Have a look at your 'gift list,' family members, friends, work colleagues, sports and classmates, contacts - all the people that you know.

Ask yourself - Taking into account their family situations, sporting activities, etc, - what would they like to receive or give away as gifts?

Having identified what they are likely to be interested in as gifts, go to TripleClicks and search for those items.

Send messages to them suggesting that they have a look at TripleClicks

In brief, I would say - spend the most of your money on Duplication.

This is what I try to do and I recommend you do the same. Why? Because “Duplication = Compensation” (money). Surely you would have seen this formula in the Leadership Challenge blog!

SFI recognises that growing our teams and getting our team members to duplicate our efforts is the best way of growing our businesses. It’s the best way of ensuring we make money. That is why the leadership challenge

Preparation for your retirement from SFI can commence anytime you want. There is no age requirement for retirement.

I personally enjoy SFI and will probably keep on doing it as long as I am able to. Having said that, if I win millions at the lottery tomorrow, I would most likely be gone tomorrow!! Lol!!!

Seriously, if you want to start preparing for you retirement from SFI and you want to continue receiving the benefits of your work here at SFI these are the main things

How do you show a prospect that there's money to be made as an affiliate with SFI?

I think it is quite natural for a prospect to want to know if he/she can make money in SFI.

If you are a successful SFI Affiliate and you are making money in SFI, you can simply show the prospect a copy of you earning records if you want to. That will certainly prove that there is money to be made in SFI.

If you do not want to show your earning records, there are other ways:

a) Show and explain the Compensation Plan - https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan - The

A good message would be brief and to the point.

"Hi team

CSAs earn you money and here's great news for you.

If you want to to earn 10, 20, 30 or more new, income-boosting CSAs every month, go to https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=216357&referrer=search and read all about it.

After reading about it contact me and we'll work out a strategy of how you can earn those CSAs.

Cheers

How do I get my new affiliates to understand and go Fast-Track with the new Fast-Track Extensions program?

The Fast-Track Extension program does not apply to those who are in their 10 days period after joining SFI.

Those new affiliates by virtue of being new members automatically have the opportunity of becoming Fast Track. I would promote Fast Track with all its benefits to them including the opportunity of increasing their Signing Bonus.

I would not mention the Fast-Track Extension program at all to them. The reason why is because that program is only for those who have missed

There are many ways of learning to be a good Team Leader.

The SFI Rules of Success at https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/Index?referrer=search is a great place to start if you want to be a good Team Leader.

Go and have another read of the rules now and every now and then go back and have another read to refresh and to refocus. The rules are all about being a successful business owner in SFI and I believe that if you want to be successful in SFI you need to become a Team Leader.

Brainstorming is a great tool for collecting ideas/information from your team.
The focus would be to come up with ideas that would help your team grow their businesses, that would benefit your SFI team.

Using this tool has many benefits including:

- Develops team unity and spirit
- Brainstorm ideas are formulated into a plan
- Team members, because they contributed & the ideas are theirs, will have ownership and more commitment to the team plan or goals

The innovations announced 1st January this year are in my opinion absolutely fantastic. The Milestone Shares and the DD program are simply the best!

Set up proper communications with your new PSAs right from the word ‘Go’

As soon as you receive notification from SFI of a new PSA, immediately have a look at his/her profile. Learn a little about the new PSA.

If the person is online, make contact straight away. Say welcome, say who you are, say good to have you on board, welcome and that you are sending him/her some brief details of what to do from now on. Make sure you do what you say you would do.
