Tell and show all that SFI has to entails, the business, the rules, the products
the commissions and etc,. Tell them this can be a profitable home business but they have to work at it to be successful, nothing like the truth, it's more of a show me
than tell me, because everything that sounds good, is not good for you. I'm over fifty
I didn't have to be convinced, I simply saw something in SFI that made me want to start
and I wanted what SFI was offering. I usually tell my friends to take a look and see if it's for them, what's right for me, may not be right for someone else.

The most important tool for building a successful business in SFI is the tool SFI has
provided for all its affiliates, we don't have to reinvent or make it complicated, SFI
really have laid it all out, just by following the SFI BASICS on a daily basis can help
us to have a successful business, so if you try to use any other tool beside SFI you are looking to fail, SFI has its own platform to build upon therefore SFI most important tool is its BASICS.
Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Not only is it worthwhile, but imperative we should always send a new PSA an individual
welcome letter, we do not want to send mixed-signals, I state this because we may have
156 CSAs for three months per se and today we receive 1 PSA, we should put our attention toward the newest member of our SFI Team and not only that, but give them some kind of security that you care about them as an individual, and then show them they are just as important as the ones you already have on your TEAM! Group mailings should come after you have welcome them and introduce yourself.

Many answer have been given for this questions and I agree, not to repeat anyone answer, but each SFI LAUNCHPAD lessons defines itself to the need of the affiliate and if one is serious about their SFI business, there will always be that one LAUNCHPAD lesson that will stand out from the rest, because what works for one affiliate does not work for others, so in other words whatever is important to me personal will work in the best of my interest, so I explore all LAUNCHPAD lesson to help me settled what I do not understand.

Is SFI good for students (18 or older)? Why or why not?
Sandra D. Halcomb, Aff (North carolina, US)

Affiliate since: 02/18/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
My answer is yes/ no, a wondering mind equals a terrible mind, unless that student is majoring in business then the possibilities are endless, but why put something that many students are not interested in, before them, most students are interested in becoming doctors, lawyers, and great athletes. Give a student enough time to grow their mind, don't push them into a dog eat world, that's just my opinion.
When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

If you don't have an answer at that time, prefer them to SFI many options that has been set up for team member questions, one is their Up line Sponsor, another option is go to the forum, or they could go to ASK SC, but if none of these are sufficient, direct them to SFI President, Gery Carson. I hope this help.

What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

My greatest challenge to success in SFI was not having what it takes to succeed, but as I familiarize myself with the tools SFI had to offer and the attitude of I can do anything I put my mind to, it became just a mind over matter per se, never let negative obstacles get in your way of becoming successful, my greatest challenge to success in SFI will be to many as it was for me stopping before I began. It's a challenge to start anything new and it can be hectic, but stay with it and you can over come it. I hope this will inspire you as well as help. Never let your mind talk you out of your destiny.

SFI represents multiple income earning opportunities. Should I focus on just one, some, or ALL?

Yes, SFI does have multiple income earning opportunities. but it's up to the individual
to decide which works best for him or her, explore and decide what will work best for
your needs, mastery is a great teacher. I rather focus on one than many, in due time, you can always elevate yourself to some or all. I hope this helps.
How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

So many answers have been given for this question and many are right in there perspective place. No one is born a leader, but one can become a leader, as with any leadership it is my opinion one must first lead by example and one must be willing to stand the test of time, ups and downs and all that leadership entails, practice makes perfect, as far as an a SFI Team Leader, it's written out for one to become just that with SFI training, so I'm just stating one must be trained to be a SFI Team Leader as well as any other leadership.
