Its a great way to get your downline team members to participate in team contest when creating these contest you should contact them to discuss what they think about it an if they have any suggestion . Choose the best prize that they will benefit from get their attention . Make sure you send them notice pertaining to this contest ect the day it will start an finish what are the benefits ,then send them for further info please my leadership page .

Sfi has provide maxium ways to contact ECA .IT WAS ALSO INPUT FOR YOU TO SEND DIRECT MAIL WITH broucher to explain eca program more
