The common mistakes I need to avoid as I build my downline are as follows:
In a Job Market were everyone is being closely measured, it is critical to work effectively as a team, but for you to be outstanding and to make a good leader, you must be up and doing, by avoiding some of these common mistakes:
1. Avoid using Ineffective Marketing Methods:
Don't spend all the time in Phone calls, Seminars, Meetings etc. I don't mean that these
methods are not good, they are, but when you go on-line, you get quicker response and
maximum turn out and by so doing, you will save time, money and strength.
2. Avoid choosing the wrong people.
A large downline will be of no use if the people you sponsored are doing nothing. It is
very important to look for your target customer base while building a downline. Go for
those with a positive thought that believe they can do it and are also ready to accept.
3. Don't fail to be a good mentor. Have a listening ear to your team and find out their
opinions and incorporate them where necessary.
4. Don't fail to always check on them in-oder to carry everyone along, especially those ones
lagging behind.
5. You must always encourage them because there are some who will not like to try the
rules given due to fear, laziness or lack of confidence. This is where your leadership
role comes in. Show them that it is possible even when it is difficult and try to make it
fun for them.
6. You must not fail to make your own research before relating the information to them.
7. You must set a positive spirit, set the goals clear and how feasible and possible it is
to be achieved.
