Hello David,
Although your a member for just two months, you also are a Bronze Team Leader so I assume you know where and how to earn MRP's. So I won't go there.
You wonder how you can get the most out of them.
You can get the most out of them by applying them where they have the most value for you. This also depends on the level you are.
So start asking your self, "What do I need at this moment?"
A lot of people have troubles in the first few months to hold their EA status, because they have no team yet, and/or not enough money to invest. In such a case MRP's can be very valuable achieving Versa Points.
For the amount of 126 MRP's you can buy 1 TCredit which comes with 102 VP. So nine or ten Single TCredits purchased every month added to your actions from your ToDo list secures your EA status every month.
A little tip:
I usually buy 1 TC every day. Why? My total daily VP will be more than 20 so I earn also an extra entry in the Daily Grant Drawing.
Every TCredit spend in Eager Zebra games or auctions earns you 1VP back and a minimum of 5 MRP. Use your TCredits in Double MRP auctions and within the 5 min. timespan of the Flash Drawings and you earn 10 MRP and a chance to win the drawing.
When you don't need the VP's but want to expand your team, you can save them up until you can purchase PSA's, CSA's or a SBuilder unit.
And of course you can spend them on all the products in the TripleClicks store. Don't forget to check out the Special Member Reward section before buying products.
So to get the most out of your MRP's you first have to consider your needs and wants before using them.
Don't forget, while saving MRP's, they expire one year after receiving!!
Success!!

Hi P Sheela,
There are several criteria an answer must qualify for.
First of all, it must be correct !! Meaning that what you say must be true.
When you give someone directions, tips, advice etc. you must be 100% sure they are within SFI rules and possibility's.
If possible read other answers given on the subject before answering. This way you won't duplicate a given answer.
Be sure you understand the question.
In answering, provide links to where they can find more information about the question.
Try to keep your answer short and simple. If there is no need to, don't go to much in to details. This will make your answer more complicated to read and understand.
Be honest !!
Success !!

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

Hi Mary,
This is not a simple "Yes or no" question. There are a few facts to be considered before giving advice to your PSAs.
First of all, do they have a team? We all know that being a team leader without a team is like a school teacher without students. Does someone still wants to become a TL, attend him to the next issue.
Stay team leader without a team is not easy. They have to be able to relay on there own sources. Can they, will they?
So my advice to the PSAs would be:
Do they have an active and stable team, YES. Go ahead and become TL.
Do they not have a team, stay as you are. Build a team first and concentrate on recruiting.
Do they still persist, point them to the fact that it will cost them instead of giving benefits.

What is the best way to help people that want to get involved with SFI who do not have time to put into it but have money to invest?

In my opinion, building a business with no time investment is hardly doable. That go's for any business, also for SFI. Sponsoring your affiliates and performing your daily tasks takes time.
Having money to invest really can speed things up. But investing money takes time to. Setting up standing orders, setting up advertising campaigns etc. it all takes time. When you only have money to invest my advice is to team-up with someone you can trust and who has time to invest. This can be your partner, a family member or a friend.
Together you can set up a business plan and decide how big the budget monthly is and how much time need to be spend on a daily base. You can decide to share the profits by ratio.
This way you make sure the business is both properly funded and attended to. Your advertising campaigns keep running, your affiliates are being welcomed and sponsored etc..
In other words, you business is taken care of both in time and money.

How can I motivate and inspire my team using my SFI Leadership Page?

Hi Izabella Takács,
I saw you already had a lot of answers. Mostly about the importance and possibility's of the page but none relay answered your question,
"How can I Motivate and Inspire my Team Using my SFI Leadership Page?"
And this is the most important part. Having a great LP is no use if no one visit it.
By referring to your LP in EVERY conversation make people curious. I do that in my weekly sponsor letter ("You can read this letter also on my Leadership Page LINK"). I also have the link under my name in every E-mail and other conversation I send out.
Every update you make on your LP, announce it in the Stream section.
When you updated your Blog, added a new contest, a new product etc.
Name the Affiliates who achieved or won something on your recognition page.
People still like to see their names in a program.
Make sure your LP is active, interesting page and people will revisit after a while just out of curiosity.
Success!!

I have a Fast-Track lapel pin. How best to use it to attract sign-ups into SFI?

Hi Eleh Ifeanyi Micheal,
I hate to disappoint you but the Pin does not attract sign-ups.
It does attract POSSIBLE sign-ups though.
So how to use it? Lets imagine a situation. Lets say you go to a wedding. At first place the pin on a good visible place on your costume i.e your left lapel.
On a wedding there are a lot of people you know and you don't know. Not every one of use is comfortable with approaching people and start talking about our business un-invited.
Now this is where the Pin comes in. Sitting with friends and family they will ask you about the pin.
You can now also go sit on a table with people you don't know. People always look for a reason to start a (small) conversation. And again, the Pin gives them a reason to start one with you. And one of the biggest benefits is when you sit on a table with 4 other people, only one of them has to ask the question and you will have 4 POSSIBLE sign-ups who are listening to your story! Now it is up to your story and your enthusiasm if they will become a sign-up. Be sure to have your presentation rehearsed and ready. See you have some business cards to give out and maybe even some Gift Cards.
Success!!

When do I know that I've become successful in SFI and TripleClicks?

Watch your commissions report.
If you are generating income (no matter how small) and you see progression, then you are on the right track.
Is your (active)team growing?
Are you close, or even able, to re-invest earnings from your business into your business?
If you can only say "yes" to one of the questions above, you know you are becoming successful !!
Should I promote participation in Pricebenders to my team? If so, for what reason(s)?
Cornelis Sas, Aff (Netherlands)

I would say "Yes".
I say this because I think EVERY aspect of SFI/TripleClicks should be promoted. Not only out site SFI but also to your team. This way they will see that there are more ways in SFI to grow. Some of us are great team builders, others are perfect sales man etc. By letting your team members see the other possibility's of SFI they can find out which part of the program will best fit their skills and/or needs.
How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

Hi KHALIL ,
Well, the answer is simple, you can't.
A lot of people who sign up lose there interest in a few days. It happens to all programs like SFI and we all have to deal with that. It is a pity that it is a loss of effort but that's the way it goes. It is just as in your personal live, some will follow you and your guide lines and some don't.
But never let that disappoint you. I my self has a lot of csa's who signed up and never are online or confirmed there E-mail address, meaning I even can't reach them.
But I keep sending my stream posts to every one because you never know, maybe some day...
And for those you can reach, be there. Not bombing them with mails every day but once a week at least. If you achieve something in SFI, share it with them. If one of your affiliates achieve something share it with your team. It will motivate others.
Most off all, share how you did things. Don't only share your successes but also your mistakes and how to avoid them.
They will understand that you are a human, just like they are and they can reach the same level.
Success,

What's the best answer to give to SFI prospects who ask, how does it work...and what do you do?

As I always say, "Be honest, dishonesty is like a boomerang".
You are a member for quite some time now so I aspect you now how SFI works. Tell them !! Tell them that SFI gives people an opportunity to start an online business for free. They receive free training, free ads they can use, several gateways to use for marketing and a lot of products they can promote. Don't tell them that they never have to invest because they will. They have to invest time, effort and money. How much? that's up up to them self. What can they invest and how fast will they build they're business. Tell them to just start and take the first to months to see what SFI is all about and that they can quit the program when ever they want. Don't tell them that they will be rich over night because you know that is not true.
About the second half of your question. Tell them you are doing what they will be doing. Explain them in detail how you run your business and that they only have to copy what you do. And most of all tell them that you, as there sponsor, will guide them every step on the way.
Success ! !
