Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Reassignment of PSAs is one of Unique features of SFI,not to be found elsewhere. Reassigning is a tool to encourage one of our PSAs, who work hard,by giving them another to strengthen his team and effort. Team Leaders,who go on recruiting people through various means,needs to look after the interests of his PSAs.So he reassigns some, to other PSAs, who are hardworking and capable to look after their teams. Team Leader benefits by this and also ensures that his good PSAs are rewarded.
We in SFI work across the globe ,having people of different countries and languages.Hence reassigning PSAs to a person of their own country is a good move.Facility of talking/communicating to someone of the same place and language can be of great advantage for everyone.We know thousands of people join SFI and drop out on the same day. A leader from the same place and language can be of some help to remove this problem.
A word of caution. Before reassigning ,assess the emotions of the person who will have to communicate to someone else- a new one, of the same rank etc. When you were his leader, he/she may have felt assured and now for him everything new. Reassignment may totally disillusion him and make him to stop working. Take the PSA in into confidence,explain about the concept of reassignment and do it.

What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

Like others, inactive CSAs also joined SFI for the same reasons such as money. Most of them require support and encouragement. May be they are not getting enough from the people who made them to join.
Hence we can do that by sending them our encouragement , showing our support in their endeavour. Our weekly CSA MAILER can do that,which should contain all the powerful features of SFI so that they realise the potential of the company and the opportunity it offers.
What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?

Answer to this question is in the question itself. Secret is to become a Team Leader.Not BTL/STL etc because we can buy it. In its true sense.Leader of a Team -Vibrant and working.
We can become a BTL with the help of STANDING ORDER which gives 1500VP(sales points of 1500VP is one of the qualifying points to become and maintain LEADERSHIP),doing our tasks(daily etc),participating in PRICE BENDER AUCTIONS etc and these are also essential.Look at your commissions. They wont look better unless You have a TEAM. Hence SFI, as a matter of principle, wants all to develop teams.Hence the cap on SALES POINTS at 2000VP. All of us are here to make money and money comes because of our TEAM.So company rule and our aim MATCH.
Bigger (and vibrant) the better. Sponsor as many as as possible.Help them and guide them to become successful. More EAs and above ,the better it is for the Team Leader.We get Direct Commissions,Co-Sponsor Commissions,and all those which are due for a TEAM LEADER.We also get Matching VPs(which give us the highest amount of money) But most important of all we get LEADERSHIP VPs for support of each personally sponsored EAs,BTLs,STLs etc which gives us THE ONLY WAY TO QUALIFY FOR THE RANK OF TEAM LEADER EACH MONTH. Easily.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Sponsor (and Co-sponsor-to some extent) affiliate are the TEAM.So COHESION is the word essential for the success of the TEAM. This comes with GOOD COMMUNICATION and this is TWO WAY. Further , we can work better with people with whom we have RAPPORT. This comes by communicating and understanding. So communicate with each other as many times as possible.An affiliate has facility to know whether is UP LINE is online by looking at the link available at the end of every page-support-contact your sponsor/upline and start the CHAT. No upline,interested in business, will decline to speak to his team members. Sponsor has to look after the needs of his Affiliates and Affiliates have to get their doubts cleared as soon as possible. This communication is the one of essentials of our business and everyone.
If it so, can there be any limit for communication. No. Communicate as many times as possible and through all the means available- chat,mail,weekly mail- every possible way.

There is a lot of fraud on the Internet. How do we convince skeptical prospects that SFI is legit and real?

Fraud and Fraudsters are there everywhere. More-so on internet leaving thousands and thousands of people,bereft of their money as well as their belief on something good and true.Yes. it is difficult to convince people after so many frauds.
But our SFI has so many strengths,which are visible. First and most important is -joining is free. So a person will give it a chance. Then we start telling them about other plus points- 1.IT is there in the business since last 15 years(People saw thousands coming and vanishing within no time)-great achievement in itself.2. It gives equal opportunity to all - An Affiliate and Platinum Team Leader getting the same kind of tasks- equal in all aspects.3.Even in business -one's money cannot get more VPs- SALES POINTS are capped at 2000VPs-great plus point.
A person who is really interested in business will be able to understand the strengths of SFI on the points mentioned above and will start working.

What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

I am almost three months old (kid ) in SFI. But what i have learnt in these 3 months -
1.SFI is a company which treats all the people -PLATINUM LEADER to AFFILIATE - Equally.
2.Even if you have MILLION DOLLARS - your eligibility for position through SALES POINTS is never more than 2000VPs. You won't get beyond that because of ability to buy.
3.So, a person has no option to work -through recruitment and his own team - to achieve positions.
4.Is punctual in paying Commissions - 10th of every month.
5.Normally, a person has no option but to recruit his own team. SFI , is the only company which gives CSAs to every one(TWO on achievement as EA) and also to TEAM LEADERS(2nd home CSAs).
6.Company which works on principles and values - honesty and integrity.(A person who was our E365 RANK NO.1 till last month was removed).
7. No need to spend money(minimum to achieve 1500VP to 2000VP) your team gets all the commision.
Great company to work for.

Leaders duty is to lead the team. Lead them all to the goal. Goal of achievement of dreams like money, satisfaction etc. In SFI , the duty is more crucial as most join with no knowledge and high hopes. Differentiating wheat from chaff and working only with workers.
A good leader always leads his people by setting good example. In network marketing and specially in SFI - doing our daily tasks and going through vast knowledge not only learn but to pass it on to the team. DUPLICATION.
To Qualify is only the smallest part of the duty for the person who becomes leader. His main duty is to teach,guide,instill confidence and see that all the doubts are clarified and Team works like a well oiled machine. Works towards the fulfillment.

Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

Answer to this question depends on the experience, intentions,financial means of the person who is doing it. If we look at the people who are in the business and positions achieved by them we find people of all kinds. So we can sponsor them ourselves or buy them. But sponsoring by ourselves has advantages because at the time of recruitment itself we can explain the person about our SFI, its strengths,so on and so forth.We can also gauge the person's intentions,seriousness,etc in our interaction. Hence results can be better.
However 100% success or failure is not assured in either of them. People who are recruited through S BUILDER COOP or other modes of buying(as YOU said) can also bring people who are serious about the business or hungry about the success and money IT BRINGS.
But best of way doing for people normal means is to start recruiting people by our own sponsoring and then once business picks up we start investing to become TEAM LEADER(Here our investing in SALES POINTS is a must)we can go for buying through S BUILDER CO-OP etc.As as BTL , for the last 3 months, i am buying 125TCredits per month and once i reach 160TCredits ,I buy my S BUILDER COOP. I am advising all my BTLs and others to do it , because money is not easy to come by. At least,NOT FOR ALL.

How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?

In any business , as in SFI, we have no yardsticks to QUANTIFY. We don't know the quality of of a person and need some time to decide. In MLMs, where recruitment is purely personal - i.e., we talk to the person before recruiting,- You can see the person,gauge his reactions, try to know whether he has appetite for that business etc.(Even after all the above people fail to come upto our expectations and do business) But in our business - SFI- it is very difficult because it is online- mostly. So you don't know ,unless you are doing it traditionally- by talking to the person and recruiting him.
As we can see everyday "thousands" join but "hundreds" remain. We have to live with that and work.But here we have a choice. We can concentrate on people who are really interested in this business(QUALITY)and Continue to work with these WORKERS only .Yes we will continue to send our mails to rest of the people,with the hope that we can get them to work some time in future.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

We all joined SFI with our own reasoning and motives. We do, all that is required, on that sole reason fo which we joined in the first place. Our support to PSAs and others is also based on that. Their prosperity is our prosperity and so we support them.
All the people are not having the same kind of knowledge and give same kind of importance to their actions. Some will take help but don't want to give back (in form of rating here). Some are good but don't know the importance of rating. For example this month one of my PSAs has written "ONE OF THE BEST LEADERS IN THE GROUP" and if you covert that in to rating. - it should be FIVE STAR RATING. But it is only FOUR STAR. What to do. We have to live with that. and go on working. May be rating will improve after sometime, when realization dawns on them - because of the results of our effort start giving them what they wanted.
