IN ANSWERING your question, the best things to do are:
Work on advertising. This can be external, such as handing out flyers, encouraging friends and family to sign up, promoting Tripleclicks products. Etc. And it can be via the internet: making Facebook Twitter eBay posts, running traffic ads, making videos to showcase your experience. Until you can access the centre again.

Hi!

Marketing and advertising for SFI all about finding out what is the best, probably not the easiest, but the most effective way to gain a reach. What I would advise is to do a little RESEARCH with both tools. Find out after two weeks if you have reached more people using either avenue. If text ad exchanges work better in your favor, continue using it. Safe lists do? Well, use it. And there is no harm in using both either.
