little while you get some idea how to build Team but for beginner they dot have any idea.You can take help from SFI there is punch of information is available for individual get started on how to maintain or boost momentum in his or her group. My CSA Upline setup a monthly contest. It was this that got me very active. You can do same. Just make sure it is something within your reach.You need help you your sponsor or upline Team.

The most important tool to use for building a successful SFI business is the gateway List because it provides us with an easy URL with which to sign up a new affiliate or to shop on TripleClicks. Sometimes that spot on the form is even *optional*, which means that someone who find their way to signing up or buying might not even result in credit for you. Because this is your primary mode for earning, this has got to be your most important tool.When I signed up I came across a page that gave affiliates an incredibly simple formula to success. Sign up five affiliates and train all five to do what you did to become successful.With this in mind I believe that the S~Builder would be your best tool although every affiliate has different needs. Some need to learn advertising, others how to recruit, and than there are those that need to learn PR and how to KEEP what you got.

This is Great question.
I personally think you need some active PSA every month to build SFI. I dot think you need unlimited PSA you just need 5 active PSA in your team. Also help your each PSA that they need 5 active PSA and teach them what they learn so far. So i think every one need at least 5 PSA.

This business is all about growing the business & leading those you encourage to join.You will never be able to assist all the PSA's you will require to gain financial freedom. It therefore makes sense to share the load, by creating other Team Leaders who can do what you do.It also gives others to gain the financial freedom that you are looking for, for themselves. Share the success, & you will have a loyal, successful, pro-active team.The whole purpose of building a “team” is to develop “team leaders.” Team Leaders are people who are Silver, Gold and Platinum Team Leaders in SFI. The life blood of SFI (and in turn your own business) are new Team Leaders.
Team Leaders in your downline produce more VP each month. Also Team Leaders make income for themselves making many happy team members.

Always be respected with every one in your team do not act like boss. I tell you that the BEST way to start thinking in DUPLICATION is building a solid and acknowledged profile. New PSAs want to feel safe in their sponsor’s hands and, somehow, they want to “taste” success beforehand.
Choose the ones you consider the best, and keep information flowing.
when they join SFI send them massage help them.Also the PSAs should be asked to read the entire information provided in the SFI Basics and particularly the ultra-simple three step formula provided by Mr. Gery Carson, FAQs etc.

In my advertising campaigns, is it better to provide more or less information in my ads and why?

I believe that in advertising campaigns it is best to provide enough information to get people curious, but so much that you have over-explained the entire business.Also SFI provides great learning resources, so they idea really is to get them to take a look. My Advertising campaigns is it better to provide more or less information in view of point my advertisement feature should simple looking beautiful /good and attract people who have seen this advt.
