Should I promote the ECA program to businesses that are not online and/or do not currently use the Internet?

My answer to this is YES. This is the opportunity to introduce them the benefits of going online and using the internet.
You can encourage them by explaining the following benefits of going online with SFI/TripleClicks:
1. Free online store to list their products with minimal 15% commision to SFI.
2. Exposure to country wide customers instead of limited physical location, that boost increase in sales volume.
3. Potential expansion to global market.

There are 3 main ways that Fastrack 2.0 improve your SFI and Tripleclicks business.
1. By going Fastrack 2.0 yourself, you are motivated to work harder because of the additional 10% VP earnings from the Executive pool.
2. You are also motivated to encourage new Affiliates to go Fastract because of (1), and if they go Fastrack, naturally your 45% CV on PSAs and 15% CV on CSAs increase.

The best ways to use My Movers tab to maximize your SFI business are:
1.See how much points each of your movers have generated. If they have still very low points after 2 or 3 days (say 50 or 100 only), it means that they have not really completed the Basics and Getting started. Explain to them how to visit and accomplish the pages that gives the action VPs (clicking the green VP)

Let me answer this interesting and challenging question in 2 ways.
1. Maintaining your SFI position
- Make sure you place an Standing Order of 1500VP and you have enough funds in your payment method (Paypal, Credit card, etc)
- If you have a limited access to internet, do as much daily login as you can and make sure you do the weekly and monthly actions

- sending Team mailer once a week will just be good.

We can track our PSAs and CSAs activity via the Genealogy report

In any business endeavor, whether conventional or internet, time allocation and management is a key factor to grow your business.

You need to define and identify which areas are your key focus, concern and priorities.

Giving criticisms is a very sensitive topic. It can either make or break a person and sometimes ruin relationships of the one giving the criticism and the one receiving it. Hence, it is very important to give only CONSTRUCTIVE ones.

The rule of thumb is very simple.

If the person is doing badly, always try NOTt to mention the mistakes but mention what should have been done better.

The Eager Zebra games has the following plus factors in building a successful SFI business.
1. It adds fun while you earn. After all the necessary daily, weekly and monthly tasks, you can play the games to have fun and earn valuable rewards such as MRP, VP and badges.
2. It can be a channel to introduce your friends to Trpleclicks and eventually to SFI. Once your friends become TC members and play Eager Zebra games, they will become curious about the TC products and SFI.

Here are the simple things and ways I do everyday to promote my SFI business:

1. Post on my FB wall and Twitter, Tripleclicks deal of the day.
2. Visit my blog and post some news about what is latest in SFI (2 times a week).
3. Post on my Friends group page about Eazy Zebra games (2 times a week) to encourage them to register and play for free.
4. Talk to my friends and office mates about SFI during breaks.

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?

Both W3 and S-Builder Co-op are very important tool in growing your business at SFI.

If you are taking about Building a team at SFI, no doubt that S-Builder is the better option.
But of course, when it comes to cost, S-Builder is much higher.

But if you are talking about added quick VPs and MRPs, Wave3 is cheaper (or almost no cost at all). This is also a good window for promoting and advertising your business at SFI.
