How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?

If you have a large active downline that you have to manage in your spare time it could become problematic.
I would suggest you build a team with good team leaders in every generation. That way they can provide support and attention too and you are not solely responsible for everybody in the downline.
If your downline is so big and active that you are able to spend all your time working only on your SFI business, it should not be that much of a problem providing personalized attention.
Still, if you have those team leaders in place you will take a lot of pressure off and enjoy your business more!

At this stage I have 4 PSAs who are Team Leaders.
I helped them by showing them the exact steps I took to become a team leader:
Make sure you have a SO for at least 1500 VP. Complete the Getting Started actions. Do the Daily/Weekly/MonthlyActions and get all the VPs you can, ALWAYS!
Play games and take part in auctions.
They trusted me and followed.
Result : We've all been team leaders for the last 7 months!
What are the best methods for recruiting new affiliates via social media?

For Facebook the best free method would be to join groups where people are specifically interested in home business / internet and affiliate marketing. Post to these groups a few times a week (don't spam) using the short ads & pictures supplied by SFI. You may have to use a redirect url as Facebook won't allow SFI links.
On your new JMT Gateway, you can pin to Pinterest (look right at the bottom underneath "Powered by SFI). Although those are Eager Zebra Games, TripleClicks & PriceBenders, you can add a link to each of those as well as your JMT Gateway when you pin.
The nice thing about Pinterest is that those pins are around for a very long time unlike FB, where your posts disappear very quickly amongst the 1000s of other posts.

If you already have your five future PTLs identified (per THE PLAN), should you keep developing more first-level stars?

You should always keep on trying to help everyone on your team. You will only strengthen your team by doing that.
Sometimes the people we expect the least from surprise us the most. Anything could happen to those you have identified as future PTLs at first and if you stopped working with the rest, where would that leave you?
So I would say yes, work with those you consider future PTLs, but never stop developing more first-level stars.
Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

Count yourself lucky if you have many affiliates interested in doing the Daily To-Do list. It is a great way for them to learn more about SFI. At the same time they see the VPs going up, which in itself is a great motivator to do more!
The 1st week or so after I joined SFI I spent a lot of time only doing the Daily To-Do list. It made me feel comfortable and that in turn made me do other activities.
I think if your affiliates are motivated enough to do the Daily To-Do list every day, more activities will follow naturally as they learn more and grow more confident.

Is it good for affiliates to have their own ECA store at TripleClicks?

Can you imagine how great it would be for affiliates from different countries if there were all kinds of ECAs in their own country they could buy from? And who better to have these stores than SFI affiliates?
So yes, I think it is very good for affiliates to have their own ECA store at TripleClicks. We should encourage it!
The more ECAs there are, the stronger TripleClicks grow and the more we all benefit from it.
How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

As with most things in life, the more you put into your SFI business, the more you'll get out. The time you need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business will change as you get more familiar with everything.
As a newbie to SFI you should be prepared to spend at least 1 hour every day. Depending on your circumstances, if you could do more, you'll grow your business so much faster.
I found that the first few weeks I spent about 4 hours throughout the day. The first few days take up more time because of everything you need to do to build up VersaPoints.
By finishing everything you possibly can on your To-Do list in the first few days, you'll reach a higher level of success much quicker.
Once you've done all that and you want to start recruiting new PSA's, you have to allow time for that too. I compiled a set of adverts to use which took me about an hour. Now I save time by using those.
My schedule looks something like this:
1 hour to complete daily tasks, visit forum, play a game & learning as much as I can
30 minutes to stay in touch with my PSA's & CSA's (As you don't contact your PSA's & CSA's every day this can be much shorter). I keep an eye on my movers and make sure I send them congratulation e-cards etc when needed.
30 minutes to post some ads.
Remember, you don't have to do it all at once. Grab whatever time you have during the day and use it productively.
You are the only one who can decide how much you time you are prepared to invest. Since it is your business, I would imagine it won't be any hardship to give up something else to build it.
Good luck and enjoy building your SFI business!

Which of SFI's own banners are best for attracting new PSAs?

I don't think you can really write off any of the SFI banners when advertising. It's quite difficult to decide which is best for attracting new PSAs. I've been using all of the SFI banners at some stage or another and had responses on all of them.
I guess if you really want to know which ones are the best, use tracking urls for a few months and then you should be able to tell which ones to use.
How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?
Affiliate since: 07/02/2024, Power Rank: 99999999
I just love those MRP! I think of them as a bonus and enjoy accumulating them ....
Personally I'm currently saving my MRP so I can buy a Kindle Fire soon. It will feel as if I'm getting it for free! Which I suppose I kinda am :-)
Some of my team members use their MRP to buy a few of the 1Credit and earn 102VP when they need a few extra VPs to retain their rank. Some also buy other products on which they earn VP as well as 25 VP when they review their purchases.
I suppose it all depends on your personal situation, but I think that using your MRP to build your business by buying TCredits, PSAs, marketing materials etc would be a good way to get the most from your MRP.
And if you feel like spoiling yourself, do that too. That will inspire you to work and earn even more!

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

To build a successful business you want to have as many income/advertising streams as possible. W3 and S-Builder Co-Op each offer their own stream in a totally different way. It therefore makes sense to participate in both. Depending on your financial resources you could invest in both at the same time.
If your finances are a bit tight, start with W3. As the starter kit is free you only pay a one-time fee of $1.95 for shipping & handling. Once you receive your kit, you fix the TripleClicks decal to your car, take a photo and send it in.
As soon as your photo is received you get your first 5 TCredits and 50 MRP.
You will then receive 5 TCredits & 50 MRP every single month!
You also get:
The opportunity to earn unlimited additional TCredits & MRP's when you refer new members.
Exclusive member-only specials
A free song of the month download
While driving around you give exposure to TripleClicks and also have the opportunity to tell curious people about your business. A big reward for a small investment.
With S-Builder Co-Op you have a monthly investment of $22 that puts you in line to receive new PSA's. It is especially good to use if you have little time or experience in recruiting new PSA's.
When you participate in S-Builder you are part of the global advertising co-op. This means you get sign-ups without having to do anything else. It is a very cost-effective way to build your business but With S-Builder you have to be patient, as it could take a while before you see results.
If you can, participate in both right from the start. If that's not possible, start with W3 and once you've grown your business sufficiently, add S-Builder.
Wishing you lots of success with your SFI business!
