For sure the answer is that ECA's will help you more to generate your income. By recruting ECA's primarly, you make sure that the real buy/sell will happen where YOU and YOUR ECA's will get a part of the cookie.
Getting PSA's is also important as by getting your PSA's regulary, you anyhow get a chance of a potencial ECA between them too. Also, PSA's are able to buy on TripleClicks which gives you also an income.
About the question You asked, and if I have to choose only one answer - I would say ECA's.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

I think that quitting is not an option. Backing your hands up on when you come to a wall with life problems is never the way. Facing up with the problems, and also the challenges is one of the things that makes us stronger. Stronger in what we DO and what we ARE.
Same goes for this job, what we DO and what we WANT to do in the future. Don't you like an idea of a team who is strong and big enough to WORK for you, while you have enough time to spend your time with your family? With SFI, in matter of months, you can get yourself a quite decent job with an income to live of.
Persistance is the key. I had a bad times too, but here I am, while doing my daily job, I'm devoted to SFI too, with tendention to quit my job and work only at SFI one day.
These are some of the guides that make me push forward.

Hello,
nice question but that is mostly up to you.
Your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor are always here for you, and ready to answer your questions. Not only that, they can and will guide you if you have strong will to learn and progress.
It's up to one how often will contact upline, and how often will look for the answers himself. Anyhow, nothing is wrong as you are ready to learn, progress and ready to accept challenges and benefits which SFI brings.
Cheers!

Hello,
I will start answering your question by saying that there is no hard written rule of formula on which you can calculate how and when you will become successfull.
But, by being persisten, honest and ready to learn, you are definitely on your way. Read and learn every day, don't miss the daily tasks, the Internet Income course, and Be An Awesome sponsor articles with which you can be and maintain your status here.
I wish you all the luck!
Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Hello,
it's a great idea to reassing your PSA to your own PSA.
With that, you praise and appreciate efforst of your own affiliates.
Also, for each affiliate you reassign to a team member you get 5 VP if one has generated a minimum of 600 VP in past 90 days. And - the same affiliate you reassigned stays in your downline.
Cheers!
What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

I have the same approach to active and inactive ones.
First goes the welcome message, upon which I see if I get any answers for them. Second what I do, is that I see what every of them did in SFI, and how can become better. It takes few days, of course, depends on how many CSA's you have. Then I send a specialized TeamMail for every of them with steps and explanation of what they should do to get better in SFI. I expalin to them the prospect of SFI, explain them what I did and where I am now. If by then iI don't get an answer from them, then i put them a bit backwards (not forgeting them) and concentrate on active ones.
After I get answer of some of them, I place the biggest focus on them, but I still regulary send a weekly TeamMail to all of them with exact guidiles about many important things in SFI.
Who knows, maybe one day they will become active, and my effort trying to reactive them will payoff.

I've set my goals, which are to improve my standard of living. This is something I need badly, and it's and idead that's leading me towards. Making friendship with your affiliates (over Facebook or email) is something that can stick you with SFI and business here. I love to use my a2a for friends close to me with which I try to get in contact and to exchange experience.
Remember that everyone's goal here is to improve it's standard of living and get yourself a chance to improve your family status too.

How do you convince your life partner that investing in your SFI business is prudent?

If you are in SFI for few months, then YOU know that investing in SFI is obviously prudent. So, that's one more for you and your personal condifence to start a talk with your partner about SFI.
SFI is business like any other business with exception that it is a an online business which really works. By knowing that, having faith in SFI with daily commitment and being persistant in what we do, I think that is not so had to explain your loved one what we really do here. We have to believe in what we do if we wan't to convince our life partner that SFI is something that is really worthy.

If your upline sponsors can help you, although I am sure they can provide you a HUGE amount of help and quality information, you can always contact some people from your local area or different part of the world with help of A2A. I've recently met few great people and friends here, which have helped me and I helped them so in a way, A2A is a great way to offer or find help from other SFI affiliates.
But, for the first, I would always suggest you to contact someone from your Upline, as those are the people which can lead you.
