Hi Saidi,
I have to assume that you have completed all your Getting Started tasks and read all your Launch Pad lessons. If not I suggest that you complete these as there are a bundle of VPs waiting to be earned.
It is important to realise that there are two types of versa points that you can earn.
1) For purchases and sign ups from Triple clicks.
2) Action versa points.
The best way to get more Versa Points under point one is: If you can afford it, buy plenty of Triple Clicks products. Also sell products on your TConnect page, i.e. garage sale. Create a Standing Order for 1500 VPs as this will guarantee that you will maintain your EA ranking on a monthly basis.
The best way to get more Versa Points under point two is: Do your To Do List DAILY and I mean DAILY. Miss one day and you will be playing catch-up. Play all the Eager Zebra games daily, bid on the Pricebenders auctions particularly the auction that awards double MRPs daily. Do your weekly and monthly tasks. Sign up new PRMs and ECAs.
Hope that this gives you some direction.
Stay Well

I would suggest that you click on the SFI Basics tab and do your research. There is a lot of info regarding earning money by accumulating Versa Points, increasing earnings by generating sales at Triple Clicks, duplication and supplemental income streams.
Also you might want to view this link, https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?catid=26444&id=192095. Here Gery gives you a fantastic insight about signing up E-Commerce Affiliates and promoting their products and earn royalties for life.
You need to do your research as this is the best way to learn and retain the basic info about the SFI business.

How do you convince someone that they can earn a substantial income with SFI?

Simple. Prove to them that you are earning a substantial income with SFI. As a new affiliate, to be honest this will be difficult, as you have no income to show them and you will be wasting your time trying to convince them otherwise.
In the beginning try to convince them that you have come across a business opportunity that if the right approach is applied there are possibilities of earning an extra income that can grow exponentially over a period of time dependent on the amount of input, investment and effort and action that one is prepared to commit to the business.
And that's the point. You have to find like minded people and that in its self is not a simple task, however when you do find them they are your GEMS in this type of business and need nurturing.
Sorry to be so blunt but this business is not for sissies.

What are the easiest ways to become an EA (Executive Affiliate) every month?

Maintaining EA ranking requires you to achieve 1500 VP's every month so besides regularly reviewing the SFI Basics I suggest the following:
1) It is of paramount importance that you complete your To Do List daily no matter how laborious this may seem at the time, it has to be done. From my observations in the time that I have been with SFI this one task seems to be the biggest bone of contention amongst new affiliates, so bite the bullet and just DO IT.Otherwise to be honest you are just wasting not only your time but that of your sponsor.
2) Complete your weekly and monthly actions diligently they are worth a lot of valuable VP's.
3) Create a Standing Order of 100 TC's = 1200 VP's. Together with the above, maintaining EA every month is a doddle and it doesn't break your bank account. Remember that you should have some financial investment in your business to help it become successful. Note:"Nothing is for free".
I believe that the above is relatively simple and will allow you the time to concentrate on duplication and enrolment of E-Commerce Affiliates to build your business, without the worries of maintaining EA ranking. Achieving higher rankings will come in time as you progress.
And last but not least be, Positive, Persevere, stay focussed and do Take Action!!!!.
Be well and stay well

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

To be quite honest the answer to your question is an emphatic NO!!!! and I am not been negative here, rather, trying to give you some positive advise. If these people have been inactive for this amount of time, you are wasting your time and effort which could be spent on doing other SFI activities.
I send a personal email to the given email address of my new PSAs and CSAs welcoming them and giving them a comprehensive and easy guide as to How to Get started and how to become a Fast Track Member. Remember there is only a 10 day window for them to take advantage of becoming a Fast Track member and reaping the benefits. If they don't take it and there is no response to my email then I believe that SFI is not for them and so I let them go. Also if they are not prepared to invest $20.00 for a NMP to qualify then the writing is on the wall.
By the way my emails are both supportive and positive and have been constructed around advice from other successful SFI team leaders via the Forum and SFI Tips.
My advise Stick To Your Movers. At least they are logging in and showing some sort of interest be it sometimes only now and then.
Respond to only those that show interest and some intent. Without intent what's the point?

What makes you persevere with SFI and not quit?

I have become involved in numerous MLN and Affiliate type of businesses going way back to the Amway days and have only now come across SFI recently. From my experience in this market I believe that SFI is the best that I have encountered and the reason being that unlike other similar types of programs SFI is free to join, does not require me to hold inventory, does not require me to purchase products on a monthly basis to retain membership and has probably the best training and support facilities that I have ever encountered.
Apart from that it is challenging, fun to participate in, motivating, a chance to meet new people, probably the best opportunity for me to attain my goals and every day is just a brand new experience. It also keeps me busy and my mind active. I also have to admit however, I am NOT a Quitter. I hope you aren't either.

I seem to remember that this question has been asked before, quite recently, however in a different format as follows:
"Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?"
There were 112 answers to this question and I suggest that if you research ASK SC relating to the above, you will find all the answers that will come close to, or will satisfy your similar question.
Stay well.
