My views in this regard are as follows:
Setting goals so important in becoming successful in SFI is not only applicable in SFI but also applicable in your whole life. For becoming a successful person right from child hood you need to focus on your goals/targets, means you should have a very good Planning about future. In every stage of your life, planning is must & even a common man will have a planning & he leads his life accordingly.
So, here in SFI Business, you have been provided an excellent platform by SFI to build your life in Internet business. Until & unless you work out your planning how to expand your business to earn more money, it will be very difficult to establish your business & achieve success. So, you need to set your own goals and plan your way to achieve them timely to get progress in your business accordingly.
These goals will take you towards your dream & I feel you will become a successful Internet Business Person in SFI.

What's the best way to approach a new PSA with regards to discussing their goals with them?
The best way to approach a new PSA with regard to discussing their goals in my opinion is “live video conference”. The moment you speak to them live, it creates a special atmosphere among the new people, that, you are not new to them. When you speak to new PSA live it will definitely give better impression about your views & you are giving him/her an opportunity to express his/her views frankly. They can get all sorts of clarifications without any hesitation in front of you.
So, be prepare yourself with all sort of data’s with targets/goals to explain them & make them understand what you want to tell them & allow them decide to set the targets/goals of their own way.
After above exercises just do the follow ups with gentle reminders. I hope this will give positive result for the growth of Individual, Team & SFI.
