Interesting question.

My greatest challenge has been fear of using the net. When I was introduced to SFI, I didn't want to know anything about it. I have never been a Facebook person, didn't have a twitter account or for that matter had any interest in having much to do with the net with the exception of using it as a source of getting information for school projects.

After I signed up, it was another story altogether! What can I say? I am addicted to SFI. :)

With all the training material that SFI has in place, I have slowly begun to overcome my fear and am learning to spread my wings.

Slowly and steadily, I have started using Facebook, enjoy tweeting and have even begun using a couple of traffic exchanges with the help of my Uplines.

I have yet to start my own blog and do so many other things that other SFIers seem to be doing online with such ease but I am happy to have come this far.

It's a start! :)

I have had quite a few people ask me that. This is what I tell them.

When a person goes to a casino, they need to convert their cash into chips before they can take part in any of the games.
Well, in TripleClicks, we have our own special currency similar to that, called T Credits.
Most people grasp that concept fairly quickly.

Thereafter, I tell them the various ways in which T Credits can be used.

I ask myself the same thing.

The best way would be to lead by example.

Follow all the guidelines that have been set out here on how to be an awesome sponsor.

Guide and motivate your team as best as you can.

Assist them, advise them and help clarify issues as and how the need arises.

Remember, you can't drag anyone across the finish line. They have to want to win for themselves.

Simply by following all the guidelines that SFI has put in place.

They have a wonderful array of articles that you can learn from and guide your team through.

We learn to be a lot of things in our life time. We are not born into those roles. Though we may be better at some and not so good at others.
But learning allows us to better ourselves.

So read up and apply what you have read to your business and you will automatically become a leader!

Actually I have been trying to figure that out for myself too.

I personally feel that it is better to sponsor your own PSAs than to buy them because it's easier to connect with them. They know you and it's therefore, much easier to establish trust and help them with their business. Communication is way easier and works both ways.

I find that when I have bought PSAs, there is no communication to begin with. Or rather, it's one sided! :) whether the affiliate is from a country whose language is English or not.

I hope this helps you make a decision one way or the other.
