We should react with those PSA politely and try to understand what the reason is.
This is the point where team leaders can success.
As per my concern following may be reason for poor rating.
1. Your communication not understanding – check the language difference
2. Way of communication
3. Medium of communication
4. May be your communication disturbing – repeating the same thing again and again
From poor rating we should understand there is some mistake from our side, we should find that & correct it.
If a person I got some help those will not give poor rating. This is from my experience.
I only give advice to active CSA’s by checking their VP Ledger that where they are wrong and where they need to improve etc.
After that I got good response and good rating.
Supports are not only sending some money, gift etc but also understand their needs and try to help solve their issue.
If doing like this way definitely we will get good rating from our down line.
