I think this very difficult question but this is a Truth of Truth how to motivate down line to become Team Leader and not to stay EAs.
It is best way to explain all EA to become Team Leader only required strong downline and monitor, motivate and built confidence, consistency, no negative thinking and follow rule of success.
You have create confidence your EAs.
Work with Worker i.e. Start working with worker and build confidence.
Tel them don't build big team
Initial build a 6 PSA every month try to enroll but it is reality very difficult.
At Least maintain 6 EA2 every month in your team and be a team leader to earn 600 VP every month.

This is a very tricky question and I say real question.
No Satisfaction if you are an employee.
Get Satisfaction has role based access applied to the application.
There are 4 roles in any Get Satisfaction:
1) Admin : Admins have full access to the Configure workspace. This role is best suited for project managers, technical implementation managers, or those helping with the initial set up and launch of a community. The Admin role + Management Seat is the best option for a Community Strategist or Lead Community Manager.
2) Official Rep : Official Reps have limited access Configure workspace. This role is best suited for part-time Community Managers and Moderators, or contract employees.
3) Employee: Employee is the most basic role available to company employees. This role is best suited for users who occasionally participate in the community, but still have an employee badge.
4) Champion : Champion is the most appropriate role for your most supportive and loyal customers, and brand advocates who are strong contributors within your community.
After all BUSINESS OWNER Mentality is there no BOSS.
We can give lot of example like Bill Gate, Gary Carson and so many how they become successful now as they are never worked as Employee they are Business Owner.

The best way to communicate with all team members are highly required. The most of the tools are availble to communicate team members using the inbuelt modules.
1) Affiliate Center such as eCards, CSA PSA and Genealogy Mailers.
2) As a team it is most important to understand the need.
3) Under A2A you can communicate with your team.
4) Apart from you can directly send e-mail.
5) Team Mail, Note should be used for communication.
6) Always keep in mind regular communication also not wise.
7) 1st study the VP Ledger and if you got a same time zone online chat with members.

I am explaining one Point what is a Platform
There are so many platform know what are they ?
Plain launches - Airfield that one platform - are all plain remained in one Airfield I think No.
Bus stop - That is also platform buses comes and goes - are all buses are remain in one plot form no.
Train - Comes to platform and goes - are all buses are remain in platform No.
Computer people working in different platform like WINDOWS, MAC, UNIX etc. all are remain in one plot form for long period - I say no.
Above narrated PLATFORM only who remains Constanta - Crew Peoples those important are very high
All others are thinking it is a medium through we will reach our destination. They are not our valid customer.
One thing either
we are not providing proper guidance.
we may selfish given wrong direction.
There are so many reason that why they are jumping.
My request again and again be in contact them over phone. Try to under stand their problem. Try to solve if possible. Until we will not work as a family we can't grow our SFI as well all members.
