To build a successful SFI business, I do not think that it is necessary to rely very much on your Sponsor because there are many ways to learn on your own using SFI's training materials and many other available resources on the SFI Website.

When you have an important question or need some advise you can ask your Sponsor. Of course, if your Sponsor is not available at that time or if your Sponsor in generally inactive, you can go to the Forum, an a2a Friend, or another Upline Team Member for the information you need.

It is definitely a plus if your Sponsor is active and involved in helping you to build your business, but you must learn and grow independently also so that your business will thrive even when your Sponsor's support is not readily available.

I know that many highly successful Team Leaders have built their SFI business with very little support from their Sponsors or with no support at all! It can be done, and the SFI program is designed so that a person can become extremely successful with or without the support of their Sponsor!

a2a Friends are very good to have. Depending on their experience with SFI and TripleClicks and where they are from, these a2a Friends can definitely help us in different ways.

You can look for local a2a Friends and form a local SFI community and gather to share information, ideas and brainstorm to build your businesses. It is also helpful to know that you are not alone in this business and that your colleagues in business can help you and you can all help each other. Plan to meet at convenient times and places once a month or once every two months or so.

You can ask your a2a Friends with more experience in SFI for advise on how to build your business.

Your a2a Friends from other countries can help you in other ways; perhaps you have an affiliate in your down line from a country or town in which you have an a2a Friend who can answer any questions you may have about understanding the culture so that you may be better equipped to help your affiliate.

You can learn about your a2a Friends sales products and promote them to earn a commission for yourself and vice versa.

Remember, we all need friends and companions and there is a famous saying that is so true for all of us on this world: "No man is an island unto himself."

I absolutely think that SFI is good for students 18 and older.

Many students need to earn some income while attending college and an internet business with SFI can lead to an income for a student. Most students today are very internet savvy and are good at using social media. Students in college have connections with their fellow students with whom they can share their knowledge of SFI and TripleClicks thereby gaining new affiliates for their Team and possibly even some ECA's. A student can post flyers around the campus and spread them in other ways as well.

Most students would love to be able to work on a business with flexibility to fit into their very busy schedules; I know this would have been great for me when I was a student. On extremely busy days a student should be able to fit in the usual Daily Actions. Over Summer break there is usually more time to focus on building a business.

Students in marketing or business programs can utilize their knowledge to build an SFI business; Conversely, the SFI business will help marketing and business students to gain knowledge and skill to help them in their College studies and in their chosen field.

Music students may be part of a band or musical entertainment group who can promote their music through the TC Music Contest. Some have produced recordings that can be sold online. Many musicians are also looking for another avenue to earn an income and they can develop this through SFI. Art and Photography students may benefit from online sales through an online website at TripleClicks.

With the current economy I believe it is a great idea for a student to build a business for long term residual income. Perhaps the student will do so well as to establish a full time income for himself/herself that is there wether or not they are able to find a job in their chosen field.

The most successful way for me to market when I am out and about depends on where I will be going and what I will be doing.

I make sure that I have a supply of the SFI and TripleClicks flyers to post around town and perhaps to hand out. My SFI ID# is printed on all the flyers or material I distribute. I post the flyers on bulletin boards or leave them in appropriate places. In my area grocery stores and drug stores no longer have bulletin boards, however, I have found bulletin boards to post flyers on in coffee shops and restaurants. I have also left some in my local mall. Coffee shops and music stores are good places to post TC Music flyers.

There are many flyers, and car magnets here as well as the SFI X-Cards and the ECA brochures.

One of the most successful ways for me to market when I am out driving and doing errands is through the Wave3 sticker on my car. Each Wave3 referral earns an affiliate 5 free TCredits and 50 free MRP. When people inquire about Wave3, hand them a Wave3 card with your SFI ID# printed on it and if you have one you can also give them a Gift Card.

Car Magnets are also great for advertising SFI and Triple Clicks; have some information on hand when people ask about them.

The SFI X-cards are great for handing out or for leaving in coffee shops, restaurants or even posted on bulletin boards.

It is good to have TC Gift Cards with you to give to a waiter or waitress with your tip. They are also great for giving to your hairdresser or barber or any other service professional, especially if they have given you great service. Consider giving a Gift Card to your regular Postman, Postal Clerk or a friendly cashier; especially during the holiday season. When someone is very interested in your Wave3 sticker or car magnet give them a Gift Card.

Keep some ECA brochures with you when you shop at small or independently owned retail establishments where they would benefit from an online sales avenue.

Carry your Payoneer MasterCard with you and use it to show people when they ask you about SFI or TripleClicks. Talk about your card when making a purchase with the Payoneer MasterCard if you have the opportunity. The Payoneer Card should help you to feel confident as you speak about the SFI/TripleClicks opportunity.

There are many good ways to market when you are out and about. These are what work well for me. I hope my experience is helpful.

The best way to become a Team Leader is to do all you can each day to work toward reaching this goal. Follow SFI's step-by-step plan and instructions to learn and earn VersaPoints each day. Complete all your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Actions. Be sure to enter the Daily Grand Drawing every day as well; you can win VP and TCredits there as well as other very helpful business building prizes! It is best to learn all you can about SFI and TripleClicks so that you become very knowledgeable about this business and are able to lead your Team by example and by sending regular Team Messages or Newsletters. Read and vote on Ask SC answers every day and visit the Forum regularly. Read other Leader's Leadership Pages. Remember, Leaders are Readers!

You must earn Sales VP as well as Action VP in order to become a Team Leader. It is very important to earn all the Action VP that you can so that you will qualify for Team Leader rank each month that it is possible.

Once you begin Sponsoring PSA's and begin receiving CSA's upon qualifying as an Executive Affiliate you should begin to plan on earning the necessary Sales and Action VP to reach the rank of Bronze Team Leader. Send a Team Mail message each week to earn 30 Action VP. Becoming a Bronze Team Leader will be good because your Team will see that you are a Team Leader. As a Bronze Team Leader you will receive one share of Second Home CSA's each month that you qualify as a Bronze Team Leader; this will help you to build your Team even larger and you may even receive an EA2 or a Team Leader as one of your Second Home CSA's!

Motivating lazy and unmotivated affiliates is not always an easy task! Some of these affiliates may not have even logged in again after signing up and may not even be reading their e-mails either. Sometimes affiliates have very limited access to the Internet and are unable to log in frequently and this is why they are missing out on this opportunity!

I signed up and joined SFI on a Thursday evening after seeing an ad in my local employment newspaper. It was late and the next few days over the weekend were busy. I did not log in again until Sunday evening; this was before the new Fast-Track program, so I learned that I had missed out on becoming a Fast-Track Member. I was disappointed but I saw that there were many things to learn about on this site and I followed along just the way SFI guides all new affiliates. When I learned about the importance of logging in every day I became very motivated and decided I did not want to lose out on any more advantages within this program. I have logged in every day since then, except for the time I was forced to use my Vacation Mode because of limited internet access while on vacation.

I think the best way to motivate inactive or lazy and unmotivated affiliates is to lead by example and do everything you can to show that you are growing in this business. Maintain Team Leader rank or if this is not possible maintain Executive Affiliate rank. Share your successes with your Team. Let them know when you win the Daily Grand, the Daily Crown, Pricebenders Auctions and EZ Games. Congratulate other Team Members and share their achievements in Team Mail messages, Stream Posts and on your Leadership Page. Share testimonials and success stories from the Forum with them.

Always include these inactive lazy and unmotivated affiliates in your regular Team Mail messages and send them an occasional E-card to let them know you think about them and offer advice or assistance.

You can set up Contests with rewards for your Team to help motivate your entire Team, including your inactive, lazy and unmotivated affiliates. Send information on your Contest in your Team Mail or in another effective way.

In many cases, a person must desire success in this business in order to be motivated and all the inspiration and motivation you can offer will not motivate some of these lazy and unmotivated affiliates.

Continue to do your best at your own business and continue to be an awesome Sponsor to the Members in your Team and you may be successful at motivating lazy and unmotivated affiliates! Remember, some of today's top Leaders at SFI were once "asleep" and at some point "woke up" and became motivated to build an extremely successful business!

Some new, creative ways to sign up TC Members can be found in the New WAVE3 program which was just introduced on July 7th! You asked this question before this new WAVE3 program was introduced, before we even knew about the new features included in this program!

SFI News states that the new WAVE3 is "--a program designed to incentivize TC members to spread the word about TripleClicks. With the new W3, we've taken this objective and dramatically expanded it and made it more attractive than ever. Indeed, we've just empowered our current 4 million+ TC members to help us grow to 400 million TC Members…and beyond!"

With the new WAVE3 program we can use the "Share & Win" links" to refer our friends to TripleClicks. "Share & Win" links are found on all product and auction detail pages (look for the W3 symbol). Or, when playing any of the Eager Zebra Games, look for the "Friend Challenge" - just copy and paste the special provided link in social media, e-mails, etc.

Another good way to promote TripleClicks is to purchase a Pricebenders or a TripleClicks car magnet which is available in the Marketing Aids. When people ask for more information you can give them a flyer, a TC X-Card or a TC Gift Card. The TC Gift Card will give them more incentive to try out the site!

Give a TC Gift Card to every adult accompanying a child to your children's party or birthday party. As a host, give out TC Gift Cards to every guest attending your parties.

You can post the Pricebenders flyers on bulletin boards and attach a TC Gift Card or distribute the flyer with the Gift Card. If you are able to, set up a booth at a county fair or at other fairs, flea markets or other events; be sure to have flyers, brochures, TC Gift Cards and other advertising material on hand. You could attract people to your booth by selling attractive items or by offering some inexpensive free items or refreshments.

Offer to give each new sign up a free entry to a raffle for a Gift Certificate of $10.00 or $20.00 - be sure to offer a dollar amount that fits your budget.

Advertise Pricebenders Auctions and Eager Zebra Games on free Classifieds; you can offer a TC Gift Card and e-mail the code - use the Digital Cards.

Find products sold by TripleClicks, or an ECA, that you believe are in demand, or that people are looking for, and promote them in places where people will be looking for these items.

The answer to this question most likely depends on the abilities and experience of each individual Affiliate! Some Affiliates are experienced retailers, sellers and merchants or have developed their own products which they market and becomintg an ECA may be an excellent decision for them so that they can promote and sell their products online and increase their sales.

The time and experience necessary for being involved in overseeing sales and customer satisfaction is something to seriously consider and many people with no prior experience in selling and shipping products may not be prepared for this challenge.

Many Affiliates do not have experience in online or retail sales or in marketing but may have many business and sales or marketing contacts. Referring these contacts to the ECA program may be the best course of action for them and they may make good commissions just by doing this and by promoting their referred ECAs products, both online and offline.

I have come to the conclusion that being an ECA is not necessarily beneficial for every Affiliate and depends on each individual's experience and situation. Referring ECAs is an opportunity that every Affiliate can utilize to develop growth in their SFIi business, even if they are also an ECA!

Offline and online recruiting are two ways that are necessary for growth in this business.

Some Affiliates come to this business already having previous experience in different methods of recruiting and may even have a Team built in another MLM or Network Marketing business. in this case it is possible for this Affiliate to refer many of his Team Members to SFI. I have been in an MLM / Network Marketing business where a Member in my Upline did this whenever his current MLM went out of business or when it wasn't meeting his expectations or failing in some way. I should ad that he had been primarily using offline recruiting methods.

Some Affiliates are better oriented to doing offline marketing and may also have the contacts to make this method very beneficial. I suspect that many of us, including myself, are not in this situation and we need to utilize online marketing to reach those who are searching for what SFI is offering. Many of my Family and Friends are skeptical about MLM and Network Marketing businesses; with these people I intend to show them how my SFI business has been successful and the advantages of TripleClicks and introduce them to SFI this way.

I think that everyone should be involved in offline recruiting in one way or another. Flyers and brochures can be distributed and posted and there are effective ways of distributing TC Gift Cards and X-cards.

With online advertising "the World is our oyster" - we have an excellent way to reach far more people than we would offline. For this teason I really believe that everyone should also use online recruiting so that they will not have a shortage of new Team Members and they can help their own PSAs build their Downilines.

For me, online recruiting is best because it gives me access to a larger audience and it enables me to sponsor many more Team Members than I would be able to sponsor using offline recruiting. For each Affiliate, the answer to this question may differ, however I do believe that online recruiting gives every Affiliate much more access to recruiting more Team Members. I strongly believe that all Affiliates should use both offline and online recruiting.

I like to keep my Welcome letter short without too much information so the new Affiliate is not "overloaded" with information all at once. If a new Affiliate has already accomplished much immediately after joining SFI, I will change my Welcome message and tailor it to the Affiliates situation, such as stating the next goal he/she may want to accomplish. I will also congratulate a new Affiliate in the Welcome message for any achievements he/she has already accomplished.

When I joined SFI, I followed the step-by-step process provided by SFI and logged in to learn and earn VersaPoints every day. In this way I learned something every day. Unfortunately, I joined on a Friday night and logged off and was so busy on Saturday that I didn't log in again until Sunday evening. I totally missed Fast-Track, however, because I logged in every single day after that I was able to become an Executive Affiliate within my first month.
