations it can confuse them. Everyone who is interest he will ask for additional explain, and contact someone who make that ads. Never make ads without write your contact details, try to be the best in this job.

Team in this bussiness is all what we need, we cant success without members and I have to mention very good and hard working members. To make great team we need a lot of time, patients and hard working. But once when we make team, this one as I told, we are secure our bussiness, we make us a great way for income and also we teach some members to be awesome in this business. How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

Hello everbody,
Here we have a lot of ways to get new PSAs.
We all do a lot of them, sometimes we try to make new and diferent ways but I must to say its not so easy. Usually, people use advertising, never mind is it paid ads or not. Some people use to talk with their friends,family or people on the know. We can find a lot of PSAs as you know, but it's hard to find someone who is very loyal and persistent in this bussiness. Time is the key of luck, so we have to be patients. Give enough time to get results which you wanted.
