Gift Cards are marketing aids we use as incentives to motivate prospects to visit TripleClicks and maybe get interested in some of the products and become our PRM’s or even the business opportunity and become a PSA or ECA. Firstly, when advertising this opportunity, don’t refer to it as a job offer, but as a business opportunity. Prospects must know upfront that they are not applying for a job with a salary and set working hours and a boss, but for a an opportunity to own and manage their own business where they are their own boss and work wherever and whenever they want. You have that freedom, but also the responsibility.

I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

There may be many reasons why someone, who were active before, becomes inactive at a later stage. It might be (And that is the biggest reason according to me), because with the Getting Started and Intermediate Actions and Launchpad Lessons it is too easy to get a lot VP in a short time, but when you done all of them you have nothing left for the next few months to get VP that easily. That is when PSA’s who don’t have the funds for a SO, falls out or get inactive.

There are various ways to communicate with your team, whether it’s with your team as a whole or one on one.

If you want to communicate with your team as a whole you can use the Team Mail at your Genealogy or your PSA or CSA Mailer, or Stream Post or you can send out a newsletter. You can also engage in Group Chat on Facebook. It all depend on what you want to convey to them as a whole. Here the Team Mail work the best.

Which is the best SFI Gateway to use...and why?

It all depends on your target group.

I prefer the TripleClicks or TripleClicks products’ gateways, because if you’ve gotten someone’s attention with a product and become your PRM, there’s a good chance that he/she can be converted to a PSA or even ECA at a later stage.

Pricebender Auction gateways are also good to use, because of the crazy good winning prices of the items on auction. You can get attention to that easily. And when they are hooked, you can convert them

SFI’s own Hit Tracking system is very good for the purpose of tracking the effectiveness of your advertising campaign.

Go to the Power Tools Tab on your home page and click on Key Codes. There you’ll find all the Key Codes that you have used that attracted some hits. To create Key Codes for your ads just choose your own Key Codes and add them to your SFI ID in your Gateway links so that you can track the amount of hits created by your ads to all your gateways.

Teach your PSA’s and CSA’s to fish, rather than giving them sushi to eat every day. What I mean by that is, don’t spoil them and make them lazy by doing their work for them.

Teach them the program, help them by showing them where to find the answers they seek and only give them something like TCredits, Gift Cards, etc if they deserved it by reaching a certain predetermined goal or milestone.

Work with your movers, without leaving the others on your team to far behind.

Firstly, you should promote products that you use yourself and are very satisfied with. If it’s something that works well for you, you will promote it with confidence and conviction.

Secondly, look for products that you know you would personally like, that have good reviews, are priced right and with low or now shipping fees.

All depends on your target market as well. Take that in consideration when deciding what to promote.

Build on that momentum you have already created by being an awesome sponsor and doing all the things an awesome sponsor should do that might include the following or some of it (Some you may have done already):
1. Lead by example. Do the things you expect your team members to do and earn the badges, first.
2. Train your team how to do the things you do and expect them to duplicate.
3. Motivate your team members by recognizing achievements and rewarding the movers in your team for reaching

Do not advertise on social media.

Create your own website if you don’t have one already. Do all your selling on this website and have links on this website to your SFI Gateways (Some social media platforms don’t allow SFI URL’s to be placed on them.) You can have more than 1 website if necessary.

Use social media to build relationships, warm up leads and provide valuable content, which will attract more people to your social media page. Be very active on your social media
