If you have a large active down line then you are quite fortunate, what is vital is to keep doing what you have been doing to get them active in the first place. However in each team there will be those who will excel, and you must identify the future leaders and spend more time with them, paying attention to their specific needs.
Additionally, if your down line is large you have to create a system that will allow you to monitor the levels of achievement by your team members. Then execute this system to ensure that at all levels they can receive from you the attention that they deserve.

Which is best...advertising individual TripleClicks products or the entire TripleClicks store?

Actually with the amount of free advertising platforms out there the best thing to do is to advertise both, however if you can find niche markets, or a group of people that have common needs or likings, then it is best to advertise specific products that they would like.
Additionally when you explore the Marketing aids and methods, you realize how much opportunities that are available to launch on line ads. If you have a blog then it is better to stick to one or two products, as you would have a target audience to blog to. However to fully maximize on the marketing aids, you must decide how you are going to build your business, and then see which ones can help you the most.
You cannot ever over advertise or market, so if you are ever worried about being in people's face to much, forget it, for that's the only way they can see your passion for what you do and what you believe in. Advertise both ways if you can, but again it all depends on how you intend to build your business, and your main areas of focus.
For family and friends even close associates specific products are more effective, but for world wide targets advertise the entire store, by doing this the odds are more in your favor.

How can I use a PSA's Affiliate Profile to help him or her get off to a good start and become successful in SFI?

Actually an affiliates profile is like a tiny mirror that sees into certain parts of their life, and if we are paying attention to details, then we can certainly use this information to better assist them not only to get a good start, but also for long term success. The profile can tell us a lot since it seeks to establish pertinent information on the business and on line activity of the affiliate, further, it may be wise to ask certain questions based on profile information, to establish trust and build a relationship. It can vary from light conversations, to really heavy stuff about what they want out of SFI, and their goals, you must show them that you really appreciate them as a person and not as an object of wealth. People gravitate to details about themselves and you must use this to reach their inner being, and set the foundation for a successful future.

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

Your daily check on your Genealogy report gives you the status of your CSAs and PSAs, this is the best and true gauge that you can use to monitor their seriousness; however if they respond to your messages and tips or e-cards in a certain manner, this will also tell you how serious they are. In short if they show signs of owning their business and treating it with the attention it deserves, then you know for sure that they are serious.

In my humble opinion the most important tool is the one we can use from within; I say this because SFI only provides the platform and the information, training etc., however if we do not apply it properly then we may never see the success we desire.
That tool is duplication through determination with a plan and a desire to succeed regardless to the challenges and circumstances that we may be faced with, we must stay humble log on daily, get the information, apply it and teach others to do the same; day after day after day, and so on.

Marketing training and communication are all vital keys to the success of any business especially here at SFI, the difference is that you have to strike the right balance, by paying more attention to your short comings than your strengths. However remember what may work for another affiliate, may not work for you, therefore it all depends on where you want to go to succeed the most. One hour per day is plenty time to divide in three equally or otherwise.

The essence of Leadership is very much indicated in the actions of the Leader, if you show your affiliates how very serious you are by due diligence, then all they have to follow is your example. The real challenge however, is the fact that many affiliates expect to get rich quick, therefore you have to very early remove that myth and point them in the direction of goal setting, and working towards achieving those goals.
If the multiplicity and duplicity of your actions are consistent and you carefully choose your team mail or communication to inform them, then there maybe a more positive response. You cannot overwhelm with to much information, but you can impress by repeated action, positive action that would in time reap you the rewards that surely they would want to reap also. Lead strongly by example.

Depending on the area of focus you have the Marketing Aids and Methods section that gives several options freely, additionally lead them to their gateway page where there are many varied options to follow. They can be also guided to set up a free blog and use that as a platform to market whatever, and they can use triple clicks to set up an online store or sell their personally listed items.

That is a very good question, but needless to say, there is no one special or specific formula to achieve this. If you had the opportunity to interview the top ten sales persons on the planet, I can guarantee you that you will get ten diverse explanations. What is most important is to understand your target market, and what they want to hear, additionally you must know your product as if you were the maker in details. Then you must always have a smile, pleasant and endearing personality, a great disposition to listening; most great sellers are great listeners. You must believe that you are going to make every pitch sell, and your confidence must echo in your voice and your demeanor. Lastly I believe that you must make your target comfortable; they must believe that you have their best interest at heart, and that what you are doing is not just offering something that they need, but also something that can build a relationship between you and the potential client/customer. They need to trust you; you need to earn their trust.

Is it better to provide prospects with only a brief overview of what SFI is about...or more lengthly, detailed information?

I firmly believe that a brief overview is much more effective especially to most new affiliates. Too much information can confuse and blow people away, you have to recall that SFI would also be sending information to the new affiliate. Take time to know and feel out your team members, and then you will have a better idea as to what and how much information to share with them. if they don't need it, then don't send it, use your genealogy report to much effect, it has al the categories for you to gauge the progress and status of your affiliates. Yes I believe less with purpose is much more effective than more without specific targets.
